I ordered bathing suits in March 2018. I never received them so I asked in April if I would receive the items by May for vacation. Each time I emailed them, I had to wait for them to contact a specific department for an answer. Finally, they replied with a "no" to getting the bathing suits by May. I asked if I could get it by June and she said it was possible so I kept the order. By the end of May, I got an out of stock email. I asked for a refund because of frustration. They said they needed two weeks. Two weeks went by and still no refund. I emailed them again and they said another two weeks to process. I still do not have the bathing suits or refund and it is now the beginning of June. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered a matching bathing suit for my daughter and I a month ago. I still haven't received it. When I tried loggining into my pop real account it told me my password was wrong. I changed my password, then it began telling me I needed 15 characters. 3 days later I changed the password for the 3rd time and when it logged me in it was a bunch of scrambled letters.

I ordered matching mom and daughter dresses for my granddaughter and her daughter on march 10. I ordered two different dresses with the matching little girl dress. Never received them. After a month, I went online and cancelled the order. I received no response. Out of the blue, on may 22, I received two of the mom dresses and neither of the little girl dresses. I immediately went online and saw the order had been change to just the mom dresses and my shipping charge was changed make up the price difference. I sent a message to customer service stating I did not want either of these dresses now and want to return them. I had canceled them and they shipped anyway. After a bunch of messages from them, they wont take returns. They said find someone else that those dresses will fit. Waste of time and money. What a scam!

I placed an order on 5/8/18 and paid expedited shipping. According to their site I should get my items in 13 days. I attempted to contact customer service through their telephone number listed but it immediately goes to a recording and hangs up on you after it tells you to wait on the line. I have emailed 4x since last week and left 3 voicemails and no one has returned Any form of contact with me except an auto generated email that someone will respond in 36 hours, which is also a lie. I even tried to message their social media accounts. My order has been sitting in processing status since 5/23/28!

This site isnt even worth one star. I ordered clothes months ago! I never revieved them so a month after ordering I requested a refund as I had ordered the clothes for a specific day. It has now been over two months since I requested a refund, after being promised a refund in 15-20 days. They don't answer the phone and when I send emails they send me back excuses and keep telling me I have to "wait more time". Why is it so hard to send my money back, it was no problem for them to take it. Do not order from this website, it is a scam!

I need a refund on the order that I never received. I'm tired of waiting around & I still have not even got a shipping confirmation. I would just like to have my money back & not deal with the hassle. Contact me ASAP at [protected] thanks. I will also be contacting the better business bureau in regards to all the reviews I read of people not receiving orders after over 1-2 months.

I placed an order almost 3 months ago now and never recieved my order. They were also suppose to refund me for a few items I canceled (about 2 months ago now) and never have! They keep beating around the Bush and I'm seriously pissed. I've contacted them over 35 times and still this is not resolved. Plus the shipping number they gave me doesn't work! No products and no refund. Sent to my credit card company still waiting. So mad that I placed this order (it was for over $220).

I contacted them multiple ways (facebook, email) immediately after I made a purchase and they refuse to refund my money, it's been months and they respond with excuses! They tried to tell me that they need time to process it, 15-20 days, and then they said it takes 20 - 30 days! However they took the money immediately after the purchase! Also, there is no final confirmation page like all the legit sites... You fill up your cart, choose a payment method. And when you expect to be taken to the final confirmation page... Too late! You bought it already and you also were not aware of additional shipping costs! They are a scam!

My order P366865 placed on May 4th have not arrived I wrote an email and I have not received an answer. Reading the reviews I agree that this company is a scam. I want money back or at least a tracking number so I know when the item will arrive. This is a waste of time. The communication is non existent between company and costumer. What business is this? I will report this company to the proper authorities if my issue is not resolved in a timely manner.

I ordered a brother/sister matching set from your website and it showed that it would be $19.98 for the set and so I clicked to go to Paypal. It sent me there and I logged in and then it said it would send me back to Popreal to complete the transaction. So, I clicked, but it did not send me back to the site. It simply submitted my order, which I did not approve! Come to find out, my order was actually over $34, since they added $14.13 for shipped! I would NEVER pay more than $5.00 for shipping for anything and would never have approved this transaction! And then none of the links to click on for refunds/contact us, etc will work. So, I am not really sure how to cancel my order! I do not plan to pay for this transaction and will be filing a Paypal claim if a full refund is not given. I also received no confirmation email from the website for my order, so do not even know the order number. I am extremely disappointed! I just know that the total was taken from my Paypal account, and I would like a full refund.

