Popeyes wrong order and rude service

I ordered a popcorn shrimp tackle box (because all the signs on the lobby windows and in drive tru, showed, "tackle box season", with 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp box!) and I received a butter fly shrimp box. when I realized it was wrong, I went back through drive tru to have it fixed and was told the popcorn shrimp doesnt come in a tackle box. I tried explaining, calmly and nicely, the pictures show popcorn shrimp as one of the $5 tackle boxes and that was the whole reason I even ordered a tackle box, because of your advertisment of this box. this is misleading and false, advertising, if it's not available. the employee on the headset just argued and refused to fix my order. I even was willing to pay the difference. not very professional or respectful from the gentleman on the speaker at this location. i'm very dissapointment and would appreciate my order to be fixed as well as an apology for the misleading signs, in which I took pictures of. thank you.

Popeyes being disrespectful by an employee and my chicken was not spicy and chicken was cold

I was just at store number yesterday and I ordered your 445 I got a spicy for peace with a breast and I did a breath up charge and the lady in a biscuit and all together and my total came to $8 and you know what kind of even $8 cuz and that was on I came to your store on 2/ 22/ 2018 at 2:38 p.m. and I came back today at 2/23/2018 and I want to upgrade for the same thing the same lady took my order Sarah store# 11280 in Southfield, Michigan on Telegraph first the y young man took my order and then he got smart with me and then a lady jumped in on her microphone and going to tell me that I could not do a dollar 1.19 upgrade for another breast when I explained to her I did it yesterday. She tells me well ma'am I can't do that and I'm not going to do that I don't know who took your order but I'm not doing no upgrade I not doing that upgrade on chicken tonight so you can either get the 4 for 5.00 or nothing and I feel she was very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer thought customer was always right if I could do it yesterday the manager even said it was ok I even came there for my job and order and it was ok do I said fine she didn't cut her micro phone off then said I don't know what's wrong with these people thinking they can upgrade on chicken but she not getting it I will never come back to your store again or have my job place orders for Popeye's again
I will go spend my money at KFC or some other restaurant. Have never been talked too like that or disrespected by a restaurant employee like that before my number is [protected] and my name is Keisha Mitchell. And my chicken was not spicy I ordered spicy chicken and it was cold thank you for your cooperation and your time have a good evening

Popeyes the quality of the food that I received there and the response I received after speaking to someone about the food

I went to Popeyes and ordered the SurfTurf Shrimp Dinner with potatoes and a biscuit. The biscuit was hard as a brick on top and wet on the bottom. Then I called back to complain and they( the employees) were just yelling that biscuit was not wet and he told me to bring the biscuit back after I had made it home 12 miles . I said no he said well just call the number on the back of my receipt. Every time you go there they will never fully complete your order it's something always missing.

Popeyes unclean facilities and staff does not know chicken parts

We went to the Popeyes franchise on 6224 Greenbelt Road, MD on Tuesday, January 30Someone needs to inspect the Popeyes franchise in Greenbelt, MD immediately. No one was wearing gloves in the entire store, food was on the floor and chicken and fries were actually lying on top of the carry out boxes, the counter was cluttered with customer receipts, there was no tea in the containers, and the staff was nonchalant about all of this.

Lots of greasy chicken was piled up behind the counter in pans, but it was not separated by chicken parts. We ordered two 5-wing combos and were told there were no chicken wings, but we could have any 5 pieces. I then asked for breasts and legs. She began searching through 2 pans that were piled high with mixed chicken parts, looking for wings. She then gave us 2 boxes with 3 breasts, 2 legs, and 5 wings and said, "Sorry, I couldn't find any wings". The chicken was not hot, had obviously been sitting for a while, and was greasy. Also, one box had a biscuit and one did not. I ordered beans and rice as a side and what I got was mashed beans and a little rice in a small container unlike the photo or a cup that I have seen at any other Popeyes franchise. We went to get tea and the containers were empty. We were told to bring the cup back to the counter and it was filled in the back. UHHHH...

The tables in the dining room were not clean. WE COULD NOT EAT OUR FOOD BECAUSE THE PLACE IS UNSANITARY!

Popeyes paycheck not received since july 2017

I worked at the popeyes location located at 1471 Richmond Rd, Ottawa, ON K2B 6R9. My last day working there was July 2017, and now we're in 2018 and I still have not received my check. I was told that I would get a call to notify me when the check was ready, which I did not receive. So I forgot, and when I picked it up on November 1, 2017, it was returned on November 3, 2017, because the account was closed. So, I returned a copy of the check to the manager on November 5, 2017, and until this day, January 20, 2018 I do not have my check. And the manager would like me to print another copy. I just want my check, and go about my days. The manager already knows the check is worth $136.31.

