I met Bradley Green on POF, We never met in person, but his profile picture looked very sincere. We chatted briefly and he asked for my e-mail so we could get to know each other better. After a few e-mails he requested that I give him my mobile # so he could keep in touch because he was going to be working on a 6.8 million dollar contract in off shore drilling. After a few weeks of contact on the mobile he asked for an itune gift card, and several days later for more. Then he asked if I could front him $30, 000. oo so he could pay for supplies to complete phase one of his work. I replied that I did not have the resources to do that. I asked him to send me a photo, and he did, but it was entirely different from the POF photo. I contacted Itunes & was told that this was the current scam tactics I checked for his profile on POF, and it has been removed. I am wondering if you had other complaints & removed his profile or did he delete it. I am finding it so hard to believe that all the information he had given me to be made up, and the romance he promised to be false. This really hurts, and I know you are not responsible for our interaction, but would like to know if he tried this tactic with others. Please investigate. A person from my work not a friend put my picture on this site that I did not know anything about this. My name is not Janewoodard and I do not want my picture on this site. The profile is the one woman I used to work with and she gets the mail as I do not have a computer, I guess this is a joke on me that is not funny. My good friend helped me to find that site and to write this complaint to get my picture off. My friend said it may be her E-mail that you can ask her to take it off or can you please get this off. I sure do not like this at all.

My name is David loiselle. I made an account for four dollars and I got my bank statement and noticed that 78 dollars have been taken for your site. I agreed to 4 dollars. Why was 78 taken from me? If you could please explain this that would be great. I would love a refund due to the fact that I only agreed to paying 4 dollars. I do have a bank statement and if I have to I will be taking you to court and fighting the fact that you took more money than I agreed too.

My name is Matthew Finnimore, everyone calls me mattfinn. He is using mattfinn1 as his user ID, and my girlfriend thinks this is me and has called off our engarment. I want this user's profile taken down since he used my name fraudulently, and I do not want him to be allowed to open another account due to his misleading your other users.

I used to use pof, I now have given up after engaging in dating with a guy hfdmatt75 for a month only to find out through a friend using pof as well that he was there giving away my name description city of residence to whoever he was chatting with, and make up sexual stories about me to make himself look interesting and me a total sexual psycho. Icomplained thrice and so did my friend nothing was done. So this guy is still in there giving my description and city of residence, slandering me through deviant sexual stories of his making. He also brags about how clever he is and use pof to find vulnerable women to abuse.

On July 11, 2017, My Account has been compromised. I cannot get access to my paid account. Some one is now using my identity, they also made changes to my profile and are contacting people on POF putting them in possible danger.
I tried contacting POF without success.
I am not receiving the password recovery email.

Fake account (username: megtatex) this is a fake account which has taken my photos and information from instagram and used them as a profile on your site. One of my friends noticed this and informed me as I already have a boyfriend. When my friend messaged they tried say that they are me. This account needs deleting immediately, as this is an act of fraud.

This is the second profile that tried to scam me from POF and even called from London It's appalling this time they wanted $ 5000 to Pay for custom taxes for some imported Gems into London! He even had a website he sent me called Davidgemstones Crazy thing was he told me the hotel he was staying at in London and they confirmed he had just checked out So clearly he must work at the hotel to know this info

I was almost potentially scammed for thousands of dollars. Had I not been savvy in this area, I could have easily been drawn in. The profile name was gator1956 (profile ID# = 4173886). He contacted me on 6/18/17. His profile stated he was from Clearwater FL, and I live 1, 000 miles away. Said his name was John Herbert, and his email is [protected]@gmail.com, and the phone number he gave me was [protected]. I have been single for a while and would have never considered a long distance relationship but felt this was some kind of fate. What this person did was build a fake profile stating he was a widower and used someone else's picture and I believe they copied the text from another profile, appearing to be very successful, naive and sincere. Then he tried to get information out of me as to my status, and after a couple of emails stated that he is in love with me. I saved all his texts and emails. Then he asked for my physical address and sent me flowers, stating he loved me and wanted to surprise me. I totally bought into this lie. What girl wouldn't? One statement from him I question: "I will love you in this life and the next." Then he said he was awarded a huge project in Malaysia; that should have been a flag. He stated he will be there for 8 weeks. He sent me pictures of the job site (who knows where this was taken), and a picture of him having dinner. Then suddenly after a few days there he said he was robbed at gunpoint by some "Indian gangsters" while he was in a cab in between the jobsite and the hotel. He immediately asked me for $19, 950 because he has no money and needs to finish the project. I thought, "if he is so successful, he should know what to do, and should have resources to amend this situation. And... they didn't steal his phone?" I told him I do not have the $; I suggested he file a police report. He stated they attacked him a gunpoint, and if he went to the authorities he would be killed. He told me not to say anything to anyone. I then suggested he contact the U. S Embassy in Malaysia. I gave him the number, and he said thanks. Then he said, "can't you even give me $1, 000 to support me for the weekend? I promise to pay it back." I knew it was a scam at this point... and went into POF to block him. Amazing. His profile was gone. I do have it on an xps file but cannot attach it here. I can provide any additional information at your request. I tried locating a good phone number to report to POF so another person is not a victim of the next scam but the phone number they provide is not good. I do believe this person will try this again, and has done this to other women. This needs to be addressed. Please advise if there is anything else I can do to capture this individual.

