He caído en sus mentiras, así que conseguí un contrato con ellos y su vendedor: Manuel Domínguez tomó el primer pago inicial de 2000 Euros y para hoy ya pagado 8800 Euros...
Mi contrato se firmó el 15 de febrero de 2017 y la instalación debe empezar en 2 semanas, lo que no, en pocos días recibí una llamada telefónica, que los trabajos serán retrasos, le dije OK no hay problema, yo era gentil con ellos .
La instalación finalmente comenzó en una polilla después de que firmamos el acuerdo.
No había disculpas por retraso, vinieron en un día lluvioso y no había posibilidad de cavar el agujero para la piscina. Como la zona de la piscina no es muy grande y no pude conseguir una máquina grande para excavar, la excavación tomó 2 días, después de esto los problemas comenzaron, acusaron al tipo con un tractor / máquina que estaba excavando demasiado lentamente ... Después Que otro día quisieron conseguir una máquina y piedras pequeñas el sábado, lo que no es posible en España y me acusaron a mí y al maquinista, los instaladores recogieron sus artes y cosas y abandonaron el solar, ahora la instalación no se ha completado y el sitio Es abandonado, he pagado 90% de la piscina cuesta que lamento. Los nuevos pagan el dinero por adelantado ...
Por lo tanto no recomiendo la empresa POOLNATURAL SL y la persona: Manual Domínguez
Si quieres pedir una piscina de ellos, piense dos veces ...
Espero resolver la situación con la empresa lo antes posible y publicaré cómo fue.

Swimming pool installations
The company POOLNATURAL SL with website www.poolnatural.com selling cheap swimming pools in Spain, they promise extremely fast and quality service and fast delivery, after they contract with you they promise to start the installation in 2 weeks time and the pool installation would take 1 week to get the water in...
I have fallen in to their lies, so I got a contract with them and their salesman: Manuel Dominguez took the first down payment of 2000 Euros.
My contract got signed on 15 February 2017 and the installation should get started in 2 weeks, which did not, in a few days I got a phone call, that the works will be delays, I said OK no problem, I was gentle with them.
The installation finally started in one moth after we signed the agreement.
There were no apologies for delay, they came in a rainy day and there was no possibility to dig the hole for the pool. As the pool area is not very big and I could not get a big machine for digging, the excavation took 2 days, after this the problems started, they accused the guy with a tractor/machine that he was digging too slowly...After which another day they wanted to get a machine and small stones on Saturday, which is not possible in Spain and accused me and the machinist, the installers collected their gears and stuff and abandoned the building site, now the installation is not completed and the site is abandoned, I have paid 90% from the pool cost which I regret. Newer pay the money in advance...
Therefore I do not recommend the company POOLNATURAL SL and the person: Manual Dominguez
If you want to order a pool from them, think twice...
I hope to resolve the situation with the company ASAP and will post how it went.
