PNC Financial Services Group poor customer service.

To whom it may concern,

I have to report the total lack of professionalism at your location in morrow, ga.

I called the morrow, ga branch for the past two weeks, attempting to speak with the manager. The staff at that location gave false information.in addition, the manager wasn't any help. I wanted funds withdrawn from my account to pay for my safe deposit box (# [protected]). Currently, i'm working a contract in south dakota (hours: 5am - 4pm). Unfortunately, I do not have a great deal of time to conduct personal business.

Funds will be mailed the week of november 20th, to: pob 822402, philadelphia, pa [protected].

My goal is to safeguard my items in my safe deposit box.

PNC Financial Services Group customer service at a local branch

Not sure of the actual date, I believe it was wednesday, november 1, 2017. I went to the pnc branch in the stop and shop on rt 37 e toms river nj 08753, to cash a check drawn on pnc bank. (349.00) the check was made out in my maiden name. I had valid forms of identification (old & new drivers license, old & new ss card, debit card) and offered to get my marriage license. The teller (black gentlemen) proceeded to tell me that he could not cash the check from nj natural gas, drawn on pnc since I did not have and account and was not an established customer with pnc. He did mention something also about possibly having to pay a fee since I did not have and account. I said that was fine. The manager lorraine came over and asked what was up, and he explained to her what was going on. She also said that they could not cash the check. I said that makes no sense. If I had no account with any bank and had a check drawn on pnc account, that I should be able to cash the check with proper id and pay any fee if necessary to cash the check. She said go to your bank and deposit it there. I said I did not want to go to my bank and have to deposit the check and wait for the money.

Please understand that I normally do not write in complaints, and since I was away on vacation it took me 2 weeks to do this. But, lorraine was very rude and I do not feel that this was the proper way to handle this situation. Pnc customer or not, if a check is drawn on your bank and the person has proper id, and agrees to pay a fee as a none customer. You should cash the check.

Again, it was her rude and discourtesy treatment that I needed to address with this complaint.

PNC Financial Services Group blocking my withdrawal of, $5 000.000

Where is my money where is my money pnc you have a 5000 check from rite aid which is the 2nd largest pharmacy chain in the land and you are investigating them for fraud really 11/01/2017 when this garbage all began with vincent slavinsky I had one of the executives from rite aid call this mr slavinsky by the name of dave pimer ph [protected] and that wasn't good enough why why now here is another executive from rite aid stacey o'malley ph [protected] and I know that wachovia bank of delaware national association has paid pnc by now so is this about investigating me james h coleman jr for fraud if so why why why why why and for what I have been at pnc bank for yeeeeears about 15 20 so is this about racial profiling or stereotyping as a process of elimination this is what I see because consumer funds availability policy effective april 23 2017 this is pnc policy that pnc has thrown out the window for this case again why why why why why why

Where is my money, where is my money pnc! Slavinsky in person, as he is the manager at pnc bank ambridge, the $5, 000.00 funds were posted available on my online account 11/01/2017, at 12:00 noon, although the check had been cleared by pnc mr. Slavinsky needed the check to be verified by someone other than me, so I had one of the executives from rite aid call this mr. Slavinsky by the name of dave pimer ph. [protected] and that wasn't good enough, why? Now here is another executive from rite aid, stacey o'malley ph. [protected] and I know that (Wachovia bank of delaware national association) (The name issuing the check) has paid pnc by now, so this must be about investigating me james h. Coleman jr for fraud? If so, why? And for what? I have been a customer at pnc bank for years, about 15- 20, so is this about racial profiling, or stereotyping a black man, because mr. Slavinsky and his teller linda talked to me that day as if they were slave owners, and I was the slave now this is a bank, so this is all videotaped! So as of a process of elimination, this is what I come up with, because (Consumer funds availability policy effective april 23 2017), this is pnc policy, that pnc has thrown completely out the window, (For this case)! Again, why!

