Placed an order today with a lady there who was very rude and inconsiderate. Gave her my visa, order was placed, and instead of saying thankyou or goodbye before she hung up, she simply hung up. I called back to tell her I thought it was very rude to hang up on me as she did, and she started yelling at me, telling me she 's now decided she's going to cancel my order (can you imagine this?), and by God, that's exactly what she did. When I tried to speak, she slammed the phone down.
I called back 4 times and she answered every time- apparently she runs the place- hard to believe- and all she did was pick up the receiver and slam it back down- 3 times, then on the 4th attempt to reach the company, I got an immediate busy signal, , which I guess means she blocked my phone number! And this from a nation-wide appliance parts/repair company?! I suggest customers to stay FAR away from this nightmare of a business, at least until this woman is fired. Her name is PAT HARPER- the worst- simply no other words to describe her. Now I am without the parts I need for my stove. Thanks, Pat, for your contribution in tarnishing the reputation of humankind.
