Pos Malaysia poslaju

I am a on line buyer, I live in tangkak, johor, on 7 february 2018 my parcel already dispatch out from klia hub but until today 12/2/2018, I not yet received my parcel. I called pos laju hot line no. [protected] for inquiry, I have wait for a long time (about 15 minutes) to get the customer care agent to answer me. The customer service agent was treat me and give me a report no. Which is [protected] and my tracking no. Is en949258863my. I have very dissatisfied with the pos laju, firstly they delivery duration too long (kl to tangkak take more than 5 days) the parcel contains my school sports day medal which is held on 13 february 2018 so it means I cannot give the medals to the winner on my sports day it really a bad experience to me. Can you (pos laju) imagine how I have to face this situation? Secondly their customer care hot line very poor and hard to call in. Hope pos laju can improve their service. Thanks

Pos Malaysia poslaju collection counter genting highlands branch

It was found that the personnel incharged at the counter, were irresponsibly and ignoring their customers at most of the time, now they even kept their customers waiting for nothing by displaying system down/line slow message on their counter window for a subsequent week!(5/2/18-12/2/18). It is much appreciated that if your good office can act immediately to investigate the workers working in Genting highlands as they are purposely doing it at all time and their behavior is consider inappropriate, i will definitely consider taking other alternatives if they keep on neglecting, people in Genting are currently suffer every single day just because of their selfishness for lazy to work! Please take immediate action or i will!

Pos Malaysia delivery over 2-3 days

I got 4 parcels haven't receive, Delivery day is 2-3days but over 2-3day delivery and system got problems unable check the parcels at where. wanna self-collection also cannot. 11.02.2018 when to KOTA TINGGI Pos laju Office they said will delivery on 12.02.2018 but i haven't receive and parcels till now.

Pos Malaysia perkhidmatan penghantaran pos laju malaysia

Pada 6.2.2018 kira2 jam 12.00 tgh saya ada mengantar barang dengan menggunakan pos laju malaysia dari Klang tracking nombor (EH705983132MY). Distinasa pemerima di Muar Johor. Sebelum hantar barang tersebut. Saya ada bertanyakan pekerja dikaunter pos laju. Berapa lama tempoh diambil untuk proses penghantaran kepada penerima. Pekerja tersebut memberitahu saya ia memakan masa 2-3 hari bekerja. Pada 7.2.2018 barang bergerak dari pos laju klang ke parcel hub iaitu di Pos Laju Glanmeri Shah Alam. Sehingga sekarang (11.2.2018) barang itu masih tidak bergerak ke alamat penerima (Muar). Saya amat kecewa dgn service yang saya gunakan. Service tersebut saya bayar bukannya free. Pada 11.2.2018 saya telah hubungi pihak pos laju Muar untuk mendapatkan penjelasan mengapa barang tersebut masih sangkut di parcel hub pos laju Glanmeri Shah Alam. Alasan diberi barang di parcel hub pos laju Glanmeri mengalami overload. Saya ingin bertanya dgn pihak pos laju malaysia. Kenapa tiada pemakluman bertulis/berekod pada setiap cawangan pos laju malaysia bahawa kelewatan dijangka berlaku pada setiap penghantaran yang menggunakan perkhidmatan pos laju. Atas sebab barang terlalu overload dan kekurangan pekerja untuk menghantar baranag tersebut. Jika makluman ini telah disebarkan di setiap kaunter pos laju malaysia. Pengirim akan faham atas kesulitan yg akan berlaku serta pengirim boleh mencari altenatif lain bagi membuat penghantaran barang tersebut. Saya berharap isu tidak berpanjangan dan dapat di selesaikan secepat mungkin.

Pos Malaysia unreachable customer service hotline

This tracking code: EN856728162MY HAS NOT BEEN UPDATE FOR 3 DAYS. Aren't you service promise to DELIVER IN 3 TO 5 WORKING DAYS? Your online checking system is sucks and not updated. A parcel can be not updated for so many days? Furthermore, your customer service agent didnt pick up the phone call for few days with every call waiting time more than 20 minutes. This is not the first time I encounter this issue and I HAVE NEVER EVER SUCCESS TO SPEAK TO YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT IN MY LIFETIME. Do you think each and everyone of us got so many times to wait for your this kind of sucks customer service? PLEASE IMPROVE AND PROVIDE SOLUTION! And, email has been sent with no reply. Pos Malaysia damaged parcel not return to sender after 2 months due to poslaju human error

Our parcel from UK with tracking number: [protected] that reached Poslaju on the 30/11/2017, was apparently damaged and will be returned to the sender as it is the standard operating procedure. We requested to have a look at the parcel with of one the officer who called us to inform of the damaged parcel but the request is declined as they said it is already being wrapped and need to be returned to sender. So for the past 2 months we have been checking with the sender from UK whether the damaged parcel is return to them and the answer is negative all the while. We think it is ridiculous for the damaged parcel to reach them and therefore we decide to check with poslaju and as everyone knows, calling them is useless and sucks as no one will pick up the phone so we drove up to Poslaju Shah Alam which ask us to check with another Poslaju Shah Alam(Sek.16) and finally after checking by one of the officer, they informed us the parcel still with them. After querying them for the reason the parcel still with them and the answer we get is due to their human error and the parcel get send to the wrong department and left to rot if we did not check with them. Here, I would like to demand a compensation from Poslaju for the value of our parcel due to the loss and inconvenience that happen to us.

