I was having trouble trying to sign into my POF account, since yesterday. I was last on it in the morning and it was working fine. I sent numerous of email's and also tried resetting my log in detail's and have received nothing. my understanding of the help centre is that they are their to help assist you and resolve the issue, in this case i have received no help, which is really bad as they are representing that dating site. This morning after another email i sent, i receive one back saying how my account was closed with no explanation as to why. Neither did i receive an email telling me that my account will be closed down. All my personal information are legit, all my photo's of myself are real, i have no sexual or swear words on my profile, neither have i posted naked photos. There is nothing on my profile that indicates it is inappropriate in any way. I haven't had any bad words with people on that site giving them a reason to want to block or report me. The only person i had a problem with was called Eren_k, he was harassing me and even found me on another social media site where he just didn't leave me alone. But again, i wasn't rude, i just wasn't interested and he clearly wasn't happy about that. Even so, my email's on that site can be retrieved by a member of the team as so can my profile which they will see i am innocent in all of this and have done nothing wrong. I would like for an investigation and a full explanation as to why this has happened. That this is a complaint from their costumer.

I'm really not happy at the fact my account has been deleted again! For whatever reason. I've had guys on the site block me simply because I've told them I'm not attracted to them which is fair enough to do do rather than string someone along. I've had married men contact me on several occasions and I've told them also I'm not interested there For they block me and also there was a guy the other day sending me naked pictures of himself. All of this is allowed by men but I'm the one getting my account deleted! For being upfront and honest with them, the site is an absolute joke!

I reported this profile last week... CuddleJonB.. this person seems to be a scammer. He contacted me a month ago and has a strong foreign accent. He has stolen someone else's pictures and uses them on his profile.. namely an actor named Jonathon Ruckman. I found out by uploading them to Google images, I contacted this person and informed him.
I sent screen shots of everything to the complaint department. I got a response which said they were "looking into it" but this profile is still active and I'm sure he is scamming other women.
He claimed he got stranded overseas then hinted he needed money so I cut it off.
I have filed an FBI report in Washington state as well.
Why is this person's profile still active on POF? I sent them undeniable proof.

I clicked on New Users and saw a woman who lives quite close, without any restrictions for contacts e.g. age, distance, height etc.. She is also within my distance criteria. But your system will not allow me to contact her, telling me to instead choose someone on another list. This is patently unwarranted interference, not allowing me to contact whom I like. Why do you do this? The username of the woman is ladymillion100 and I really would like to contact her. Does it really make any difference that I might find someone who I like, rather than from a list that you suggest? Is not the idea to find a partner?

This has happened with someone else who also lives quite close.

I would appreciate you getting back to me to explain why I cannot contact people on the New Users list, but more importantly, to allow me to contact whom I will!

I have been scammed out of £200 by someone who said he is in the British Army and needed money for a flight home, I stupidity gave this person the money, it was a fraud account. Pof said they would give me my money back but after taking an extra £50 out of my account and a mobile bill of over £100 I still don't have any money. This needs to be sorted before I get a lawyer.

A man named Robb zoelig fraudulently introduced himself. He's a scammer & you folks would do well closing this man's account. The police have been petitioned regarding this incident. I'm not sure if I spelled his last name right nor not.

I'm certain the police will want more information from you.

He fraudulently ordered 5 iPhone X for an alleged business contract. He didn't pay for phones only taxes for my account at Verizon plus left me with line charges for each phone. Verizon fraud dept is also in this as I write to you now.

Please cooperate with the officials that contact you.

I cannot log into POF on Chrome anymore, I had the account for less than a week. On explorer, it works perfect. Why am I now unable to log into POF on chrome? My username is jekafilatov1. Please resolve this, as chrome is my preffered browser. I have done a computer clean and stopped adblockers as some users suggested, still doesn't work.

It just goes to a blank page when I log in instead of taking me to my profile.

I paid extra $59 to have upgraded functions and thy have never worked!
i want a refund if this isnt fixed immediately! i have over 100 meet me people on my app site that i have never been able to access! please return my request with an answer to this issue or refund my $59.99. When i tag upgrade me it says i am already an upgraded member and it expires on march 10, 2019! it has never worked at all and i cant see who the men are who want to meet me! what a rip off! my phone # is [protected]

The desktop version of POF has been down a few times in the last month. The mobile app currently works. The mobile app doesn't provide administrative access to personal account. I can't delete, use help, or any other feature.
For such a widely used dating site, there should be back ups in place but there aren't or someone fell asleep watching the servers.

Someone has made a fake account of me because I keep getting messages on Facebook from males saying they found me on plenty of fish but I have never used a dating app and I never will, would you be able to take the account down as I'm a bit worried about the profile just incase there is pictures of my 2 year old daughter on it, I'm not sure what's on the page as I haven't been sent the profile just messages saying I'm on plenty of fish witch Iv never heard off as don't intend to use dating sites at all

I have reported a user for using my personal information (full name, picture and mobile number) without my permission and it hasn't been taken down. This is putting me at risk and I have had to delete my account so he couldn't stalk me anymore. He is being malicious and vindictive and abusive towards me. I will be speaking to the police as he is using my details without my permission. Is this how Pof handles abuse I am really disappointed that I am being treated like this by this individual and have blocked him from everything else and would his profile pictures deleted with all my personal details on as this is breach in your terms and conditions!

