My friend wrote me on facebook explaining that he found an account with my pictures on it and I never once have even been on old rt of fish nor do I ever want to be on the dating website so if appreciate if this account was deacticated. The name on the account is anabella508. Which isn't even my name. If you look at the two pictures I sent clearly you can see they got it off of my Facebook account to make a fake pof account for me and if appreciate it if the pof account was deleted!

I have been talking to a gentleman and he said he needed to get my username and password so he could send me pics of him and his family so I gave it to.him. Almost immediately I could not log into my account. I am an upgraded member and I am afraid he may have got my billing info. Can you please help me?

I met this guy online from jamaica I saw his picture on POF website. I never knew people go website financial help. I send this guy lot of money every time he texted me he wants more money. He seems to be a scammer. It was too much money He wants from me. The picture he has online POF he Photoshop it.
Never send people money online never seems they are so many scammer looking for money people in United States. I learned my lesson no more online dating

Someone has created a fake profile of me on POF. This person has been giving out my number to all the guys and I have been receiving alot of messages from guys being harassed. Kindly resolve this matter as soon as possible as this is creating a problem in my personal life. Thank you!

There is a fake account username Brookelarson21 this fake account has my personal pictures and has been speaking to multiple men pretending to be me and these men have searched me now on Facebook and contacted me and brought this to my attention for I have never used this site I am married with three kids. Please shut down this account and remove my pictures from your site. If you need proof that I am Brooke Davis Unruh I will send proof to prove I am the one in the stolen photos. Thank you.

Someone on here made a profile of me with my pictures and slandering me on it. Someone texted me an told me look at thos site because I was on it an I said no.. I look an guess what yep. I have tried numerous times to contact you f*, & to remove this fake profile of me but nothing. This is flipping ridiculous that # people can put your # on here an prerend they are me. Yes, I joined this recently the 28th of April and I left the 29th the next day because I had a user who was harrassing me. I reported the incident several times on many different areas of to report a user from the site/app and now this one since nothing is being done about it I even left mi email on one of them because it asked for that it was required during submitting a report for a user, oh and I also given details the username of their profile in which is the da_thick_one. So still waiting for the email where it says you dealt with the issue and deactivated their account I had to leave the site because of them because they threatened me which would also be illegal since it's called doxing and um if you don't want to do anything about it then I will make it happen. Oh and just know this is a suggestion even if an Admin removes or deactivates them from here they can always rejoin using different information so get the IP address then they will never be on there ever again unless they change their IP but I'm sure you can identify images since it has to go through a moderator but the way I see it the ones like this should be banned completely and permanetely from and of all sites like this. Oh I will give this a poor rating and review. Do what you're supposed to do or step aside from the ones who knows what's right and will actually do just that.

I was catfished by a man posing as a woman. The username they are using is hotmommy_069. Whoever's pictures they are using is one if their personal facebook friends because they do not show up in reverse image search. They said their real name was ali stone on kik, but when I looked up that name it showed a music video from a music artist named ali stone and it was themed around stalking girls! This person sent nudes that I was able to find through reverse image search. I wished I was not stupid enough to have let them convince me to send nudes and speak inappropriately with them. I feel very humiliated and I know I can only blame myself. But if I can warn others I want to at least do that!

I have never used Plenty of Fish dating site and to be honest I hate those kind of things.
Recently I received a message from a friend (who is a big dating site fan) and he asked why didn't I reply to his messages on POF. That time I had no idea what POF was. He said that he saw me (my pictures) on a dating site and sent me a message there. He sent me a print-screen and I was shocked. Someone actually used my pictures and used them for dating and cheating.
I contacted Plenty of Fish right away and demanded to give me scammers info and IP address, but they didn't even reply!
What a joke! Not only most of POF users are scammers but also POF is just a garbage!

I was a long time user of Plenty of Fish and spent a lot of time and money on it. Recently I received a notification from Plenty of Fish stating that my account was first blocked and then deleted.
It was very hard to reach them, but when Plenty of Fish finally replied they said that someone reported me for harassing and abuse! I had no idea what were they talking about and everything they said was just a lie! I never was rude to anyone on Plenty of Fish and I loved the site. I tried to explain that I had nothing to do with that, but they didn't want to listen. I'm very disappointed!

Member with username dd11ss has been harassing me. He has messaged me before on his old profile and was extremely hateful when I politely rejected him. Today he messaged me again and was even worse. He called me horrible names and threatened my family. Do not talk to this psycho. He would not leave me alone. I finally reported him after his threats, I am not sure if it was revolved.

