Popeyes uncooked chicken after a 30 minute wait

We were travelling via Toronto and decided to try popeyes chicken for the first time, So we ordered the spicy 8 piece and they we had to wait 15 minutes. After 30 minutes they finally gave me a box of mixed of regular and spicy. and I said I wanted all spicy, they said we are sorry you will have to wait another 15 minutes for all spicy. When we got home almost all pieces were raw inside and only got 2 spicy pieces. This has been one of the worst experience. this happened on November 3rd 2017 at the 3591 Sheppard Ave E, Scarborough, ON M1T 3K8 Popeyes.
What I would like is a refund or some kind of compensation for the money we spent on uncooked chicken!

Popeyes validation survey

october 30, 2017. I called in the survey the next evening on october 31, 2017, and I wasn't given a validation code after completing the survey. Popeyes service

This Popeye's is located on Pat Booker Road in Universal City, Texas. Tuesday night I stopped at this location and they were very busy because of the 2 pc special. A lady ahead of me ordered 5 separate orders and when she received them, they were all thrown in one big box. She told them that she needed them separated and the girl told her that she could separate them herself. The customer said no, you need to make them separate orders like I requested. The customer then asked her who the manager was and she said she was the general manager. The customer then asked her where her hair net was because this general manager employee had very long hair and it was practically in the food as she swished it around. (Very unsanitary and against regulations, don't you think?) The employee told the customer that she didn't have to wear one. Your employee was downright rude and very unprofessional to be representing your company. She said all this and it was witnessed by all the customers. This particular customer was pissed! She told her she was going to turn her in and asked for her name. I don't remember what she said her name was or if she gave a fake name. This employee had very long hair with large painted on eyebrows. She does not need to be serving customers with her nasty attitude, talking back to customers and her unsanitary fly away hair. Again, the employee said she didn't "have" to wear a hair net. I know that's a lie! I then ordered 5 separate orders and they were all put into one big box "again". My orders belonged to 5 different people in different places...what the hell? I made them change it and put them in 5 separate orders hoping no one sabotaged the food out of meanness. I wouldn't put it past this one employee. Luckily the lady that took my order did it herself. You just need to know that your so called general manager, as she called herself, was disrespectful, rude and unsanitary to be working at Popeyes. Popeyes customer service

On Saturday Oct 21st. I go into this establishment to get chicken for my company. I clearly told them mixed mild and spicy and please make sure there are wings. I asked again as he was closing up the box did you put wings both the manager and the worker said yes. I get back and I have a box full of drums and 2 thighs. I was beyond angry because this was not the first time. They just do whatever they want to and there is no pleasing the customer.
I said I would no go back to this Popeyes in Mt. Vernon on the corner of Park and Sidney but I was in a rush. Customer service level is sooo poor not to mention no condiments in the bag and they want you to pay for sauce after I spent more than 30 bucks on chicken.
One time we got cold fries and when I mean cold I mean we bit into it and it was a chill from the freezer. This time the fries were under cooked I had to put it in the oven for my guest.
Enough is enough it’s time and time again I just said ok now I’m putting in a complaint. We need the the highest level of customer service no matter where the Popeyes is located. I go to the one in co op city on occasions and they give me exactly what I ask for.
Something needs to be done about this constant poor Mgmt.

