I can't be sure, but it seems as though my account [Birdland007] has been suspended, perhaps by a complaint from someone. Under no circumstances do I use profanity nor do I agree with the many insulting antics that go one with some members of this game club. The suspension seems to have occurred after a bridge game with an opponent named SeaBisquit, who very promptly put in the computer in place of my partner after my real partner left the game. He didn't allow a moment for my partner to return. So I refused to bid. Eventually with 4 real partners partaking in the game they would be able to boot me from the game. But I didn't stay to see the outcome. If stalling is justification for suspension, then there ought to be a reciprocal penalty for deliberately replacing someone's partner in the game with a computer. The computer cannot bid properly. I am incensed that my account has been suspended. And it is very clear that SeaBisquit did this deliberately because I asked who replaced my partner with the computer, and he said "Who do you think?" ... as if tough; what are you going to do about it? Please consider suspending SeaBisquit with his orange-ranked score for inconsiderate unsportsmanlike conduct, not me.

I have been a member of pogo since 2001 and have 3 pogo memberships. In the last 3 months, pogo is constantly down because of server problems. Today it has been down for hours upon hours. Egames as owner of pogo should be taken to task for this.

I would like to know why i didnt recieve any pogo gems since ive been a member in february everybody gets 20 free gems except for me whats the problem it always says i need to be in the united states when i try to use them and i cant ive been in the united states all my life whats the problem?

For 3 months I was sendet a e-mail and let you know I canceled my account, i was moving to a other state. I still see on my mtl. statement you still take $5.95 from my CreditCard account. So if you don't give me the money back I see my Lawyer and make a Lawsuite. Chickedee1944

I PAY MONTHLY RIGHT OUT OF MY ACOUNT AND I CANT EVEN PLAY A GAME TELLS ME IM NOT A MEMBER I THINK ITS BULL THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU CANT PLAY THEY NEED TO GET THINGS RIGHT OR DONT TAKE THE MONEY EACH MONTH IF YOUR NOT A MEMBER

I completely agree that pogo.com is a scam and nothing but. I have been a member since 2000, and have yet to see ANY winner on the site (bot or otherwise). I have literally asked people in every single room if they've ever met/chatted to/known a winner. To date, I've never run across a single person who knows anybody who's won their 'jackpot'.

This site apparently gets paid pretty well for it's cheezy graphics and half-assed games.

Hmmm...*scratches chin* ... very interestink...

Pogo has more and more report happy people getting on and instead of making people report why don't they get moderators that way people don't get banned for wrong reasons. I have a story have to tell that just happened yesterday. I got banned for two days because someone reported me for advertising cheats which I did none of the sort and if they had a phone number they would understand my explanation better and would get back on right away. Ok the story is I wrote in chat when someone else was talking about using a dictionary for word whomp to help figure out words. I use the same thing I said and said I use this program where I click on the letters and put it into program and then it gives words that go with the word whomp letters which then I click the letters and put them in myself. I then said i can't do word whomp whackdown because goes too fast for being able to figure out words. I wish pogo had a better way to contact them so then we wouldn't have problems that can't be solved. Moderators would help too so then we don't have report happy people we just have people who know what is right to report for.

I wrote them by email and they just gave me reason why I was banned they didn't disagree or agree with my wanting to get back. I want to know what they think and want to say a better explaination. There was a bad misunderstanding.

I PAY DIRECT FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH. AND I CAN NOT PLAY NO POGO GAMES AT ALL. IT SAYS I AM NOT A MEMBER
I THINK THATS REALLY MESSED UP WHY TAKE THE MONEY OUT. IF IM NOT A MEMBER. I THINK ITS BULL PLEASE FIX THE PROBLEM

I have, on SEVERAL occasions, tried to logon to certain games. No success - unless I want to wait for hours - or be treated as a new neighbor in a bad community.

I don't know or care who the server is - you need to fix the problem in my area - noone else I see online has this problem.

I received my Visa account and I am charged for $39.99 for Pogo. I had cancelled Pogo the first part of January of 2008. Why am I billed for the full charge. I will wait for your answer. Thank you in advance.

I paid for two gift subscriptions for Pogo games and neither person I bought for can get in the games, I suggest Pogo recognize my complaint is serious, I don,t throw money away. And your taking my money and we are getting nothing, that is theft in my opinion, so get with it and turn on the pogo games for these two.

I pay my pogo bill every month, and I get all the casino games and can get in all of them but Bingo Luau. I have been playing the game up till three days ago and can,t get into the game at all, why is this, I would like to know the reason?

I am player pizzapie8458. For some reason i was reporting a cheat in the game backgammon. I was warning other plyaers not to play with this player (JoJo). All of a sudden I was suspended. I did not break any rules and it is so difficult to get someone to talk to from POGO. I hope I am at the correct spot to complain and I want to be reinstated ASAP

Iwant to cancel my subsritption to pogo it went through 3 times and i want to cancel.There is three amounts supposed to come out of my account and don't want it to. It was only supposed to be for $5.99 one month and it went to three years, a big mistake please fix this.

I would like you to stop taking payments from my account. I don't play Pogo games. I do not in the future intend to play Pogo games. I was assured that this practice would stop,but each month, there is another charge from my account. PLEASE STOP THIS THIEVERY.
