Popeyes service

The cashier Leandra Cohr who served me this Aug 22 at 1283 E Leland road in Pittsburg Ca was so rude, she throw the plate in my face when I told her she was rude I almost called police. She was impatient because it took me a while to order because I'm not familiar with the menu. I was Asian probably she was profiling me as stupid and don't know English. She is a hazard to the company's image and a danger to guest. I have never been humuliated so bad before .

Popeyes service

On July8 I went in the new store in Athens Al and ordered 4 pieces of dark spicy, one pint coleslaw, two biscuits and 1 large coke. To go. Got the coke, and it tasted flat and instead of regular was diet. I let that go as it was lunchtime in a new store and didnt want to slow down the process. Eventually I got my order and proceeded home. We opened the box Not dark but breast and wings, I let it go, I was home and didnt want to drive back across town until I looked for my biscuits. NONE. Damn, let's check the coleslaw, Not coleslaw but potato salad. Unreal. I ordered 4 items and all 4 were wrong. I looked at receipt. It was exactly my order. How could it be so wrong from counter to the back. I packed it up and went back to get my money for the chicken and biscuits and coleslaw, since I'd partially drank the coke and took a bite of chicken. I won't go back to any Popeyes ever. The spicy in my old hometown was making people sick, I thought since the store was new I'd chance it. Bye Popeyes, your service is lousy and food will make people sick

July 8 Athens al. Brand new store. Ordered 4 items got 3 items all wrong per receipt. Went back got money back. It's a new store so I assumed I wouldn't get sick like the store in my old town, the spicy was making everyone sick. I ordered 4 dark meat, one coleslaw, 2 biscuits and large classic coke. The coke was flat and diet. The chicken was 1 thigh 2 wings and 1 breast. The coleslaw was potato salad and the biscuits were non existent. My receipt had exactly what I ordered. How could they screw it up completely? After reading the comments I'm wondering if this is deliberate sabatoge. How can they stay in business? I won't go back and neither will friends and family.

Popeyes employees with bad practices

On July 20th I went into a Popeyes here in Orlando Florida and witnesses an employees go into the dining area and assist her mother with changing her son's diaper. Right at one if the tables while other patrons we're eating. She also used on of the rags that they clean the tables and counters with on her son's behind then throw the same rag back into the bucket of water, that she just cleaned and then tended to nother patron without washing her hands. Then when my husband said something she just said "I don't give a [censored] it's my baby ND if you don't like it then leave". Lao she there the dirty diper into the garbage bin in the dining area. I cannot believe that they will now use that rag on the tables and counters and everyone else that she waits on will be getting fecl matter on their food, money drink cups and any condiments she touches. No one would ever go to the Popeyes on SOBT in Orlando Florida unless you want to get suck and go to the ER.

Popeyes terrible experience

Tonight I went to get dinner at 9:15pm at the ponca city Popeyes. I ordered a #2 combo with red beans & rice. A combo boneless wing box with fries. A side order of mashed potatoes and gravy and side order of French fries. I was asked to pull forward so they could make the wings. I pull up 10-12 minutes later lady comes out with 3 boxes and sauce and napkins all on top of boxes with no sack. I asked for a sack to put all my food in.. lady took order back in to bag in. (No problem) I decided to check my order and I was missing my side order of fries, & biscuit. On top of it all my food was really cold. So I asked to just get the biscuit and my second order of fries and asked for them to be fresh. The cashier sent manager to window the manager asked the problem I told her she said I put fries in box. I explained to her I got the fries for the combo meal but not the side order of fries I paid extra for the manager got a terrible attitude with me I asked her what her name was she said it's right here and pointed to her name tag.. name tag said ammie widener assistant manager. I told her I didn't appreciate the attitude and she said this isn't even an attitude yet.. cashier apologized several times even apologized for managements behavior.. i told manager I wouldn't return back to Popeyes if that's how service would be and she threw her hands up and laughed at me.. WORST experience I have ever had at any fast food establishment.. mistakes do happen and that's understandable but for management to act like that is unacceptable... Hope this situation is addressed and management learns a little customer service..