Popeyes dead fly in the family size mashed potatoes

Hello, My name is Mrs. Johns, on Oct 18, 2017, My three children and I went to popeyes in Euclid ave in Euclid Ohio. I went in ordered through the drive thru. I purchased a 12pc spicy chicken family meal with the two sides. My sides were the red beans and rice, and the mashed pototaes it came with 8 biscuits the time was 18:35, I asked did they have the gallon fruit punch but the man representative claimed they didn't have any. I got to the window and the woman on my ticket named Dominique was telling a man employee that, "I don't know why they don't just say there order and pull up. She said they just be like "ummm...she said just order your food and go! Then she said this beeping in my ear is getting on my nerves it just keep beeping...I thought that that was very unprofessional. She took my money which was fourty dollars because my order was $ 27.99 as she proceeded to give me my food she then told me to have a nice evening I told her you to sweetie. I left and made a stop before heading home at the dollar general store up the road on Euclid ave in Euclid ohio to get fruit punch and snacks and headed home to make the food for my children and I. Now I just moved in to my apt in middle of Sept 2017, its clean and has no flying insects of any sort in my home. I made my children's food and I made mine I had got a thigh and a wing and two serving of red beans and rice and mash potatoes grabbed my honey and hot sauce and was ready to eat. I ate my bisuit first and then the wing and red beans and rice and some of the mash potatoes. I ate the thigh and had a little mash potatoes left. And still had mash in my mouth.when I looked in to take the scoop I said what the heck is that because it was dead and mashed in the mash potatoes I lifted up the spoon and told my husband, "oh my god there is a dead fly in my mashed potatoes. I instantly felt sick to my stomach not even wanting to eat any more...I went in to the kitchen I felt sick spit the mash potatoes out that was in my mouth out in the trash can and was throwing up. I immediately called the popeyes in Euclid Ohio on Euclid ave, around 7:15 pm and the man answered and I told him what happened, my children and I took pictures of it and I mentioned that to him also..he said he was sorry and there were no flys in there, I told him well I just moved in my apartment and I don't have none in my place, I told him also that the drive thru window opens and shuts so it got in the mash potatoes some how I also mentioned that I put two servings of each side in my bowl so the fly was already dead in the family mash. I order from popeyes but this never happen until today Oct 18, 2017. He asked me did I want my money back I said no I'm taking further action..I no longer want to eat from popeyes no more..I was completely disgusted because I could have eaten it..my children stopped eating also.. I wouldn't want anyone to experience that at all. I have pictures posted below and they are saved to my computer device also..

Popeyes 11 piece meals

Went into your Popeyes store on Florida Blvd near Sharp road at 8:00 pm to purchase chicken and was told the chicken would be ready in 10 minuets and at 8:50 the employees are on their cell phones, laughing, clowning and being unprofessional and not getting out their orders (at this point still no chicken). The business was not busy they were just being lazy and unconscious of their customers. We were told the manager left the store to go fight with another woman (pitiful). The place is already nasty and not kept clean, so this just confirmed that the employees attitude matched the way they keep their facility. My husband asked for the manager and she was young and immature. This place needs to shut down immediately. I will carry this complaint further.

Popeyes food, customer service, and poor management

I go to the Popeyes on North University in Lubbock, Texas and order two of the popcorn chicken for the $4 with Cajun fries, White gravy for the sipping sauce and fruit punch for my drink and an extra biscuit. We pull up to the window pay for our order I check my food cause they usually forget something and of course my extra biscuit wasn't in the box my fries are cold so we never pulled away from the window or anything so we have to honk the horn to get their attention and the "store manager" comes to the window and ask whats going on we tell her that we didn't get our extra biscuit she close the window i guess asked her empolyee opens the window asks to open our box to check that we didnt get the extra biscuit and at that our fries are cold i asked and if we could go head and get a fresh "MEAL" because if course we have to pull up and wait for now some fresh fries so I ask if they can take the meal back one of the employees was going to but the "store manager" I head say don't touch that done take it back and has the employees ask us to move up so now we my FAMILY TWO frustrated kids who are 2 and 3 years are now WAITING for 20 mins to get our fresh meal that I've asked for so the "COOK" comes outside with A box of fries and the biscuit they forgot the first time so now my husband asks him if they work as a team because how was he the cook and gave us so called fresh popcorn chicken but cold fries so now he said he just makes the chicken and that's all he does that the PACKER does everything else so he says we can't get fresh chicken but can give us a refund and takes ALL the boxes back i hand over the drinks the fisrt time he says that's fine to keep the drinks so now we are waiting for a refund and the "assistant manager" comes out and sayes what's going now we just tell her we are waiting for the refund and she says the "store manager" send her out to be the two drinks or we can't get our refund so I had her the drinks and tell her how disappointing this poor butt [censor] service was just ran me so mad didn't make sense how the whole situation was handle never in my life have I ever had this type of behavior happen as long as live and ate popeyes this is literally my favorite fast food chicken to eat and lately they just been [censor]in up and I've NEVER in my life just took my time out my day to write this who I don't even know is going to get or read. It's sad to say that I will not be eating this place for a good while now . This was very very disappointing and the WORST customer service and management that I've ever delt with.

