I was a member of pogo for for a little over 4years. I wasn't able to pay to pay when my subscription was up. After a few months of playing free games, my account was disabled. I was told it was because of fowl language in a game room. This could have been true, if it is, it was someone that was playing under my screen name. Sometimes when I have company I let them play under my name. Even so, the word they disabled my account over wasn't worse than what I've been called on this site. I reported them and they were able to keep right on playing. I bet if I renew my subscription I my account won't be disabled. Pogo is a joke. I wish there was a class action law suit against them.
I am very upset that I cannot seem to get a live person to talk to. It is time to renew my subscription, but I object to a company that takes your money each year, but does not allow you to talk to anyone except about the games. There is something very wrong with this. It did not used to be this way. If you get overcharged or anything regarding payment you have no recourse. Surely this is against the law.
Would someone please tell me how to get inti Club Pogo. Have been a member for 7 years and I can't get into the games.
i just renewed my account and got banned for life for sayin mf (my friend) nobody checked the chat nobody was even fightin. whoever reported me didnt like me or playin a game i didnt do anything and it is wrong they keepin my money... where does it say what we can say . you show me ! why can other people say mf and no problem. i wasnt even talkin to the person that reported me i was talkin to my friend.. is pogo aware that people are purposely playin a game gettin people banned..

i am member since 2006 my name got suspended twice and on third they disabled but yet one of my friends told me they got suspended 6 times and got disabled on 7th... just bought year club pogo like week before this happen... any1 no if i can do anything to get money bck or to restate club pogo on another name or wat?

I have some information that hopefully will help you all.
If you wish to contact Electronic Arts/ Pogo it's rather simple.
They have two phone numbers.
[protected] 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. PST Pogo
To use this option, press 0 to speak with an operator and ask to speak with a live representative regarding your Pogo or Club Pogo account.
Your best bet would probably to try to get ahold of Jay Averill, he's the general manager at for Electronic Arts.

Select My Account, Make a Payment, Say Yes to using a credit card, press two.
This will get you a live person to speak with...

It only takes 2 disgruntled members to file a lawsuit and make it class action. You've only got to find an attorney willing to take them on.
I agree with you in my account was cancelled also. For sayong chocolate condoms YET i sent pogo screen shots of Foul language suck as the "F" and the person was never suspened or banned or account cancelled .. pogo took my 42 dollars i paid for my account, all my tokens, and all my badges i worked so hard for They sent me an email account cancelled and not to contact them in any way . They take your money and you cant call pogo all you get is voice mails that lead you back to pogos help page. no appeals process whic in itself if useless and falls on deaf ears. They have our money and leave us SOL... I agree there needs to be a class action law suit against ea sports for unfair practises or something ...POGO is a scam !