I feel I have been a victim
I fell victim of an online fake profile. Offender user name jon198816 who has been using the images of ‘Alex Minsky' an amputee from America on his account in order to make women believe he is a model and illicit naked photos from them. This person now has a nude of me and a possibility of distributing it.

I cannot tell you how appaelled I am and how abborent this is and I want it dealt with and the profile shut down asap.

Hi. I am not a member, nor have I ever been a member of POF and this evening I suddenly started receiving emails from POF. They are all being addressed to Quicknfast. I have no idea who this person is, but they are either scamming an account under my name and email address or have tied my email address to their account in error and I would like it immediately removed please.

It's become a nuscence several times after creating a new account it has kicked me out minutes later and won't send me a password and is saying I need to register again! I just made a profile! I waited now an hour and still no password and unable to get into my account! How annoying and time consuming before this it took forever to put my own pics up! While I was making it my spirit was being attacked by oppressing demons! Gtf out

I was alerted by a friend that they saw me on this POF website. I was absolutely frantic as I have never signed up to this service. A profile was created using very recent pictures of me from my Facebook.
I have written to POF asking that they contact me and remove this fake profile. I keep getting a standard email response that they are experiencing higher than usual volume and to read their FAQ's. This does nothing to assist me. I require a password which I didn't create and further I'm not signing up just to communicate internally with them. Further there is no phone number that allows you to talk to someone of leave a message. I have threatened to sue them for their inability to protect me and my privacy and their recklessness on not having proper infrastructure to handle reports of identity theft.
How is this business allowed to operate. I may look at a class action as I now want this company shut down as regulators are doing Nil.

I have been using Pof for several years and have never had any trouble whatsoever until a couple of months ago, my profile has since apparently been reported and I'm unable to create an account with my email address ( [protected]@icloud.com ) or phone number [protected]
I find it absolutely disgusting that you could ban me from your site cos I gave a few certain ‘gentlemen ‘ a piece of my mind after being sent rather disgusting rude messages, it's enough trying to wade through the fake accounts, weirdos, liars and downright nasty individuals
And yet here I am banned from creating another profile whilst these nasty, depraved individuals get to stay on it and target vulnerable women of all ages
Shame on you Pof, will not be recommending your site to anyone!

To every transgender sorry people who have been wronged by Pof like deleted for no reason or been discriminated against stand tall with me and we will get them I won't rest till they sort their [censored] out and stop this [censored] or have the website totally erased from the internet I've had enough so many accounts I've had deleted just cause one guy sent me a message calling me a "dudeee in a wig" I'm an xy female get the [censored] over it its my life not yours and I'm sick and tired of this so called Sarah from the company telling people like you and me that we can't disclose why we deleted your account [censored] ! By law you can't remove someone's account for nothing and not even giving out a damn reason why also some are paying to use the website no its not 100% free so that's misrepresentation I'm sure trading standards will want their say aswell Sarah from Pof and all the people you scammed out of money that are entitled to all their money back as 1 you deleted their account for nothing 2 no reason why and 3 they are paying for a service which you are not supplying so I'm gonna take you down Pof and "Sarah" even if I have to do it myself although all you people who have been scammed and discriminated against join me I'll have a page on facebook for you to join and we will get the [censored]ers!

I am a member of plenty of fish. I am trying to retrieve my password by requesting the link to be sent to my email address. I followed your sites advice and marked plenty of fish emails as "Not Spam/Junk". Still no password retrieval has been sent to my email address.

I have messages being sent to me by people online that I haven't been able to reply to for 3 weeks.

Help me because it's not fair ...

There are two profiles on your site that I know are fake profiles and are trying to scam my friend. There needs to be a place on your site where these things can be reported and you can have their profiles removed immediately before someone gets seriously hurt! One of the profiles is using the name "goran Bartley" who is really a guy called navy jack on the news and he has been on the news about people stealing his info...this profile is still being used on POF, "goran" has been talking to my friend for three weeks now. He tried to scam my friend out of money as of last night, but we searched his pic and found it's a fake profile. The second one is a guy named Blake GI'onloni (last name may not be spelt properly) he claims to be an Italian merger out of Dallas Texas but the pics that "he" uses on POF belong to a guy name Liam jolly out of London, a male model. He had talked to her for over two months and was wanting to come pick her up and luckily that didn't work out now that we know he is not who he says he is!
This need YOUR attention POF before people get hurt in ways that scare me to think about. This is supposed to be a safe site for legitamate people to meet real people to find relationships not to get ripped off or worse!