Popeyes 10 pieces chicken - old and almost spoiled

It is about Ppeyes in Milton Ontario, Canada on 1003 Maple Ave, Milton, ON L9T 0A5. Thursday October 05, 2017 between 8:30pm to 9:00pm
This store owner or manager Wajih is such a rude person. I had experience buying chicken 3 times. He gives a nasty and rude look and mean attitude towards Asian customers. I have never seen him smiling with Asian customer particularly. He give smile only for white customers
First time I ordered 10 pieces mixed chicken, he gave me mix old and fresh chicken without white meat.
Second time, I told him about my last experience and he said that is not possible and I felt like I am lying to him but as I complaint him this time he made me wait for 20 min and give me fresh chicken but rudely in front of other customers he said loudly that you check all pieces in front of him that they are fresh and hot.
Third time he recognized me by giving me a very cruel look that I complaint to him about his chicken last time. This time he gave me 10 piece chicken with 2 fresh pieces on top and all very very old fried chicken pieces that I can not chew the crunch as it was so hard from outside and smelly from inside. My kids complaint the same.
Last thing is if you try to call after 8:30pm or 9:00pm they do not answer the phone. I also have pics of the chicken he gave me.
I am also going to report Ministry of Health in Canada along pics of chicken to take serious action against this store as it could seriously make someone sick.

Popeyes employees attitude & wait time

Location 9854Hallsferry Rd / Saint Louis Mo 63136.
I Veronica waited in line for approximately 35 mn.with only 1 car in front of me. /Six cars had left out if drive thru that was behind me . When I finally pull up to give my order / I was told to wait even longer / so I immediately got out of line to go in to get the number to Corporate and that was a problem . The girl that was working the drive thru window had much negative attitude . / I ask to speak with the manager and it didn't bother him regarding the young lady attitude plus he claim he didn't have a Corporate contact number very disappointed about not getting my food & poor service & attitude provided to a paying customer. I inform the manager on how they suppose to stay in business working in this manner...Thanks Veronica

Popeyes manager at popeyes restaurant

On September 24th 2017 at approximately 12:20 pm, I entered the college square popeyes chicken and ordered a meal (order#35). I filled my cup with coca cola and took a sip, the drink tasted flat and oversaturated with water. I approached the cash and asked the cashier if he could give me a new coke as it tasted "gross" and explained why. The employee called the manager who said without trying it that I was immediately wrong. I said no, and asked for a new one. He then walked around the counter and filled a cup with the coke and showed me what coke looked like condescendingly. He then tasted it and said its good and I again was wrong. He did this loud for the people in the restaurant to hear to embarass me. I then said well my opinion is that I dont like it. He then said too bad thats the way it is and walked behind the counter offering no resolution. I asked if i could pay for an upgrade to a bottle which he said fine. As i did so another customer advised he also felt the fountain drinks were bad and the manager was being rude to me. He then told the cashier the root beer tasted water down. The manager sent the cashier out to taste the root beer and the cashier replied tastes like root beer to manager and the manager said I can do nothing for you. A third male moments later was complaining his side tasted bad and the manager said well you ate it, and that is it. As I ate my meal a man and his daughter spoke to the manager and the male left the counter shaking his head saying he worked in fast food so what the manager said was untrue.

I found the manager, a middle eastern male with black hair, and a bald spot in the center, clean shaven face, average build, 40s. To be very rude and belittling to the customers. He made a point to embarass and show customers they were wrong about their preferences on taste and he was right and offered no solutions. Very poor management and customer service skills.

Popeyes missing half my order!

Friday October 22nd i ordered a 12 pc meal with 2 large coleslaw and that would come along with the 6 buns. Along with shrimp. We placed the order at 6:13pm and did not receive our meal untill 8pm.
Also we did not get out buns and the coleslaw where not the right size! I called them back and the said they would get back to me but never heard from anyone! I want my money back! Awful experience !

Popeyes overcharging of food that should have been on a special price

I am writing in to complain about the loacation in Jacksonville Fl on Mcduff ave.You guys have been advertising the $5 box, however the person that took my order said it was no longer available and I was charged full price for 2 meals...not even 30 minutes later I go to another location and the sign is as big as day...$ 5 box ...This was a week ago and it still shows until this day that the $ box is still available...I feel that if it is available at some locations, all locations should be honoring it...