Popeyes the product and service.

I went to Popeyes on 7/17/2018 at 6 :05 on my lunch break. When I entered the restaurant there was three guest in line with three guests waiting on their order.I ordered the 5 dollar box of boneless wings.I asked for a large mashed potatoes instead of fries.I waited on my order it's was 6:20 when I got my order.I open the box and I had fries.I told the young lady Jas that I was suspose to have mashed potatoes.She replied that wasn't what the screen said. I told her I couldn't help what the screen said I knew what I paid for.I told her I was the customer and that wasn't the right way to hand that.She picked my box up took the fries out and fixed me a lot mashed potato.When she gave me the potatoes it was like she threw them at me.I told her if she didn't like her job in customer service maybe she should find another job.The manager told her to apologize the damage had already been done.It's was then 6:25 pm .I spent my.lunch break to get bad service and dried out boneless chicken wings This was totally unacceptable..I had worked in restaurant management for 40 years.This kind of service and food is bad for business.

Popeyes employees

My wife went to Popeyes in Lawnside New Jersey ask about the boneless chicken meal that's going on that is $5 and the girl working started arguing with her and yelling at her when she was asking questions about it my wife called me and said she's not getting food from there and came home. If you would like to speak with either my wife or myself our number is [protected] we frequent this restaurant often and we always have issues with the employees there but we like the food that's why we keep going thank you for your time

Popeyes customer service

I was at the Hazleton Pennsylvania store 2 times this month and left 2 times with no chicken. The drive threw crew was very rude because we needed to ask a question about the $20 meal. He made my wife and I feel stupid because we don't work there and just asked a simple question. The manager begged me to drop it. Popeyes service is awful there! Never again will I go to that store. Nor will we be getting Popeyes because of how terrible our experience was plus the next store is far away. I have a bachelors degree in law and my wife works in oral surgery but a drive threw member at Popeyes made us feel uncomfortable and uneducated because we wanted to know if we could split the ten piece. Shame on me for not knowing. This could go from a complaint to having my lawyer handle the rest. Popeyes food quality

I ordered a $5 boneless wings special to go and took it back to my office to eat. The first four were fine but when I bit into the 5th one I immediately tasted something awful. I spit the bite out and was looking at some kind of gristly undercooked mass that turned my stomach. I threw the rest of the food out because I no longer had an appetite.
This happened on July 12, 2018 at store 11511 at 99 Spencer St. in Manchester Ct.

To be fair I have eaten there several times before and have always been happy with the service and food quality.

A refund would be appreciated. My total bill was $5.32.

Popeyes i'm complaining about the area manager.

I was an employee of Popeyes in Portland, Texas from July 6, 2017 until March 1, 2018. I took some time off to go visit my family and the area manager and the managers there approved it. When I got back I was told that I had to reapply, wish I did. Every time I would go to Popeyes to check what's going on and they were always telling me that the system is down but yet they have about 4 to 5 new employees.. come on what's going on...
The managers and the area manager don't want me back because I don't want to cook. I'm a disable veteran with many problems especially memory problems and I don't think I can handle when they back the orders like crazy-back to back. I don't wanna get mad or just walk out because I forgot an order...that's why I don't want to cook cause I don't wanna get frustrated. I was happy just prepping the chicken and washing dishes. The area manager for Portland, Texas Popeyes is very rude and she had her favorites. Her name is Elvia (don't know her last name)
I just want all the employees to get treated right because I wasn't.
Thank you for your time and hopefully something gets done!

Popeyes racism

I went to the Popeye's on Preston Rd at George Bush Tollway in Dallas on Friday at about 7:30 pm July 6, 2018 because Popeye's was having drumsticks special for $0.25. The Mexican manager refused to serve me and said there was no special on any drumsticks. I said ok and got out my cell phone and order a $3..9 chicken strip dinner. She refused to take the electronic coupon and told me to go get a paper copy. When i show her the electronic coupon she demanded that I leave. When I asked why she said I don't like WHITE MOTHER [censored]ERS in my store. I left. I will never return to a Popey's.