Pos Malaysia penghantaran lambat!

Barang dah delay seminggu..sepatutnya sampai dah sbb pos dr semenanjung ke kuching, what took so long? Bila check tracking number still said 'consignment dispatched out from transit office' dari 3 feb hari tu lg sampai skrg x update pun. Come on jgn ckp alasannya sbb kat kuching skrg selalu hujan lebat 24 jam so x blh nk hntr brg. Tlg la update sikit, jgn slow sgt, supposed to receive 3 consignment by today

Pos Malaysia parcel hasn't been delivered and tracking status doesn't update

My parcel havent been delivered since 24th january 2018. The status always "consignment dispatch out from transit office". Doesnt change since then. Pls speed up and response asap. I try to call poslaju and doesnt even answer. Do u guys doing your job or what. People lost thousand of ringgits cause this careless thing. Track number ER131139719MY. Pls give update. Thank u!

Pos Malaysia tracking not update!

item not receive yet for a week! item post from bukit mertajam to bayan lepas takes a long delivery? dispatch doing their job or not!? my tracking num ER132269560MY

today is 03 feb 2018

call [protected] also no answer. waste time and phone credit only! no responsible courier! at least call customer and notice about what happen, but didnt happen because pos laju dont do their job as a job!

Pos Malaysia post laju cheras batu 9

Bad service, everytime not delivery to customer and key in system owner not in home, but not get any parcel resit in my mailbox, there not sent parcel, lazy worker, call whole day no ppl pickup phone, last time I walk in to Cheras Batu 9 office to collect my parcel at counter, the post laju phone nonstop
Ringing but the staff didn't pickup any phone event them not busy, there play hand phone and chit chat look very relax and slow motion to find my parcel . The type of attitude worker, sure ppl will not use post laju anymore, I will inform my seller don't use post laju post to me anymore, hope post laju Managment can know this problem and upgrade your service to consumer .

Pos Malaysia I am complaining about my parcel that haven't been received since 24th january 2018

I am here, to complain, a parcel that hasn't received to me/my address on the date that it should be arrived/delivered.

I've checked my tracking number on the track & trace sistem and it stated that my parcel have arrived and accepted. But I didn't received any calls due to there's no one at the house.

Please check, & be responsible for it.

Pos Malaysia poslaju taken 10 still haven't delivered!

Regarding this poslaju tracking number EH690594054MY I am paying poslaju and sending documentation from Johor to Penang since 21 Jan 2018. As at today 29 Jan 2018, the letter still did not reach receiving destination! What is happening? Keep calling the poslaju destination branch number, no body pick up the call! I don't mind you slow, but you must at least make sure the item delivery to the destination and reaching as soon as possible! Work faster!

Pos Malaysia servis lambat

Saya ingin membuat aduan penghataran surat yang terlalu lewat 3- 6 minggu semenjak kebelakangan ini.
1.Surat dikumpul hingga berlambak baru dihantar.
2.Surat bertarikh 04.01.18 di cop GPO K.LUMPUR diterima pada 25.01.18
dengan keadaan banyak sekali.
3.Statement credit card saya due date 16.01.18 biasanya akan terima surat seminggu sebelum due date tapi saya terima pada 25.01.18.
4.Rakan saya telah pos kad kahwin dipejabat pos yang sama ia itu pos kg melayu majidi johor kepada saya hampir 4 minggu baru saya terima.

Saya syaki pekerja tuan telah kumpul surat2 tersebut disuatu tempat sehingga banyak baru hantar kepada alamat2 tersebut bagi mengurangkan tugas tersebut.
Saya harap tuan dapat siasat perkara tersebut secepat mungkin bagi mengelak perkara yang tidak di ingini berlaku seterusnya.

Pos Malaysia lambat buat kerje

assalamualaikum team pos laju, sesiapa bace ni dah lama saya nak buat luahan hati ye, kenapa pos laju sekarang ni lambat ye? kami hantar barang, customer complain kepada kami barang lmbt sampai, seminggu lebih baru sampai katanya, ini barang saya pulak, jujur ya saya cakap cawangan subang jaya ni memang ada masalah ye? tolong ambil tindakan ye, saya punya barang dah sampai ke cawangan dari 25 hb januanry 2018, dan masih belum sampai ke saya? call pos laju katanya tengah buat agihan barang? lamenye? dua hari proses ke? ini num tracking saya, mohon bertindak dengan cepat ya EP287582378MY, saya check lagi masih berada di cawangan sehingga hari isnin ni! Pos Malaysia 22/5000 attitude and responsiveness

