Been trying to call the Kuching branch for 2 days now. Either nobody picks up the phone, or they pick up and disconnect the very same second. Im sure of it coz im using mobile phone and the call duration is 2-3 seconds. What the hell? Its their job to answer the phone! How hard can it be? Cant say anything about PosLaju customer service because IT DOESNT EXIST! Just like their manners, will to earn money and basic human decency. After 2 days of trying to contact them i am on the edge of mental breakdown. Lazy, irresponsible people who have zero respect for their customers.

My advice: just pay extra for the DHL, those guys do their job and earn the money people pay them. All PosLaju employees earn is constant anger towards them.

POS MALAYSIA ADMISTRATORS, TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO USE THE PHONE! I THINK IT RINGS AND THEY GATHER AROUND AND PRAY TO IT LIKE ITS MAGIC!
