Hi, I do not know if my parcel was still in EziBox anymore since it has been 2 weeks and I have not received any response from your team. I have emailed your team and visited Pos Laju Ampang few times and there is no update on my parcel. Complaint reference number [protected]. I need the parcel urgently. Please do not make my life difficult, ITS EZIBOX not HARDBOX thanks.