Please do not buy anything from this company, they are scammers, they will take your money and play you around.

I bought several items for my child 2 months ago and so far I have received only one item. The only dress I received one month after purchase date doesn't fit my child, I bought a dress for a 4-5 years old and the dress fits a 1-2 years old (I checked their size chart before making the purchase).
Now I am requesting. My money back via PayPal and they want me to ship the dress back to China, but I don't know the address to ship it back to China.
I have been emailing Popreal asking for their address I also asked them to email me an invoice stating a breakdown of prices and picotares of every single item bought and I didn't get a reply.
May be cheaper to keep that [censored] an Chuck It in the BIN and loose a tenner and get what is left to be refunded wired back to me instead of shipping that [censored] back to China.
By the way, Popreal wipped out the order I made and paid for, I can't see what I bought on my Popreal account, the only receip I have is the one PayPal emailed me.
Terrible customer services, scammers, terrible fabric quality.

I ordered 7 mum and baby suits from popreal and I waited almost a month to received them one by one.in this period, I sent so many emails to them for my order information, they indeed replied me soon but I think the customer service sam was unhelpful. Luckily, I met lisa, she helped me solve my problems and very patiently sent all the order details for me. But i'm still not so happy to wait so long. The dresses are for my baby and I taking phone for her 1 year old birthday. It passed the time.

Do NOT order anything from these scammers. Look at all the bad reviews. I disputed the charge with my credit card after one month went by and I did not receive the items and guess what? Popreal responded to them immediately and sent them copies of the shipment label after the card pulled their charge. Still took the merchandise to arrive two months late.

I have placed an order on April 25 2018 and still have not received any information about my order being shipped.

My paypal account has been debited and i received an email from paypal stating that i should see shipping information shortly. That email has never arrived.

I have spent $127.23 on 8 mommy and me outfits. My order number is P359927

If I spend money on a "legit" sales website, I expect to have results. This is not professional at all!

Please get this resolved ASAP!

I placed an order on March 16th for $90. I've contacted them 7 different times since then with no response. I received 6 weeks later three of the eight items I ordered, but two were duplicates. So technically I only receive two items I order out of the eight. I'm shocked this site hasn't been shut down. They have stolen $70 from me. This is money I work hard for.

It's been 20 days since I have placed my order. I have reached out to customer service by email and facebook messenger. There was no reply or response from PopReal. Then I realized many people had the same situation Never received the products after paying for it. These comments were not found on the facebook reviews before I placed my order. This company is a TOTAL SCAM!

I purchased this March 18th, 2018. It is now April 29th, 2018 and I have yet to receive this order.

Now it says this when I log in. It's just bad customer service if they are a real company. I wanted my daughter to take pictures for her 4th birthday in this. When I contacted them, they just said it'll be shipped out soon but that was this month. Whether I receive my order and love it, or don't receive it at all, I will never purchase from here again.

They have been telling me for 2 months that I will get my refund and either don't reply or make excuses as to why it's taking so long.
I canceled my order with them because they also lied about when it would get here, and they hadn't shipped my order so there shouldn't of been any problem with them issuing my refund to me. All I want is my money back but I will probably never see it.

Ho pagato e ordinato un completo mamma figliaper un matrimonio che avremo il 12 maggio 2018 e li ho ordinati il4 febbraio 2018 in cui una mail mi diceva che sarebbe arrivato il pacco entro il 20.4 ma ovviamente... NIENTE. E le loro risposte sono state che non erano ancora pronti i vestiti, dopo invece che era pronto solo uno, poi anche altro poi che li avevano speditoche sarebbero arrivati in 10/12gg ovviamente ne sono passati già più di 15gg ma niente. Mi hanno dato un n track x seguire la spedizione tramite USPS ma inserendo il cod dice che non esiste.😡😡😡e ora sono qui che ho perso i miei 50€con dei ladri che non rispondono più.