saya hanya tidak berpuas hati dengan salah satu perkerja pos dekat pandan indah hari ni (25/01/18). kunter 1 lelaki melayu (28193alif). saya membayar bill dan saya bagi satu lagi card utk collect barang.. dia ckp dkt sharmelin. oh saya ckp tapi saya dpt masej yg kena ambik dkt pandan indah, then saya tunjukan mesej pada beliau.. then dia ckp bukan dkt cini dkt ezibox.. then sambil dia keyin saya punya bill utk pembayaran saya bertanya la ezibox dekat mana, boleh beliau menjawab klu bercerita kan panjang lak... saya x mtk dia bercerita. wahal bertanya sahaja. klu saya tahu x hingin saya bertanya org mcm tu.. menyesal saya bertanya. mana adap sebagai perkeja pos. klu sepuluh org perkerja mcm ni rosak reputasi pos malaysia. please la adap tu jaga.. jgn igt berkerja duduk dlm office dh bagus.. mana pergi sopan satun perkerja Pos malaysia...

Pos Malaysia who to responsible my missing parcel & unable to track at all?

Hi, I purchase from ig name @jahitpukaleyelashhemming and she declared with pic sending me track number EH603733616MY, but had been missing since last chrismas 2017, today is 24th Jan 2018. I couldnt even track that parcel number. Please help me to find or else give feedback to me so that I can make an action to those irresponsible person. Thank You.

Pos Malaysia my parcel was dumped outside my house when no one signed and received it [em [protected] jp]

Dear Pos Malaysia,

This is the 3rd channel on which I am submitting my complaint as there is no feedback from your '[protected]@pos.com. my. I am not sure if any of your staffs actually bother to read emails.

My complaint is as follows:
I am very very very disappointed with your Pos Parcel Delivery service in my area, SS18 Subang Jaya.
On Friday, 29/12/2017, my family and I were out from the house (46, Jalan SS18/3C) from 10.45am -12.30 pm.
When we returned to the house, we found a box placed upside down inside the compound of my house.
This parcel is from Japan [EMS Japan with tracking no : EM [protected] JP] from Good Smile Logistics with items worth 5900 yen (including postage).

I have checked with my neighbours and no one had signed and accepted the delivery of this parcel.
How can it placed in my house compound when it is not signed and accepted by anyone?
We have not been able to figure out what really happen?
Won't we receive a notification paper from Pos Malaysia and to collect the undelivered parcel from Pusat Mel Pos in SS13.
What would happen if someone took away this parcel?
Also, what if the item is damaged?
I am unsure whether Pos Malaysia is able to pay and replace this parcel as this is a very limited item from Good Smile Japan.
We paid a lot for the delivery (for fast delivery and tracking of the parcel) from Japan and the parcel was alright & on track all the way from Japan... except until it reach Subang Jaya.
This is a TOTAL NEGLIGENCE on your staffs and your side.
Please wake up and buck up.

Pos Malaysia posmen kurang ajar

Saya nak buat aduan, ada sorang posmen ni, hanya sebab saya tak dengar dia datang untuk hantar barang, dia marah saya. Dia siap perli "mandi ke, tgh masak ke? Loceng dh la takde, macam mana bole dengar saya dtg ni?" Kalau la saya tak dengar sekali pun, tinggal je apa2 kad dekat luar tu. Saya boleh pergi sendiri ambil barang dekat ofis poslaju tu. Boleh pulak dia sound saya yang dah sah2 saya lgi tua dari dia. Adab dekat mana? Dia siap call saya lagi untuk ambil barang dekat depan. Saya sertakan nombornya sekali.. [protected]. Tolong buat sesuatu dekat posmen ni. Sekurang2 nya tegur. Lokasi kejadian di gombak, taman selaseh fasa 2. Saya tak pernah lagi jumpa posmen yg sound kita balik siap marah lg sbb loceng rumah saya takda. Ambil tindakan atau saya akan bawa hal ni jd lebih serious nanti. Muka dia pun saya ingat kalau pihak awak nak saya tunjuk muka pekerja awak tu. Terima kasih dan sila ambil tindakan.

Pos Malaysia servis sgt teruk, brg di pos tidak dihantar dan tidak dimaklum kpd penerima, malah terus di return kembali kpd penghantar tanpa makluman.

Parcel saya telah Di poskan Dr Kulai Jaya pd tarikh 20 Dec 2017, telah sampai di Poslaju Langkawi pd 23 Dec 2017, setelah Di semak dlm sistem tracking poslaju, parcel tersebut TIDAK di hantar kpd sy(penerima), tetapi TIDAK Pula Di maklum utk mengambil parcel tersebut Di pej.Poslaju Langkawi melalui panggilan Telefon, SMS atau apa2 Slip Nota yg sepatutnya di tinggalkan dirumah penerima.
Pd 18 Jan.2018, setelah membuat pertanyaan kpd pengirim, barulah sy Di beritahu mengenai PEMULANGAN kembali parcel sy kpd mereka. Sy berasa amat kecewa terhadap servis POSLAJU LANGKAWI yg seolah-olah membuat kerja sambil LEWA dan TIDAK BERTANGGUNGJAWAB. Diharap perkara ini di beri perhatian dan TIDAK BERULANG LAGI..TERIMA KASIH.
