I have received an email to say I've been signed up. And now I'm receiving emails from random people. I did not sign up to use POF and do not want to be. I want my account deleted immediately and I want to know how my email has become associated with an account in this way?
Please get back to me to confirm the requested action and information within an acceptable time frame. One week.

I have just seen that pof.com has taken £38.70 from my account without any authorisation. I have not used the account in over a year and do not indend to. I am getting married in march and need every penny and you have taking 38.70 which is a lot of money for me at the mooment. This gentleman is from Nigeria and lives in Fl . Goes by the name Leon but his real name is Nosakhare Osasu Idehen. His name on POF is DoctorloveMD. It is no longer on the site. He claims he is a doctor and and steals money from patients that he contacts online that come to him for health questions. He also scammes you if you are invited to his home and he steals from you when you are a sleep.
He has mulitple woman that come to his house and picks fights with them for no reason and he preys on your emotions. He is a dangerous man to the society and proclaims he is a doctor. He is married and is a pathalogical lair and he can't keep his story straight because he lies so much. Just want to protect any woman out there that to be aware of this creep.

It thanks me for being a Sprint customer, I am not, and it keeps telling me that I have a Walmart gift card, requesting personal information to redeem. Total highjack of the page. I can't go back to previous page and cannot continue without completing the form and that is not going to happen. I have no idea how to remove or navigate around this junk.

My account keeps getting locked out of my POF account for no reason and I can't get help anywhere. Their customer service phone no. doesn't receive calls and their email only responds with automated messages. I had to keep recreating a new account every time this happens. I can't even delete the old ones because it won't take my passwords. No one else I know has this problem. Locked out for 4th time in 3 days.

Mike Tully (Romantic03) ([protected]@yahoo.com) is a sexual predator who exposed himself to my little girl who was almost 10. He watches lots of very young teen porn, most look 14 or 15, some as young as 9, 10 & 11. The cops know to watch for him, but he just got on dating sites. He was in prison for 4 years for breaking his ex girlfriend's jaw and he physically and verbally abused me when I dated him and hes still serving weekends in jail. he's on probation, but he is very good looking, funny and plays the God card. he's got bad addictions to porn, prostitutes, massage parlors and underage porn. he's sick. and every girl needs to be warned. he is a compulsive liar and threatened to kill himself a few times this last week because I wont date him. he is so sick. I would not want him around my daughters, of any age!

A guy named Erik ( [protected]@gmail.com) on Plenty of Fish pretends to be looking for someone to marry. He claims that he is working in Dubai and has photos of himself (or someone) in Dubai. He uses the usual sob story that he's a widow, wants a mother for his son and tells women he loves them. He says he's extremely wealthy etc. Then he puts the screws in and requests money, saying his son's email has been hacked and he can't send him money or some lame excuse. I don't need any compensation; I just want him reported to protect others.

Hi there my name is Richard Hastie, I opened an account with you going off the subscription monthly amount. I have recently found out that you have taken the full sum for the yearly subscription, which has completely come at the wrong time of year.

This was not my intention to pay for the full amount and your site should show clearly that this is what happens.

Adrian Fort Myers is his username and he is a serious imposter from the UK apparently or who knows and he is preying on women in the severest ways such as pretending to send Parcels of gifts and sending misspelled invalid information of names addresses phone numbers and using the wrong pronunciations for our US Government customs and diplomats. This has been reported to the FBI already and this is a very serious person.

I was billed on the 25th of this month, November 2018, $51 for services I did not authorize. I am also locked out of my account and cannot get back in. I have tried several times to contact the service to no avail. Their listed numbers lead to shady mailboxes, nobody ever answers and their email accounts get bounced back.

I have contested the charges through paypal and I'm still waiting for it to be resolved. I also tried to contact POF through their website and when I click on the link that says click here to contact us nothing happens.

I have tried to reset my password so I can get back into the account but when I submit my email address and hit send I never get an email response that would allow me to reset password. I have also attempted to contact them via the phone app with no luck. I have attached a photo with their supposed phone numbers as found on google. try calling them. it is almost laughable how shady and scammy it is.

