PmIdentity.com Charged my credit card 8 times

This company charged my credit card for 8 months for $19.95 - I did not catch it until this last statement. I never authorized this NEVER signed up for it and have no idea how they got my information. I had bought something online in March and shortly after this started from what I can tell. I DID NOT APPROVE IT nor did I ever get any information on it. I called them- and they have said they would credit my account and Discover has said give them 15 days to do that and if they don't Discover will step in. LESSON read your statement closely. I thought this was for another bill that I have on my debit card and did not realize what it was.

I got my free yearly credit report at www.freecreditreport.com and I had 7 days to cancel it. I canceled after two days so that my visa card would not be charged $29.99. They emailed me my confirmation # of cancelation and said no problem. I just looked at my bank account and they charged my card $29.99 it shows up as PMI identity and I called but they are closed right now. They promised they
were not going to charge me because I had a right to one free credit report a year. I am sooo mad right now. I' m calling them first thing the morning!

PmIdentity.com Don't use them

I went on the site and subscribed to the free trial. When the trial period was over, they started charging my $19.95 a month and I never used the service. Nor did they send me the information packet that they are supposed to send. Then when I called to inquire about the service, they had a hard time finding my account information. I told them to cancel the service and I am waiting to see what is going to happen on my next banking statement. Am I going to get billed or not and if I am going to get anything in the mail to make sure that the service is cancelled. Lets wait and see. This service is one that I don't recommend!

When I called I was greeted then heard "thirty cent n----". I said excuse me? I was told I was not being talked to. This is unacceptable not only do they rip you off they support racism. I was told they would cancel my membership. I requested that they credit back the charge since I did not ask for their services. I was told the charge would be taken off only after I pushed the issue. I believe I had cooperation due to my protesting of the language and requesting the employees ID number. We will see what happens.

i was checking my bank accout online and found two charges debited from my account. I had never heard anything bout this company nor did i authorize them to debit my account, i called and spoke with three different people and none of them could tell me how my account was charged because they did not hav any record of me having an account . And the drafts caused me to have overdraft charges of 50.00 dollars they told me that i would have to send them more paperwork from my bank and then it would take up to 2 weeks to get my money back.

PmIdentity.com Scam

In March, 2008, I signed up for a "free" credit report with the subject website. I assumed it would be a one time occurrence.

Since then I have received a charge on my Debit Card of $19.95 per month, the charge being made around mid-month. I was asked for membership number, etc. upon calling [protected].

After giving some personal info to an agent, he agreed to cancel my "membership" (of which I was never aware.)

Hope others get warned off this offer. It cost me roughly $60.00 before I caught the scam. Hope the agent took the action he promised, too.

I got my bank statement yester day and my statement and my account was charged 4 times and I have not any idea what they are for. but I believe it must have been my debit card because they don’t chare my bank for any credit cards. and the co. that did this was pmidentity and I never heard of them and their phone #has been disconnected this must be the biggest fraud by people that are big crooks one bill was for only 1.00 and all the other was 29.95 the first one must have a test.

i am going to find a way to sue this company. I had charges that i did not authorise by this company they say its from
so called website of creditreport.com I also have one from PMIDENTITY.COM and this has been charged every 2 weeks since
2007. I am seeing so many complaints from people here. I think if you even give them your card they charge you. And their
is no way to get the money back. With this many complaints this must be a petition to sue them. We all need to get our money
back. They claim that we clicked yes. Well I am stating i did not click yes. I did not authorise them to sign me up or
even touch my money from account. This is so called stealing in the real world. These companies should be shut down and
stopped. There is so many websites and scams in this country its unbelieve able. but no one ever does a thing about these companies.

MNI*CREDITRPT MNTR SVC this is another company to check out for. Google both of them and see what comes up. 1000's
of complaints of fraud. I am going to get these suckers some how. Its about principle. Who owns this company? why are they letting
this guy or so called corporation get away with this? email me please at johnny_handsome90@yahoo.com
pissed off i am...

PMIDENTITY.COM - I GOT MY MONEY REFUNDED --- I didn't recognize a charge to my creditcard from PMIdentity.com, then found that I need to look at my statement more often, $19.95/month for four months. The creditcard company wouldn't allow a dispute, saying I must've subscribed to their service. They said I needed to contact the company. Long story short: call the company [protected]) and keep pressing "0" until you get a live person. Tell the person you never signed up for the service and want a refund. That person will cancel the service, and will credit one month's fee. If you're like me, and need credit for more than one month, ask to speak to a supervisor, who will credit one additional month. At that point, I kept saying "there are four months, and I want to know how I got signed up." She eventually refunded all four months and told me that I clicked on a $10-Off coupon after completing a transaction with Intellus.com. I do remember that $10-Off deal, and I also remember not following through with the $10-Off deal because it involved signing up for a subscription, so... the charges to my card were unauthorized and in my opinion fraudulent. I hope this helps someone.

I have been billed $29.95 at a minimum twice from my account without ever giving PM Identity the authorization. How can these companies continue to break the law. Where is this fraudulent world going. I encourage everyone that uses the internet to watch out for unexpected charges from their accounts. I will pursue this with the law if it does not stop now.

This company charged my account twice for 29.95 and I have no idea what this company is. They credited me back one of the charges but I called today and they said it would be three days untill they credited my account again. I think this is very bizarre that they can do this and they should get in trouble. This is theft!

PmIdentity.com They scammed me for $60.00

I used this service in the amount of $3.95 for a one time search of someone online, and they have been taking money out of my account since April. That's 3 months in the amount of $19.95. I finally wondered where $19.95 was going, so I looked online at my banking statement. I called pmidentiy, and I got no credit from them, I'm filing a complaint with my bank. These people need to be investigated. Real scammers, consumers beware! It's a real shame these people are getting money from innocent people. They charged my account without my approval.

I learned from my bank today (8/12/08) that at least 3 deductions of $19.95 have been made from my debit card as follows: 6/13, 7/14, 8/11. PLEASE CANCEL this membership and refund to me immediately the amount deducted. I will expect a credit of 59.85 back to my Wachovia account or a check in that amount mailed to me immediately. If there are any questions you may call me at [protected].