I will be suing Popeye's for racism. This Mexican woman was RUDE, NASTY and mean to me

Popeyes manager and customer service

I was a customer at the Popeyes in plant City on Alexander st, the managers and employees were all outside smoking and drinking alcohol. I noticed that the employees were outside for a very long time smoking and I also noticed an employee making a drug exchange in the parking lot of Popeyes. Most of the employees are very loud and rude using profanity and being loud.

Popeyes the whole entire store. food and workers.

The place is nasty. The workers are rude. Been there twice in past months and both time I have ended up having to go back because my order was wrong. Manager walking around like he don't Care. Was no where to be found for about 10 minutes. Looks like every body on drugs. Shirts hanging out not tucked in at all. Just very nasty restaurant. Will Not go back.

I am a current employee at the franchise Popeyes at 3308 Bragg blvd Fayetteville NC 28303 I haven't received a pay my card was registered wrong I finally got the rapid card straighten out and I been waiting on my pay it was suppose to hit today its still saying $0 on my card I need to get in contact with the Popeyes hr department my email address is [protected]@gmail.com

Popeyes dry chicken:

On june the 25th 2018 I stopped by the pop eye chicken on central and dunlap after work to pick up a ten piece box of chicken for dinner the chicken was real bad it was several days old and very dry I paid $16.28 for some chicken we had to throw out because it was so bad I would like a refund. We have eaten popeye chicken before I have never had any like this before we loved pop eye but after this I do not think I will buy anymore ever we will miss you too. Thank you.

We bought stale old black dry chicken in fairview heights Ill on route 159, 10/27/18, at closing time. that was the worse chicken I ever have had. the rude crew didn't refund me and I had my receipt and proof of the bad chicken. they told me that the rules had change. you can take customers money, and sell them refried old stale chicken without giving them their money back

My wife and i was traveling and we came off in fairview heights ill, at the popeye chicken on route 159, and remind you, it was closing time, the wrong time to buy chicken at closing time. We ordered some chicken. We got our orders and proceeded about ten miles to our destination. When we open the box, the chicken was refried old dry and black, we were so hungry and disappointed, and i was not going to take old chicken 10 miles the next day. I took a picture of some of the black meat, and i threw that garbage away. The next day my wife and i decided to go to bob evans for breakfast which was down the way from popeye chicken, where i made the purchase. I really wanted two things, my refund and good customer service. The place was filthy, and the worker were uncaring and rude. I was told the manager wasn't there, and a young black guy said we have new rules, and he can't help me, come back in 20 min and talk with the manager. He said he didn't know where she was so come back, which sounded a little odd to me. So wife and i went and had breakfast, afterwards about a hour later i went back to popeye's chicken. I was told again, the manager is not there. So i asked is there a assisting manager?. A young black lady came to me, and i told her about the bad chicken, and i showed her the receipt and pictures of the bad chicken that i was going to send to headquarter. She was rude and she didn't care. I asked for her name, she didn't give it to me. I took a picture of the nasty floor, and i took a picture of her, but she covered her face. Pictures that i was taking to send to headquarter. She got angry with me and called the police, because i was taking pictures, and all i wanted for her to do was make it right with some good customer service. The pictures and the complaint is for my refund, and so that they can stop refrying old black chicken at closing time. All black rude crew, very uncaring.

Popeyes service

Veronica at the popeyes on warwick, for starters was very rude to be a manager anywhere. Then she lied about the special being offered all because she didn't want to do the service she stated that at a chicken place she couldn't switch out the pieces the exact same restaurant does that at all othe locations but this one. Her service is always nasty!

