I bought a lifetime PDFill software from PLOTSoft L.L.C 11 years ago. In february 2017, I had problems with my computer. I bought a new one. Plotsoft refuse to reactivate my license of roboform: they say that I have only one license (for one computer), but that I have TWO computers. I don't have 2 computers, I only have one (the other is scrap and doesn't work) and I bought a new one in february to replace the defective one. I paid ''a lifetime license but they refuse to activate my new one computer'' !
I didn't get the activation key
OMG. My deal with Plotsoft LLC was awful. I have bought software and the agent hasn’t told me that the activation key was required. I emailed this agent again and said that I need the activation key. He excused and said that within 3 days I would get it. This website failed to provide it and I called to their customer services, but the machine responded and it was mentioned that I needed to email them. I sent several emails and I didn’t responses at all. Don’t waste money on this website.