Popeyes wrong chicken

Came to drive thru and was greeted by a recording immediately following the greeting was told one moment please I sat at that speaker for 7min finally ordered to be told we r out of mild chicken legs and thighs u can wait 12 min because that's all we have. This is crazy I came to your restaurant to be provided with product in exchange for my hard earned money. Now when I say this is ridiculous the girl said we'll we r almost closed so we don't have it u want to, wait or not I told her no give me spicy when I approached the window I waited there for another 3min and to put the icing on the cake was told to park and some. Would bring it to me 22, MIN LATER I KNOCK. ON THE DOOR AND ASKED WHERE MY FOOD WAS FINALLY I HAD TO REPEAT IT TO THEM AGAIN AND GOT MY FOOD THAT WAS NOT MILD IT TOOK ME 47MIN FOR TWO. MEALS FOUR PIECES OF CHICKEN. NOT EXCEPTABLE

Popeyes lengthy time waiting without service

on Saturday 09/16/2017 at approximately 03:55:50 my order for two $5 boxes was taken at store #2099, Ticket #02-2842. My order consisted of two (2) $5 boxes with white spicy chicken and an extra side order of red beans. At approximately 04:21 the black male waiter asked me what I was waiting for and my reply was spicy chicken, at that point the waiter said it would take another 6 minutes before the spicy chicken would be . I asked for and received a refund of $11.05

Popeyes the 4 $5.00 boxes that I purchased.

I would like a replacement of my food. I was given spicy instead of mild and I asked for fresh biscuits and were given old hard ones. Besides the old chicken that was fried dry it was some of the smallest pieces. Everything was placed in a small box so we did not receive the equivalence of a small fry. The gravy had more lumps than usual. There is no policy stating that you need to return the food for a refund or replacement and if the phone was answered I would have learned that. This is UNEXCEPTABLE that the manager stated she would get into trouble and there was nothing she could or would do. I would like for this to be rectified immediately.

Popeyes service

I've been going to this Popeye's for many years. Within the last year this place has really gone down due to one of it's managers Heavy set African American guy, the worst person they could have ever hired. Went to this place one evening about 8 pm ordered my food waited 20 mins and was then told they were not cooking anymore chicken, I asked for my money back and this is oat the 1st time strange things have happened several times. I was in Popeye's once before and they were holding back certain items on menu for there selves watch them tell people they were out of items and then saw employees pack up those items for themselves. Will not go back to this Popeye's as long as big boy is a manager. He is running away a lot of business he should never manage anything. I complained before and he knows it that's why he told worker to not cook anymore chicken. He closes the walk in early, ignores people at drive thru... it's a circus at that place never again will i go... Found a better Popeye's

Popeyes food

I was at a Popeyes location on Thursday September 15th around 5pm and purchased a five dollar box. The chicken was old and hard, it was horrible I could not eat it. I ordered rice and beans they were also horrible, the rice was old and hard as well as the beans. The biscuit was horrible too, they only good thing about the box was the cries. Popeyes 3 of 5.00 boxes of chicken tenders

We went there last monday on the fourth to get 5.00 boxes of chicken tenders..we get home and my son's missing his fry.so I call and tell the lady.right after that I call them back because my daughter opens her chicken strip by breakng them in half and so we all break open our chicken strips and they weren't cooked sadly that was all too late after we ate one chicken strip..well we all got super sick.so I asked the lady to replace all three meals.she started arguing with me.also when we got there there was a Mexican lady working the front counter sick.we also paid for drinks.they replaced two chicken strips and gave us two smashed up pies.and the manager was yelling at me in front of my kids.this was at the Vancouver mall location.we also paid for drinks.i told her I think we deserved to have our whole meal together at the same time.and that the other lady wrote in the book.i think someone should do the right thing here.if I don't hear back from anyone I'm calling the health department.i have eatten at other poypees locations never had a proublems.my name is Adelia Yates my phone Numuber is [protected].thank you.i just really think me and my kids were treated really crappy..I work in customer serie everything so I know yr not suppose to treat people like that. Popeyes popeyes on kearney

Went through drive through had a 25 minute wait when there ones no customers inside didn't seem busy I've never put in complaint before and I'm a patient person but for this to happen with no one there is bad business and no I will not ever go to this location again and I'm sure this ain't the first or last complaint just letting Popeyes know u guys need to do something about this unless u guys don't want customers if I knew u could take picture or video would of done it