Popeyes 11574 store has the worst customer service of anywhere in hot springs

This is the third time in a row I have went in popeyes to pick a snack 3 tender combo for two tenders ready, biscuit ready waited 23 minutes to get fries full staff, 7 others waiting also. This is the last time I will be going to the albert pike popeyes. They need a true manager at this store in the afternoon it was about 4:15 pm. When ordering something to go it shouldnt take 23 minutes.

Popeyes never having blackened ranch/false advertisement

Hello. I was driving around Ottawa today and saw a big sign that says "1/4lb popcorn chicken 6.49$". So I went to the popeyes drive thru & the sign was displayed on their menu as well. I personally love their chicken tenders, and my brother loves popcorn chicken. So i order the tenders, they say "no. We don't have blackened ranch." So I compremissed and decicided on another sauce but was already irritated as this isn't the first time that they haven't had the blackened ranch sauce. So I processed to order the popcorn chicken, to which she says "no. We don't have popcorn chicken anymore. We don't sell that." So i said "well, why is it still advertised?" And she said "i don't know. It's a monthly promotion, but we don't have popcorn chicken." At that point, i just cancelled my order. You could barely even make out what she was saying, and her tone of voice wasn't very compassionate or friendly either. This is absolutely ridiculous! If you're advertising a product, customers should be able to purchase the product! If you run out, they should at very least have a sign out! I looked up reviews for this store (tenth line & innes rd, in ottawa) and ALOT of people have complainted! Something needs to seriously be addressed here! I have always loved popeye's, but after contiunes experiences of unfriendly customer service, running out of products, and a lack of compassion, i am not impressed by any means to ever want to return again!

Popeyes bad manners and poor service

I am a valued customer of yours and would like for you to know about the Shurling Drive, Macon, Ga location. I could complain for days about the poor service and bad manners here @ Popeyes but especially today June 19, 2018 @ approximately 7:15 pm. I was @ the drive thru window and the service worker says @ the window immediately, it would be 15 mins b4 being served cause there are other people ahead of me to be served waiting on chicken, so I say ok that's fine. I ordered the $10 box with a 3biscuits, 2apple pies, and a large Tea. I waited patiently in the line for 15/20 mins with only (one) car ahead of me
and 2 people inside and when the server finally comes and opened the window n tells me the total. I hand her a $100 bill. She states she can't take it. I say why she says she doesn't have that kind of change. I say how is that and she states. "Like I Said" I aint got that kind of change in a very ghetto, disrespectful way which this is not the first time with their drive thru window employees. I will never return to this branch. They are rude, disrespectful and have very nasty attitudes. The manager was [protected]@ the register when she addressed me and didn't speak one mumbling word. So why address the situation. I have been to numerous Popeyes Chicken and never received the treatment that I have [protected]@ this particular one. If they don't want to work they should stay @ home. I help pay their salaries along with other customers and refuse to be treated like this by anyone. Not the 1st time but definitely the last [protected]@ this particular branch. If a manager allows this type of behavior they need to be go home as well. Last time I checked, a cashier's job is to have great customer service. If I had said something wrong, it would be different but this definitely was not the case ever! She had an attitude b4 she even saw my face from just placing an order! Ridiculous!

Popeyes in middle Georgia that doesn’t have bad attitude and a lack of manners is the RAFB Popeyes. It is like a requirement to work at Popeyes in middle Georgia, you must have a bad attitude and bad manners. Popeyes, You have great chicken but lousy store management.

I went into the store it was nasty they didn't have but four people working the manager that was there acted like they didn't know what they were doing no lids and the chicken was cold and didn't look like it was cooked right I don't know what is wrong with this location now but someone need to get it back in order I love Popeyes chicken and how can they let people work there that do durg and Went to prison for stealing peoples income check

Popeyes food safety violation

Most of the behind the counter employees have no head protection on. I understand hairnets are usually hard to see, but when a hair net is worn hair lays flat. One lady's hair looks teased and one young man has jerry curls hanging out all over his head. One is wearing only a sun cap but a sun cap only restrains the from the person's face it will not prevent hair from polluting the food.
