Popular Photography Digital Subscription / Double Billing, never receive a copy of the magazine

In Mar 2008, I decided to subscribe for the digital Popular Photography magazine through their URL, at the point of subscription, I entered my credit card information and it was processed successfully so I waited patiently for my digital copy of the magazine until I receive their email and inform me that the billing is successful but when I checked my credit card bill, I was double billed (2 transaction shows up from popphoto). I tried to contacted them numerous time but to my surprised they said they only have one record of billing and they will check, I never heard anything from them ever since.

At the same time, one of my email correspondent with them I was informed that I should start getting my subscription in June but now it coming to middle of June I never received it through my Zinio account, which they claimed that I will be able to download it using this application from Zinio. I have no problem with other magazines that I subscribe and have been receiving it through Zinio.

I did send follow up email to them a few time but never really get a repsond that clarify what is going on. So, please watched out for those people who is interested to get a digital copy from them. My suggestion is DON'T GO THROUGH, instead get it from Zinio instead, less trouble and much better respond.