Fred Patterson 111 is posing as a person in the military and has been in contact with my cousin. Fred's address is 1908 E 19th St Lot W39 Lawrence-Kansas 66046. I know this bc I went with my cousin to help him send Fred $100 via Money Gram at Walmart. I told my cousin not to send this guy money but he didn't listen. I googled his info and found out he is a registered sex offender- children 12-14 years old. He claims to be on a military base and has a house in NC.

Today, 24/11/2018 I attempted to access the account and it appears the account may have been deleted. I have attempted to retrieve /reset my password which I know I haven't got wrong as I have it recorded.

I have not posted any images that could cause offence as I'm sure your records will show and the same goes for messages. I have always sent a polite reply out of courtesy when somebody contacts me that I am not interested in.

I do not know nor understand why my profile has been closed and it seems my email address has been blocked too as I am unable to open a new account.

I have now lost contact with someone I had been chatting to which I find upsetting.

I would ask that somebody has the decency to contact me from POF so that I can understand why my account has been closed, I would also be interested to see any supporting evidence as to why you would do this to a decently minded member.

I have come across a number of dodgy profiles that I have reported to yourselves yet seen them remain whilst mine is removed.

was contacted by a user that's going by the name straight line only, he gets all friendly with writing poems and nice things then says he has to go to Malaysia because he inherited money, on the way says his wallet was stolen then proceeds to ask for thousands of dollars and says he will pay back twice the amount, thankfully I was smart enough to not fall for this but women out there need to be forwarned, thanks

My email is being hacked on pof .plus password and messages deleted. pof will not contact me back. Many peo ple have complained they are taking money and not helping people with their account issues. I feel they are a scam site and take money but are not legitimate website. Can you please run a audit report and make sure this isn't hackers who own this site and have site up just to still information

profile name is boardwalkbiker4u the picture is not the person messaging me or was messaging me - he took me off sight and his email address is [protected]@gmail.com - his phone # is [protected] - he had excuses after excuses about someone hacking into his POF and etc..I noticed this morning he is back online and he blocked my profile - no doubt - our last conversations 11-16-18 by text - I point blank asked him why he called me over the phone and asked me to go to a grocery store of pharmacy to buy him iPhone - to get in his trust account..yahh right - I confronted him about this conversation and of course he denied it all - blaming me saying I was the gold digger…etc..etc.. he was far richer than anyone I knew etc..etc...he asked this of me and I told him that is what scammers do - he played really really stupid and didn't know what is was talking about...we ended conversation with he was tired and all this back and forth over texts wore him out..next thing I know 11-17-18 he is ignoring my text and emails - then today 11-18-18 - he is back on line using same profile as he did with same photo that is not his pictures he sent me..and HE BLOCKED me - so I know forsure this scum is a scammer..please please look into this guy he is a fake and he will scam some women he claims to be an owner of an offshore drilling company that has not website - he claims to be an engineer and 2 daughters - you just don't ask someone you just met to buy or go to a store grocery or pharmacy - the irs scammers do that...so knew right away this guy as fake - I just wonder who's photo's he is sending me...? please please look into this or I am sure you will have more complaints about this profile. - please contact me for more information if needed - I am who I say I am - I have nothing to hide in fact - I gave this stooge information I should not have - nothing financial too smart for that but he could find me if he wanted - that's a little scarey..

I am having trouble permanently blocking users on the app. When they message me (i'm talking about one specific user) I block
them, but I still see their profile on my page, in meet me and they somehow can still message me after a few weeks. i keep trying to keep this person from contacting me even when i've blocked her and she's blocked me back (she must have removed her block to talk to me?) Please help

Ladies beware of a young man by the username of flairjess, 25 years old living in Flossmoor, IL on POF. He uses women on there for sex. He pretends to be nice until he gets sex. Once he gets sex enough, he starts playing that "Hot and Cold" game, then he will turn all the way cold, in other words he doesn't want to be bothered anymore. He is evil! If he messages you, block him. He is a deceiver, a manipulator, a user and he degrades women. He is emotionally abusive and he does not want a relationship. Furthermore, he is a player and he disrespects women on social media.

Seriously every single time I make a new pof profile within minutes it gets deleted...I dont understand why I dont post anything wrong or anything that would violate terms and conditions I feel like they pick on certain users or discriminate because I mentioned what i do for a living which has nothing to do with my profile just simply stating. I made over 10+ profiles and all got deleted within minutes I dont even get a conversation or a mutual swipe right notification