Last Friday, I tried logging into my account as I was on hiatus for a couple of weeks (e.g. Hid profile). After entering my password the prompt alerted me it's incorrect. That appeared "odd". So I performed "due diligence" and entered my username into the username search of "pof" only to discover a white woman with blonde hair claiming to be an Native American has assumed my username and interest (basically everything I marked as a interest they have) slash credentials (religion, height etc).. In the interim, since someone assumed my identity without using my pictures.. created a new profile to which pof deleted within an hour. Emailed them to no avail as they "ignore" any type of coorespondence. Man those people are idiots.. they do not respond @ all to emails and the sad part is no matter if your account is compromised they (pof) can care a less.

Someone hacked and is using my POF account. There is no way for me to log into my account. No response when I request to have my password changed is ever e-mailed to me when I request one. Can't find a e-mail or phone number to contact this company anywhere online. I would just like to cancel my account and prevent the SOB that hijacked my account from running up bills on my account. I started noticing the hacking yesterday. I will never ever do business with this company again once I resolve this issue and recommend no one else do business with them.

Michelle Gauntlett created a fake account with total intent to have my number accessible to random men to maliciously hurt. I gave no permission to create this account. My picture was illegally taken to use to this profile. I now have men calling and texting all hours of the day night. Please delete this account. I'm reporting this to the police. I have sleepless nights and I'm tired of having to explain what's going to all those men.

I have been chatting to a man called Kier Yorke who said he worked at Goldman Sachs.

I agreed to meet him at Ascot on 24th June and before finalising plans I decided to do a little research as itsmy first date.

Goldman Sachs don't employ anyone of this name.

His 5 bed mansion is a 2 bed terrace.

His real name is Paul Bint and has been charged numerous times for deception and conning women.

I'm so pleased I'm a cautious person and checked a little more before agreeing to meet him. Please can you take him off once you've done your own checking as he's a danger to women.

I've reported this to Thames Valley Police.

I used this site for a few months and all I kept getting were penis pictures and disgusting emails, I complained but they did nothing, I want what is left of my subscription fees but they will not respond to any of my emails or contact attempts. This is a disgusting site and one that has been reported to the police and media but all they do is take money and do nothing else.

I obtained the Kik of a fake user on your site. From there, I talked for a little with them, however, they threatened to post a nude of me o my friends and family on Facebook. Can you please help. Idk if someone reported them soon after but the profile went away. The Kik username however, is Katie_Banks17. I would really appreciate it. I think that is highly inappropriate. They said if I didn't sign up on their site they would threaten to do this. This person claimed they were a cam model trying to black male me to promote and join their site.

This greatly displeases me.
This will be the first attempt to get my money back.
I am not a person that will not get my money back.
By principal, I will spend hundreds and thousands a dollars on fighting an injustice. Especially for a service that was generally traumatizing.

My ex husband is on plenty of fish. On 2 June he had a person called Dinah aged 54 from Oakham view his profile, make him her favourite and winked at him. There is only one Dinah aged 54 in Oakham and that is me. I believe someone else has done this to make it look like I am on the site. I am not. I want the person who has done this to know that I am reporting it to the police.

I'm not longer a member but I met someone through POF website and we have been tall, tenting and messaging since Nov. of last year he just scammed me out of 250, 000 I would like to report him since I'm not longer a member his user name it's keith091163 somehow I got through he website and I saw his pictures in the website . He claims he is a captain of a hip and th gone broke down and he had. To. Dock in Indonesia he was on his way to Australia . He told me he was. Sending the cabin bone was scared of pirates such box never got to my destination since he had send it through an agency based in Mumbai, India but de did not claim e had cash money just some contract for an oil deal in Santa Barbara when the ship was fiwpxed after a couple of months he finally made it to the destination Australia he called me the very next day and told me he had gotten a airfare that same night to flu to Mumbai to pick up the box and they detained him he asked me to contact his attorney cause the Indian ad conspiscated the box and once he was there they had been detained. They Indian goerment was asking him for $4000, 000 and his attorney had placed bid and they lowered his bail to $220, 00 but he also needed another $25, 000 for the certificate for laundering money. A stranger called me on fb messenger to tell me that he is about to meet me at a restaurant in a state that I don't live in. He was very persistent that it was me, even tho I told him I have no idea what he is talking about. He screen shot the whole conversation, and I could not believe my eyes on what the heck she was saying. Is there anyway, I can get this profile taking down from plenty of fish!
