I ordered last march 15, 2018and haven't received 2 sets of mother-daughter outfits worth $ 110.88. They don't ever reply to emails and they are only sending automatic reply on facebook messenger but they keep on updating their facebook post hourly every single day.. just please return our money. Too much complaints in this company already.Awful scammers

I ordered matching dresses on March 3, 2018, still have not received my full order and it is April 28, 2018. I have a consistent thread of emails stating the items will be shipped by March 30th. Once that proved to yet again be untrue, I started demanding a refund.

They didn't reply for a week and then I get a random email stated they shipped part of my item so they cannot refund the money. By this time I had already filed a complaint with my credit card company. Cute concept but shady company. Don't waste your time with these scammers.

I have been trying for two months to get a refund for items I ordered in January, still no refund after many attempts through email. someone different replied every time saying sorry 7-10 more days. Will NEVER EVER order anything again from this company and also will be posting it on every social media forum out there so no one else gets ripped off.

I placed an order some weeks ago. I haven't gotten an email confirmation or a tracking number! i haven't heard from the company since that day i placed my order and they took my damn money. I reached out to them several times asking for a confirmation number of tracking number so i can see what's up with my order. I didn't hear from them so i tried to cancel my order and get my no st back and go shop somewhere else. I still haven't heard from popreal...Haven't gotten my order or my money. My next step is start writing bad reviews and calling the police...The news and better business bureaus! this is ridiculous and inconvenient for me!

I placed an order on February 27th for two dresses. I needed them by March 26th for family photos. I contacted yhe week before that date to ask for a refund as I knew I wouldn't have them in time for our pictures. I still have NOT received my refund and just received an email from Sandy stating that it will be little while longer because you are busy right now. This is ridiculous! I will never purchase anything from your company again and will spread the word about your horrible customer service.

If you order anything from this scam website, be ready to wait 2 to 3 months for your order. Bad quality, it looks cheaper than it costs, ordered two items on feb 16, got half of the order on apr 20, and that's after two letters of complaint, wrote one more asking where's the other one - they tell me to be kind and have patience, it will only take another 10 to 15 days befor I get anothe item. How this scam even exist all over Facebook #facebook#stopadvertizingpopreal

After reading numerous of the same complaints about Popreal, frankly, I'm just confused why Facebook continues allowing this scam "company " to sell to their Facebook users. Yes, I'm upset about being scammed by Popreal, but I'm most disappointed in Facebook's lack of responsibility to their faithful users. Facebook, stop permitting these "crouching tigers" from China to infiltrate our daily use of your site!

I'm going on vacation and wanted to get a cute bathing suit set for my daughter and mysel. This company was advertised on Facebook. The styles were very cute and inexpensive, so I ordered on March 15 and never received a shipping confirmation even after almost a month. I complained and they apologized for the delays, but still to no avail I had a feeling I would never get my stuff. I canceled and asked for a refund and they told me to choose another item from the website. I just wanted a refund so they said I should see a refund soon. Didn't happen. Finally, I called my credit card company and got my money back.

On March 4th, 2018 I placed a $79 order and received only half of my order by April 9th! The items that were sent did not fit and was a very poor quality. That same day I went online to submit a return form and all three times the site crashed, so I emailed them and got no response. I tried calling the number listed and have left multiple messages and have yet to get a call back. I have been respectful and have even begged for a response and still nothing. I'm sure $79 is nothing to this company, but for me it is and I feel terrible that I was suckered into this scam of a company. My order number is P312065

I placed the order P319850 the last 10th March 2018. On March 30th I wrote an e-mail to PopReal customer service. They wrote me back saying that they
had issues with orders placed from Feb 01 to Mar 15 2018, but they would have been able to send everything before Aprile 15th.
I still don't have any tracking number yet. I wrote them again today and I already filed an official complaint with PayPal, as likely I paid with this method of payment.

PopReal is not giving answers yet.

!warning! please do not order from this company they will scam you. I placed a order 1 month ago and I didn't receive a confirmation number or update about my order. The phone number doesn't work and they wont email you back! keep your money, they will steal it from you! call my bank and they wont give my money back because I authorize the charge!

I ordered two different times within a short period of time and never received any part of either order. I email them and either they email me back saying the will refund me or cancel the order or they don't respond. It's been 3 months and I still haven't received a credit or the merchandise. Amex hasn't helped me either and wouldn't refund my credit which is surprising as they usually back up the customer.
So now I am out over 160.00 and no clothes from them. They are a complete scam and steal money from customers and never send products out.

I order from 3/28 and Whin 24 hours I cancel the order. I send several email, they keep postponing and want me to wait. I don't want to wait. I ask them to cancel the order immediately. They ignore my email. And also They block my Facebook common messages! There's so many victims here, we should fight to them! I lost over 300usd dollars. It's scam company!

It t took 2 months to receive only 1/2 of my order. Never got the other 1/2. Thank God I payed with PayPal. I ended up getting a refund for the 1/2 I never received. Also, I ordered an item that I found out today was a knock off of another item on another site. See pics attached. #1 is actual item from another website. #2 is the item posted on Popreal (notice anything missing?) #3 is what I actually received. (Notice anything different?!). The other items were passable, though not exactly as show.

They don't update your order status on the site. (Even now, after receiving items, it shows them as being paid for, but not sent.) I tried calling the number posted on their site-it's only an outgoing message. I emailed multiple times. The two times I did receive a response to my emails 1) I was asked to be patient because two items were on backorder AND that they were slower than usual because of Cineese New Year (mind you the website claims to be in England); 2) then they sent a tracking number that didn't work. In the second response they asked me to stop emailing them. PayPal stepped in threatening Popreal a reversal of charges if I didn't receive my items by a certain time. I received an email asking me to remove my claim so that they "can send the rest." As advised by PayPal, I did resond.

I order 3 dresses on the 10/03/2018, they got the money straight away 67 euros. They wrote an email saying they would have shipped everything between 3 and 7 working days. Now after 20 days they haven't shipped anything and they don't return my email, they have just sent me two emails saying that my stuff is not available. I think it is a fraud and I would like to have my money back.

I have placed my order on Feb.23rd and they said to send tracking number. I haven't heard back since then, more than a month, i wrote to them many times but never got response. I am very upset ...they don't exist?fake? Spam or ignorant? I don't know. More than a month for the order they promised to deliver with in 3-7 days? What on earth is this? They should be sued for their action and someone should stop them from stealing others.

This is regarding my order (order no. P334986) which should include 16 outfits in total. I ordered on 26th March 2018 and payment $308 plus other charges were deducted from my bank account.

It's been 3 days, I have not received any confirmation and shipping details or any tracking no. yet. Please let me know soon:

1.when will my order be shipped?
2.send me tracking no.
3.send me information on my order's current status
4.when will I receive my parcel?

Please prioritize my order as it is a birthday present for my son and send me reply ASAP.

I've placed my order 3/19 and still have not received anything I have sent an email and nothing! They said I would get an email with my tracking number but still nothing. I paid with pay paypal and they took my money asap. The service number doesn't even work! Cute clothes but totally will never do business with popreal again. Worse choice to order from this company!

I tried to cancel my order several times within the 24 hour period of placing order, based on the very poor reviews I saw after, and no one ever contacted me. I have since tried to follow up on my order information with the order number given, and website is saying order not found. I have followed company policy, reached out to them several times requesting cancellation and refund at first, and then order tracking info with no response! I am furious and seeking to take action and have my money refunded!