PNC Financial Services Group the teller that waited on me was rude and hostile

I returned to the lexington ky from vietnam with a small amount of foreign currency to exchange. I called bank and the teller seth to me bring it in and well exchange no problem. I go there and then he informs me we can't do it now we have to send off and you need to wait. If the teller didnt know the answer on phone he shouldnt have told me to come there. The next 5 minutes the teller proceeds with a high and mighty attitude telling me its my fault not his. He shouldn't be answering questions if they are outside his league or even talking to customers the way he went off. I wanted to pull my accounts however aj and the branch supervisor talked to me. The teller never apologized for his rude behavior. A sincere mr. Gunshore I didn't know the answer and I am sorry for wasting your time would have been nice. However business as usual.

PNC Financial Services Group unethical treatment (senior property manager beth dailey)

On wednesday afternoon I was involved in an automobile accident at the corner of 2nd and ross st, pittsburgh, pa. My brake line went out and I swerved and hit a tree in a grassy little park. Apparently this park belongs to pnc bank. Two polite security guards came over from pnc and asked if I was okay and asked for some information. A few construction workers brought over some water and asked if I needed assistance. I called my family immediately who told me to call triple a to get my car removed. Then I encountered senior property manager beth dailey, who was taking unauthorized photos of my license plate and vehicle. I told my grandfather there was a strange lady around my car and he told me to instruct her to get away. I asked her who she was and she told me she was the property manager of pnc and I was on her property and then proceeded to ask me for my personal information. I refused her and told her proper protocol would probably be to ask if the person involved in the accident is injured first. Her response was “well, you were on the phone.” I refuse to give my personal information to a lady in a plastic name tag who failed to properly introduce herself or her affiliation first, which is my right to do so. The situation should of been handled more formally considering an exchange of personal info was needed.
About 20 minutes passed and i’m guessing she called an ambulance realizing that probably should of been the first move, to get immediate response to the scene. The ambulance driver even told me not to worry about her, she’s just fishing for information and that I was lucky to not have injured myself or anyone else. I walked away with a small cut on my foot and no patrons were harmed thankfully. After the ambulance departed she proceeded to speak to me like a child saying ‘she knows accidents can be scary, but she needs my insurance information.” when she realized I wasn't going to directly give her any personal information about myself on a street corner, the cops were finally called to the scene... This was probably 30 minutes after the accident. The cop came and he is another story, but was blatantly rude and let beth dailey take cell phone pictures of my personal information. If she works across the street at pnc bank, then why wouldn’t she make authorized photo copies? So somewhere some lady has photos of my social, birth, address, and everything on a cell phone camera. I am disgusted at the way this was handled. It saddens me first and foremost that pnc is more concerned about a sapling tree which was the only real damage to their property than the well being of the person in the accident and the patrons who were walking near by. I was treated like a criminal and made to feel worthless when I have never been in trouble in my life besides a few parking tickets. The tow truck driver confirmed my brake line broke (side not : i’m from ohio, where we don’t have to get our cars inspected unfortunately). The whole ordeal was terrifying. I want my personal information removed from this ladies phone. I would also like to think there is some formal protocol for situations like these. Ambulance and police should of been first reponse. Also ms. Dailey may need a refresher in interpersonal communication and crisis management. A proper introduction and sense of empathy could of deescalated the situation. I would of been happy to walk across the street and give her information in her office, not a street corner where I could see she wasn't actually a point park student, which she appeared to be.
Finally this all ended from several threats from the cop, telling me the city was taking my car when I had already called a tow truck because ms. Dailey wanted me off her property immediately. Trust me I wanted to be off the property immediately but unfortunately my car was stuck in a tree. While I was calling triple a and my family my phone was on 1 percent, all necessary documents were provided and valid.
I am appalled pnc allows their employs to treat people in the city without concern and for serious situation to be handled so lackadaisical.

Update: on the tree... It has been properly cautioned off with crime scene tape and appears to be doing well.

PNC Financial Services Group mistaken identity

First contacted by telephone asking to speak to a person not me. I told them my name was not jr.. And that I did not know anyone with this name. Neither did I have any sons.
Now they send me letters stating that I have an unpaid debt of 38, 006. 09.
And that I should contact them to resolve said debt.
I have never done any business with pnc bank.
I am being harassed about a debt I never nor any member of my family incurred.

