I had ordered a MacBook Pro online on 28th Thursday 2017 morning and done the full payment then and there. On Saturday the company people had cancelled the order and the when I called the customer care people they were like sorry we won't be able to resolve the issue and by then I had missed my other offers also. when I checked with them on Saturday they told me the payment has been sent back but it hasn't still reflected in my account. it is very disappointing when such a big and professional stores provide bad services. they had told me the product is out of stock and its not available in any of their stores. and there were more than 10 stocks available in festival city ace hardware.
