I am utterly disappointed with poslaju services. I Have send out a parcel on 7/7/14 to overseas and it was supposed to arrive at destination country within a week. Unfortunately that is not the case. I have been falling thrice a day to enquire about where about my parcel is and none of them could answer my questions. I was told I would receive a phone call from them but that didn't happen. Nevertheless I haven't quit on my parcel yet and still calling them everyday. I wish they will find my parcel as I worked hard for it and it contains personal items.
The posman delivery my things can't find my address and call me with bad attitude and scold me.
Please review your employees,we had pay the service, but we dont need to face your employee with bad attitude.

I key in the recipient postcode 43000 which is kajang ..but the machine keep asking me whether the parcel is going klang or not . I repeated the process many times to ensure i key correctly. I think if i key in 34000 it might be klang. I made sure it is 43000.but..still keep asking whether the parcel is going to klang . I aborted the transaction.

When I tracking the parcel was still at POS LAJU Transit Office KLIA and not move until now.
I came five minutes before 8am to collect my parcel today. The staff rudely told me to wait outside as it is not 8am yet. I asked "can't I just sit and wait inside?". They said no can't do. Outside has no sitting area. This is so annoying. Please higher management do something about this. Thanks in advance.