PNC Financial Services Group checking account

I opened a virtual student account while I'm in grad school, so I would have access to brick and mortar bank features (e.g., cashier's checks). Sure enough I decided to buy a used car from a private seller. I don't use PNC as my main bank account because the interest rates are awful, so I deposited a personal check from my main online bank account (Capital One 360--which I love). I was told by a customer service representative over the phone that my PNC deposit would be available within one business day. I deposited the check Thursday evening before 10 PM (as I was told to do). Saturday morning, my money still had not cleared. I had to go through the humiliation with the private seller of not being able to immediately get a cashiers check (after I checked to make sure the branch would be open on a Saturday). Because I had to transfer an additional chunk of money from my main money market account to paypal in order to purchase the car, my interest rate also went down while PNC held my money (not to mention days of interest lost). Finally, a week later my funds have cleared, but I can't transfer them back because PNC has more hoops to jump through. As soon as I can get my money out of PNC, I will be closing my account.

PNC Financial Services Group my mortgage documents

I called today on the phone and spoke with fluce sorry about the spelling.
09/13/2017 @ about noon ish. I needed a copy of my mortgage statement as I am blocked out of seeing my online account. I need: recent mortgage statement, showing principal balance and showing i'm current with my mortgage payments. I was on hold 15mins. And then disconnected. They said I cant have it because ive filed for bankrupcy. This does not include my house/mortgage. They said I had to get an attorney. This is not necessary. Please instruct staff of my rights. My attorney will be calling for this work, but he states this isnt necessary.

PNC Financial Services Group pension plan

Pnc bank is engaged in employee pension misconduct. Employee pension participants who have contributed within the last five years to the incentive savings plan have suffered losses due to their contributions being overweighted in pnc bank instruments. PNC Financial Services Group bank app - your use of google map platform

2. I dont have over draft credit so any and all transactions should be denied do to inefficient fonds.

Why should PNC record your line but not want to be recorded themselves .

Why wouldnt PNC wave fees when they cant service the customer as exspected

Why does PNC Use Google maps

why are there over 800 complaints on consumer affairs web sight

Why are there agents at cooperate office rude and condescending.

If a customer states a valid reason as to why they had to change banks because of the app not haveing or features not working properly or they've closed banks making it hard to bank without acquiring fees why shouldnt fees be waved.

PNC Financial Services Group managers demeanor

I went into the establishment today for a cash withdrawal or cash advance I should say. They ran it not once not twice but three times only to come back and tell me that they had been did not declined and they could not give me my money while standing at the counter I logged into my bank account showed where it said PNC withdrew $1, 300 I've been called my bank talk to my bank my bank said yeah we definitely gave them the money it's been withdrawn from your account PNC swears up and down there's nothing they can do about it I was informed by the manager that I should try a different bank I then told the manager you will not have to worry about ever seeing me again I will never come to PNC and she said okay that's fine so I will make it my mission to destroy the name of PNC. Now I'm out $1, 300 I have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back that b**** cashed her paycheck I guarantee you her family ate today

PNC Financial Services Group overdraft fees

After my experience with pnc bank, I will officially be taking my service to a different bank. I've been a pnc customer for over 3 years, and I now hate them. I was charged overdraft fees in a total of $98 because this [censor] bank charges $36 a day for overdraft. Supposedly all of my transactions hit "at once", and I did not have enough transfered from my savings. I did not receive any notifications about my account being overdraft, or my account being charged overdraft fees. The thing that confuses me is that pnc knows that I have money in my savings, but they will not take money from it to cover overdraft protection fees, instead they charge you. I'm even more pissed off because I always make sure I have enough money transferred into my checkings when I go to buy something, so it is not my fault that pnc transactions do not go through over the weekend. I hate this bank, and that $98 they took out of my account will be the last that they get out of me. I'm removing all of my money tomorrow.

PNC Financial Services Group opening bank account

Brought my daughter to PNC bank in Fuquay Varina, NC to open an account they scheduled her an appointment to come back a week later. She comes back at her appointment 30 minutes early because she has to be at work, 45 minutes later she is still not done. There is only two people working in this bank and they are assisting walk ins, the drive thru and left her sitting in the office. After all that time, she is late for work and their computer system went completely down. No we will not be back.