Beware of hockeystar6, 34, from Hampton, NH. He isn't who he says he is. Ladies, he might look good but underneath the looks he is a compulsive liar, uses women for money, and cheater. He corresponded with me and I found out after he asked me to meet for a drink that he had a girlfriend. I reached out to her on Facebook and sure enough she was the girlfriend. He used her while also seeing and using another girl at the same time, that he met on POF. He got $3, 000 each out of both women. He tells you what you want to hear to get you to meet him. He told the girlfriend he loved her but that's a lie, seeing he cheating on her and taking other girl out on dates on her credit card. The girlfriend stay with him because promised his dad and her he deleted his POF account but never did. red flags: wants exchange phone numbers right after a few messages, because he rarely comes on here, but I never gave him my number, he also wanted to exchange sexy photos, he dodged all response to questions about employment because he has no job. He needs money now so he preys on woman on POF who have good jobs, money, etc. he still lives at home with his parents according to the girlfriend, now ex, and that he was grounded and can't go out of the house because his parents have to pay these 2 woman back, he also said he was single for 6 months but had a girlfriend. He said "i AM not like the other guys on here, I am honest and know what I want, I have never cheated and never will". Of course, take what he said with a grain of salt. When question that he was different then other guys he got defensive. I never said he lied, I just said most guys on here are liars, cheaters, etc. thankfully, I didn't fall for this pretty boys lies. He lied to the girlfriend and dad that he deleted the profile, dad was involved because he had to pay these women back that his son used. This just happened 3/24/17. He's been on pof now since the ex broke up with him because of lies and me reaching out to her. He's looking for next girlbeith a good job he can prey on to use for money. Hevwill use every angle to get you to give him money, he has financial problems, sick relative, car problem, no gas to come see you, etc. the sick part is he uses one woman to take out the other woman he is also using out in dates using the other woman's (girlfriends)credit card. Please he needs to be stopped and have his profile permanently deleted, before more women get hurt, used and their money taken that he won't pay back.

Frank Tanner on pof is catfishing. He gets you off pof fast and goes hang out. Says his wife died and has a 17 year old daughter in the UK. She has a hang out account her name is Angela Tanner sends pictures of herself calls me mom. Then they both say her birthday is the 30 th. Well she needs money to have a big party Ive dealt with so many of these on facebook. Oh he pretends to be U.S. soldier a commander in Iraq. Hes a piece of dirt trying to scam women out of money. Please help these people need to be punished

I was contacted by a user of POF named brianslater1976, he sent me a message of interest. Immediately he told me that he was not online very often in the site so asked for my Skype address. We've only been communicating for 4 days but I already sensed that the photos he was sending were kinda blurry and he said he could not take selfie and requested me for a video call but his camera was broken. Last night, he sent a photo of his supposedly 65-year-old parents and I noticed it was pretty much high-resolution photo, far from the quality of the photos he sends me of himself. So I googled it, and true enough, the photo he sent to me was a stock photo easily googled. I checked all the photos he sent me and verified using google reverse image search. The photos of the man he was using was under the flickr account of a certain Mr. Alex Karis. He was not single, in fact married with 2 kids. I was beginning to get uncomfortable with the way he was communicating because of his sexual innuendos. I don't understand why it's so easy for members of this online dating site to post fake profiles and try to fool decent members who are just trying to look for some real connection from real people. My account has been hacked and stolen. My username, password and email no longer gain access to my account. My username is pragtigemeisie.

The date of the incident is March 20th 2017. It started when I was trying to log into my account with no luck, my pictures are private and I searched my name to find my account. What I found was that my name, picture, city and ethnicity was changed however the rest of the information and bio I made are the same. The name the account is now under is Lee from Jksn, Mississippi.

If you could please email with regards to how I can regain access to my account that would be much appreciated.

I am quite shy and it's very difficult for me to meet new people in real life so I decided to try a dating site. Plenty of Fish was the only dating website I ever used and I was not sure what to expect. I made an account, uploaded some photos and received several messages from men. I am 23 years old and good looking. All men who wrote me looked terrible and the worst part was that they all were old - 50 plus! I replied that I was not interested and they continued writing me and one of them even sent me nude pictures. Terrible! I immediately reported him and cancelled my account.
Plenty of Fish website is not safe for women! Avoid!
