I worked for the polaroid customer service center for a year, and all we did is come up with ways to not give YOU(the customer) exactly what you should get from a company of that size. Or someone with mutiple issues such as the ones you experienced.
THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE THAT AREN'T GOING TO GET REFUNDS FOR ANOTHER YEAR!!!
DON'T DO THE OOW REPAIR!!YOUR TV IS GOING TO BREAK DOWN WITHIN 6 MONTHS!!
JUST BUY ANOTHER BRAND WITH THE $300 YOUR GOING TO SPEND ON THE REPAIR!!
EVERYONE NEEDS TO COME TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!
THEY KNOW ABOUT EVERY PROBLEM AND DETAIL THAT IS WRONG WITH ALL THE PRODUCTS!!
Polaroid has all the information regarding how many repairs are done or purchased and for what reason on each model.
Every week a detailed report is collected and sent to all the head honcho's of the company. Both at the warehouse and at the coporate office.
If you are having an issue with any of the products, do not stand for the first person you talk to. Escalate the issue all the way until you are talking with someone in the corporate office.
DON'T STAND FOR NOTHING!! STAND UP AND GET WHAT IS RIGHTFULLY YOURS!! YOUR MONEY!!
