There is a cop in PortWilliam Ohio by the name Arthur he lets kids play in the street and he does not get on them He also will warn people tell when the Clinton County sheriff is about to arrest them Port William has had a sever drug problem for years Roger Lynch and Steve Jones Also lets poeple by with drugs Arthur needs his sorry worthless ### fired