Popeyes customer service

I walked into the Popeye's in Covinton Louisiana at 71711 Riverside Drive 70433. The first thing that went wrong was the order was messed up which I understand that these things happen! I would never get on a complaint form to complain about this, I'm a very understanding person who has experience in a fast food environment and I understand that mess ups happen.in all actuality the girl who fixed my issue was very polite, and after we shared a laugh and it was over and I was on my way out. The manager who's name is April told me as I was leaving and "that there was a car there, why am I so [censor] worried?".. I have never been more embarrassed. I was with my special needs client and I was working at the time and the last thing I needed was to make a scene. All I wanted was my chicken, biscuit, and a drink! If I wanted to be cursed at I would have gone to my Ex's house. This ignorant woman obviously doesn't have the capacity to do the job she has. Besides embarrassing me she embarrassed herself and let her rear show. Bless her heart.

Popeyes black matter inside breast

Ordered two piece with onion rings. Asked for ranch and was told it was extra. Agreed to pay extra. Got home and onion rings were soggy and cold. Ranch sauce was not there and neither was receipt when I tried to see if I paid for it. Breast had black matter inside and gray meat. Brought picture back to store and was told I needed a receipt. Tried explaining I never received receipt. Manager said there was nothing she could do without receipt. Even with picture of inedible food. Wrong color to get help in New Orleans Popeyes. Good riddence.

Popeyes service and cleanliness

My husband and I went into the Popeyes location on Heron Road in Ottawa, ON and I was appauled at the service and the state of the restaurant its self. The staff was standing around behind the counter chit chatting while the owner or manager was sitting behind the counter talking on his phone not saying any thing to the staff about serving the customers. After ordering it took 15 minutes to get our food. The counters at the drink and condiments area was disgusting. There was stuff stuck to the counters an there was a broken table not blocked off. I took pictures to show what it wad like. Not impressed and I do not intend to return. If the main area is this gross i hate to see where my food is being prepared.

Popeyes counter service by the manager

Visited the Popeyes location #11755 at 14611 Se Mcloughlin blvd Milwaukie OR at 6:30pm
My wife, three children and I finished ordering $27 worth of food and along with asking for five waters. Our meal was totaled and I was about to pay when suddenly the manager who's name is Mason turns and tells the cashier to wait and says to her you forgot to charge for the water. I mean really who does that? Repremanding another employee right in front of a customer then telling us it's its gonna be another $.75 for water. Really like the food here but that was rude and completely unprofessional especially for a manager. Sincerely Boe Ellis

Popeyes drive thru

I am writing to make a complaint against the Popeyes drive thru. Every time I show up, there is a very slow line to get through the drive thru. I am currently sitting in line and it has taken me 30 mins to get through 3 cars. Despite the lack of speed and horrible customer service, the speaker box has a taped sign that states "speaker out, sorry". This is beyond unacceptable and needs to be reviewed further. Worst restaurant I have visited in a very long time.

Popeyes customer service

I am not one that usually complains but after 3 bad customer service experiences at 12175 I am done with Popeyes. I have been in customer service my whole life and the way these employees talk to customers is not the place I will go again. First bad experience was a few months ago when at the speaker they said that credit cards could not be used right then. So I politely asked if they can do debit cards. The girl said " didn't I say the credit cards cannot be used" I politely said that a debit card is different all she had to say is the credit card system is down cash only. Second bad experience I placed my order and got to the window to pay and the girl said " we are out of rice now you need to pick something else." Proper way would have been to apologize and ask if there was another item I would like or the money back. This time took the cake. I was ordering and the girl kept cutting me off, "ANYTHING ELSE, ANYTHING ELSE." Every time I would say something but she wouldn't not let me finish. Then I get home after spending $45.49 due to extra sides the red beans and rice was not in there. They are rude when talking to customers and would probably get the order right had they have listened. Frustrating.

Popeyes improperly cooked food

I made a complaint July 2017 referencing undercooked chicken which led to food poisoning, I have contacted corporate on multiple occasions. I was told "we will have an agent contact you immediately" Here we are Dec. 19, 2017 and I still have yet to be contacted regarding this matter. I have read online through Yelp and other Reviewers that say this in an ongoing thing. I would suggest action to be taken before someone ends up filing a lawsuit.

Popeyes manager

Several times the Popeyes in Oakdale Louisiana 71463 does not put all of your order in the bags and lets you leave from the drive thru. This recently occurred about 2 weeks ago and again on 12/09/17 a little before 7:00pm. I sent my daughter back to get the order fixed but I also called to complain to the manager that it is aggravating to have my chicken get cold while I wait for the fries to be picked up. The manager of this store told my daughter who used to work there that he was about to cuss her daddy out and also told her that we were probably already eating the chicken. Very rude and unprofessional. Most of the time I have to pull up and wait 10 to 15 minutes almost every time I use the drive thru. This should give them enough extra time to get an order right. This managers name is Lee Willett.

