Hi,
I worked with this organisation only for 1 and half month, in such a short period they made me so frustrated that i was getting into depression beause of Paritosh Agarwal, he ia bastarted and ###, he harrsed me since i join i use to worked for not less then 10-12 hours every day even i have prove for the same.He used to harass me in front of my team and other people of synapse.One day he close the door and try to harsess me, but i took the courage and get out of the room, i called police and police took him.Police abused him slapped him, at that time he was looking like the hen i was very happy because i took the revenge of all the people he harassed earlier or terminate only in 2 months without giving any information and salary. Please help the rest of the people in synapse specially whosin and recruitment team who scared of him a lot.Please help them because they scared of the bond and the amount. This for the people working in Synapse that don't scared of him take action India police will certainly help you as they helped me as well.

Hi SHIKHA it's shameful that you would try to defame an organization that has 50 women and ladies working without a single incident for 10 years with such incorrect and maligning statements. Any one can call us in recrtuiments or HR (all ladies) and check on the reality of this statement and the fact that SHIKHA couldn't perform so has to resort to such tactics to purge herself.
