customer service poslaju petaling jaya had such a very bad service. i called many times not even once they picked up, then i recalled in 1 second, the number is busy what happened?? please la orang lain pun ade kerja lain dont have time to keep calling la. dah la delivery man tak de call receiver during delivery time, tetiba hantar sms suruh call nombor yang takde orang nak pick up ni untuk ape?? and where's the slip?? you simply didnt make any effort to send then why need people put the receiver's phone number there? simply lepas tangan takde responsibility dengan kerja sendiri. then call tak jawab menyakitkan hati bukan nak mudahkan kerja orang lain, malah merumitkan lagi keadaan. nanti cukup 7 hari barang return ke sender pastu kena bayar postage bagai lagi. kalau sy jenis tak bekerja, goyang kaki tunggu barang sampai then ok, sy boleh collect sendiri tak payah minta delivery man hantar barang tu lagi dah. senang!!
