Pos Laju / delivery service
I have just received a parcel from PosLaju but I am really not satisfied by the delivery person. The parcel are found on the ground and thus my product are not in a good condition. The bottle are leaked and the bath gel came out from the parcel throughout the whole bottle body. There are bells at my house but none of them really ring the bell if they cannot reach me on my phone number. I want a compensation of RM69 (the price of the product) by deducting the salary from the delivery person and an apology letter from the delivery person to settle of this matter. It is stated already by the sender that the product is fragile but still this unreasonable manner are done by the delivery person. I could not tolerate such a behaviour from PosLaju Petaling Jaya delivery person since I usually received quite a lot of parcel without such damages.