PNC Financial Services Group credit report of mortgage

Mortgaging a home that I currently own with a paid off mortgage from PNC. Credit report shows as a paid foreclosure. Need to have that accurately reported as a a paid mortgage for financing purposes. Report ID: 12307BXC40C3100. PNC mortgage # [protected]. I have attempted to contact PNC and once reached some one I thought could help( Rey @ [protected]) have not received a response after 3 voicemails.

PNC Financial Services Group branch service

Went into the Eden Square office to make a deposit. There was one teller on the front and one on the drive in. The teller on the front was chit chatting with an old man. The drive in teller turned and said she'd be with me shortly, she never got a customer the whole time I was in there but never did take my transaction. The old man turned and looked at me and I told him I had a transaction and he stepped aside after a good 10 minutes of me standing in line. I walked up and he was still standing off to the side. He was telling the teller about his days in the military which had to have been at least 50 yrs ago. While doing my transaction with the blonde teller with tattoos on both arms he said " I don't drink, I don't do dope and I don't eat soap. These tellers need to learn to hurry these people along when others are waiting.

PNC Financial Services Group checking account fee reversal

I first stopped in to PNC to change my account over to a student checking to avoid the fees. I was told over the phone it was a simple process that would take little time. When I arrived, no other customers were in the lobby and the lobby lady told me I couldn't see anyone because they were busy and booked for the day and that my account needed a lot of time to change over because it was "more complicated than I was told"(they were doing nothing, talking to one another in an office with the door open) so I would have to make an appointment. I made one for a couple days later. I went in for my scheduled appointment with "Becca" on the 19th of July concerning switching my bank account over to a student account. The appointment was at 1:00pm and she didn't even come out until 1:15pm. Why have appointments if you don't stick to the times? Rude. When she finally took me to her office, she changed over my account which, yes, took only one minute. I asked "Becca" to reverse the service fee that I was charged because I was never charged one before. She said she would but then said she had to ask her manager to override it and would call me. The rest of the week went by and no call. I called on Monday the 24th to speak with her and was told shes not there and I could leave a message. I am still waiting for my call.

PNC Financial Services Group stacy sellers branch manager

I have request several times for a letter to provide to my creditor over manner regarding my husbands acct which has been present. No returned phone calls. I have had to literally go into branch to get something resolved. Which still has not been resolved. She gives me a contridiction letter to give to my creditor which will not help. Instead ahe is trying to cover herself from a bank error that was refunded into my husbands acct. If there were not a issue with the acct a refund would not have taken place. Id like this manner resolved asap for this has impacted my credit. Thank You Very Much. I will Proceed to climb the ladder to get this issue resolved.

PNC Financial Services Group branch service

I went to your Barnegat NJ branch to make a simple cash deposit for my daughter. The girl at the front tells me she cannot do my deposit because she has no cash and I would have to wait for the next ava representative. I go sit in the back for over 25 mins for a simple transaction. Customers with simple transactions should not have to wait for a representative who is taking care of customers that involve sitting with a bank representative to take care of their needs. Have a teller to take care of people. Horrible customer service and definitely have no problem sharing my frustrations with people. 07/26/17. Arrived 11:00am and left at 11:35am. I normally would not be someone who complains since I work in customer service myself. But, this was not acceptable.

PNC Financial Services Group home equity loan

Hello all,

Hope you are doing well.

I had an issue with the above manager that refused to help me
even though he did not have a customer.

Yes, I did get upset when he would not help me. He told me
that he could not print out my home equity loan information
when K Kochowicz, mgr, and her team at the PNC Arlington Hts, IL
branch has printed it out for me in the past.

PNC Financial Services Group mortgage

Poor advice 3+ years ago from pnc. "the only way I pnc can help you is if you default on your loan" since then pnc has gouged me with fees, transfer fees, speedpay fees and attorney fees. Over $5000.00. Because of my financial history, I have zero recourse except to complain to as many people as possible never to use pnc. Hide fees, charge as much as possible, delay things as much as possible, hold payments as long as possible. Pnc is the worst bank I have ever dealt with, as soon as I can, I will stop using pnc and never use them again.
