I joined Pogo as a member. When I signed in I gave my screen name but forgot password. So I clicked on "forgot password" and when I typed it in and clicked on it said "invalid email to send it to." Not true, they have it. Tried next day to contact them and said "wrong screen name". Today I contacted them again, (four times now) and asked them to recover my password. Still no reply. Am very frustrated. Customer service will not respond.