Popeyes chicken size

This is totally unacceptable. As you can see from the pictures the chicken legs aren't much bigger than a matchbox. Imagine my surprise when I purchased a 16 piece meal all dark meat discover the size of these legs. This is the third time this has happened. I live 1 mile from Popeyes but have been driving 22 miles round trip to Bojangles but today didn't want to make the drive so I went to Popeyes, never again.

I went to the Popeyes Restaurant on Elam in Balch Springs, Texas the special price was twenty dollars, but on my receipt it rang up 21.99 when I noticed the price I immediately brought it to the cashiers attention, his response was that's the way it rings up there's nothing We can do. I walk int restaurant girl counting money never looking up two other employees make eye contact never coming to take my order. So I say is anyone going to wait on me ?Reply one second as she continued counting money for another two minutes, so I walk out go to drive up same thing . And being that I am in the Massachusetts area no one speaks English, it is very rude when the employees speak in another language after you ask them to wait on you .The worst service ever.

Good Afternoon,
To The staff of Popeye Louisiana Kitchen Corporation, I have been a customer seems to be very dedicated to eaten at Popeyes Corporation over 30 years. I never thought about complaining until now. I purchased on Tuesday November 28, 2017 around 8:05pm 6 of The Tuesday $1.49 2 pcs special. I asked do they have fresh chicken and The young man said YES, with a hesitation We just finished cooking this bash 6 minutes ago. So as I approached the drive thru Window. The young man and his Coworkers were looking at ME through the window. So, I kinda felt funny and explain my previous experience from other Popeyes restaurants. I experienced BAD CHICKEN, Over cook freeze burnt chicken. The meat was Dark The thighs and Drum Sticks. So, you don't have to worry it's fresh but this other young man hand him a box of chicken and 2 other men standing there looking ask me do I need ketchup etc. So, I thought about checking my order but waited until I gotten home. I look in the Box and saw a lie, the chickens look like The most worst chicken over cook, some pieces was Dark in spots and OLD Chicken. I called them and let them know, this was a joke, I live TOO far away from you all restaurant to come back. They close at the 9:00pm. I like people playing with my food. So I spoke with the manager his name is Anthony, at 4510 Panther Creek, The Woodlands, Tx 77381. Store number 8684. I taken a picture of the chickens. I am very unhappy about this location and other like THEM. This location also previously near my house started to serve, the same issues 16826 Interstate-45 south, Conroe Tx 77384.

Popeyes service/food

This evening I ordered 2 meals, a #3 and a #7 the chicken in the #3 seemed old and as if it had been sitting a while. The #3 seemed old and not fresh as well. I didn't get biscuits with neither meal. The young lady at the drive through window was not friendly and when I asked for hot sauce I was told there wasn't any. I go to this establishment often and I've noticed over the past year service and food quality has declined greatly.

Popeyes i'd like to complain about the customer service from the employees towards the customer.

This occured November 16, 2017 at Popeyes located at Yonge and Dundas, Toronto, Ontario, Canada (273 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M5B 1N8). I'd like to complain about an employees disturbing attitude towards me as a customer. Firstly, when i placed my order, I was not given a receipt by this employee. Secondly, once I ordered my food, I waited patiently by the pickup area for around 15-20 minutes but my order was not called out. Then I decided to sit back down at a close distance to the cashier and my order was still not called out. I went back up and waited right in the front and another cashier spotted me waiting for a long time and asked what my order was realizing it wasn't even told to the kitchen. I've had enough and sat back down realizing it would take a while, then about 5 minutes later I went to ask why its taking so long and the employee who took my order (in a blue shirt, not sure if this was the manager ) came up to me with the food and rudely said "I told you to wait at the cashier, I called your order up a long time ago, " then shoved my food at me, gave me an incredibly rude, disgusting look and walked away. However I know for a fact she didn't call my order because I was constantly standing up there, long enough for another employee to even notice it was an abnormal amount of time and had to ask my order again. Not only did they take over 25 minutes for my simple order of a sandwich, the employee (blue shirt) failed to give me a receipt, gave me attitude for patiently waiting for my food and asking merely once if my order was ready AND didn't even apologize for the delay or her rudeness. This occurred sometime between 4.45pm-5.20pm on November 16, 2017 at the Yonge and Dundas location. Please ensure to talk to this employee so future customers don't receive such disgusting attitude and customer service. Thank you.
