I haven't violated any terms, posted indecent photos, or done anything wrong and yet when I went to check messages today on POF my account (crimson_nautilus) was just gone! I had made plans to meet people and now I can't even contact them! I wasted so much time chatting with people I can't even find again and working on my profile and now I have to make a new account that will probably be deleted eventually too. And yet there are so many scam bots and nude photos that never get taken down. There isn't even a way to contact anyone who works for POF to get my account back or report a problem.

my account has been hacked and deleted but with me working away for a few weeks i havnt noticed until recently and now have lost the messages and people i have been speaking to. huge confidence knock that me y account was hacked so easy and also now have lost contact with a lady i was speaking to! having learning difficulties has made it harder as now i dont want to start over !

There is someone who created an account under my information and pictures and it is not me. I want the profile removed and make it to where no-one can create an account under my information. The user is bfuller1666 with a picture I had on my snapchat almost a week ago. Someone sent a picture of the account and sent it to my fiance and it is causing problems between us. I want it removed right away. I did not create the account it's my information but it is not my account. I DID NOT create that account

There's a professional scammer named woods1 or Henry Alexander on POF who changes his profile and pictures . He introduced himself as looking for his in law and gave me his in laws e mail and asked me to please contact him. Out of curiosity I did and the guy came back too good to be true. So I asked him if he was a professional scammer or real otherwise he was wasting both of our times. He got upset and wished me good luck. The next thing that I know the in laws picture changed to his own on POF. His English was perfect on his first email and then became broken. I was caught a couple of years ago by a scammer from Africa and he asked for 25000 dollars which I never sent. This guy is pulling the same tricks.

I was told my picture was being used by this site for advertising. I never gave permission for this. I don't even use your site anymore. I deleted my account a long time ago so if you are using my picture please cease using it right now! I would also like to be compensated for the time you have been using my photo.

I'm trying to contact POF. CUSTOMER SERVICE to request my refund and cancel my subscription, they refuse to pick up the phone to talk to me. These people are very evil and they are trying to rip me off and don't won't give me my money back because I am not satisfied with their services and discontinue with these crooks. These people at POF. CUSTOMER SERVICE are not professionals, they are criminals. I would like to get money back from scam artist and should go to prison.

I was informed yesterday april 26th. 2018 by my ex husband that my picture and age and where I live was on plenty of fish under the name candy.I haven't used pof in over 10 years and deleted my profile I need to know how my information was put on this site and if its on other sites .when I try to go into their site it tells me I have to sign up so I don't know how to view what is posted about me

I'm not sure why - haven't been given a reason. It may have been because yesterday I recommended a movie to a girl via a wikipedia link - I found out today that sending links, even if harmless ones regarding movies, gets a paying member (like myself) banned, without having been previously warned.

I'd appreciate a reply as soon as possible.

I ended my subscription with yourselves back in February by following the instructions on my account but I see you are still taking the money from my account
Please refund my account for the £39.99 and remove my account as I requested
I was very happy with your services on your site and have met my ideal partner through yourselves so no longer require this service

I have been informed by a friend who uses Plenty of Fish that my images which have been taken from FB have been used to set up a fake account and I'm very unhappy with this identity theft.
The account name where the images are seen is "blades1975" the picture name is "Alison".
Please remove this account immediately and let me know that this request has been actioned.

Hi someone on POF has used my images and made up a fake account. I only knew of this because my friends informed me as I don't even have POF my self so I would really appreciate it if this account could be deleted. Several friends have informed me that they have reported the account but still it seems to appear that the profile is still active! I will send some photos of the account Itself thanks

hi i recently met a woman through your dating app and deleted my profile, user name was dca2k17! recently i have discovered that someone has uploaded a photo of me and opened a profile pretending to be me! i would like to state that this is not me and never opened a new account! the user name of this account is dca2018! i have recently had my email hacked and think this could be linked! please could you remove this profile at once thank you Dave Allen

Some one changed my email address and every since then I can't get any messages or I believe they can't see my messages I don't even get meet me anymore please help. It just seems weird I was talking to a woman from miles for about a week and all of a sudden she doesn't want nothing to do with ma and that is when I got a email about my email address

I joined their service because they where the highest ranked by google to weed out scams. I came across three, reported them and asked for a refund of my money. I have not had any contacted from them..I was with them less than one week.

for a company that is so well rated they are the least willing to communicate with members. I paid $19.99 for their membership. They cancelled my membership immediately but still no reply.

I am not sure if the account is still up, but someone going by the name of Salem was using my photos and contacting men. Not sure if it was to scam them, meet up and rob them etc. The account was giving out the number [protected], which I did call the rcmp about. Im not sure what photos she used, but I have an idea. I will attach. The user was located in Calgary AB Canada. Just hoping for your end you can fully remove the acvount as it would be greatly appreicative.

I looked up your customer support number on google and it gave me a scam number. Thay made me sign up with coinbase and thay mistaking billed me $45.00 $45.00 $5.00 $3.00 and I never could get the money back You shouldn't give out scam phone numbers on google.com u should automatically charge some one with out them autherizing it just because u have the card on file doesnt mean u asume thay want 3 months for $51.00

Thomas J. LEEN age 57 stole 40k from my mother Shirley Rainford. They were connected on the first day my 79 year old mother signed up. He is a scam artist, goes by other names, has people helping him on pof and other sites from Germany and Egypt. Please report him to all dating sites. He is a drug dealer and had packages coming to my mother's home. Once again, she is 79 and has been taken advantage of financially and emotionally and we filed a police report. Someone has put a fake profile of me on pof. I'm married and happy and did not open a profile on this site. Someone had used my photo and put a fake profile of me and my wife has found out about this and is threatening to leave me and my kiddies. She found out as her sister is on pof and she saw the profile. The name it's under is marshsall. Pic is a picture of me wearing red cap. My email address is [protected]@hotmail.com. I need this deleted. I can't delete it as I have no password as this is a false profile. Can you please contact me and get this removed otherwise I will go to the police for falsely using my photo to date women. I'm happily married. Steve sneddon

I am writing you because i can't get on my Plenty of Fish. I did do anything to deserve this and I would like pof to reactive my profile so I can get on. I was supposed to meet someone tomorrow and she was going to leave the meeting place and time but if I can't get on, I won't be able to get the information. Am I upset, yes i am. I also deleted my profile and try to start another one up and I still can't get on. So please and thank you Consider this and reactive my registration so I can find out what she said or rewrite her again.

Also if people don't respond back by saying there not interested, then they should be on plenty of fish. Because I think not saying anything is leading a person on and if they get upset because a person is writing to much, then that is on them and not the person that is writing.
