Playtika unauthorized credit card charges

On 9/5/2016 amount $10.68 was charged 2 times to my account and I did not receive my credits plus it shouldn't have charged me 2 times. Total of $21.36

On 8/31/2016 amount $10.68 was charges 2 times to my account and I never got my credits plus it charged me 2 times. Total of $21.36.

I need this fixed as soon as possible it has already caused enough problems for me.
Please get this fix Thank you.

Hey GUYS AS PLAYERS YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAS GONE DOWN...please share copy paste this ... unauthorised purchases were made from my device literally my phone was stolen accumulated charges were over $300 that money has been given to House of Fun the company is called Playtika! I contacted Google Play as soon as I realised what had happened I've just come out of hospital after having a procedure to know that this happened unfortunately Google referred me to House of Fun as they already had my money the response from House of Fun was sorry this happened to you keep your phone secure and in the meantime here is some free coins I don't want my bloody coins I want my $300 that was used unlawfully they're telling me they don't have to refund my money because I should have kept my device secure it was theft I was in hospital what could I do they are nasty mongrels I'm sorry to use such language I have a terminal illness and those [censored] won't give back my money I am on a social security type welfare system because of my help I can't afford to survive as it is and they won't return my money and I'm talking real money not coins anyone that can help me with this please send me a direct message this is unlawful and unfair I have tried to call the office in the country of Israel I have tried to reply to emails they basically saying it's my fault that somebody stole my device and make purchases via my application... in my good health I have supported them for years now who stealing from who

To day while playing the game where I had over 12 million points and game level 286 all of a sudden every thing disappeared and I was back to level 1 why this happens and how can I retrieve it

Playtika bingo blitz

I can't convert credits to coins in any of the slot rooms it just gives me the option to buy coins.. I've been in contact with other BB players that are given the convert option.. I've sent over 8 emails to customer support and have been waiting 2weeks for problem to be resolved..by only being given the buy coins option where other players can convert is just a way to make money and it's pretty unfair..is there anything you cld do please to fix my problem as I'm fed up being ignored by BB customer support basically for 2wks.. really unacceptable. Thank you

I get the same message as well. I believe it might have something to do with the amount of credits you might have and the way you got them, like through free daily allotment. I have 700 + credits received from the free dailies and now it give me the message.

Playtika caesars slots

I have been playing your ceasers slots game on my iphone and I had gotten to level 536 and had $420, 000, 000 in coins. I upgraded my phone because the battery was bad and got a new iphone. When I logged into the new phone with my facebook account and it didn't sync all of my information. It only came back as a level 20 and I only had 40, 000 coins or so. When I went back to my old phone to double check the information, it had already synced the level 20 and 40, 000 coins from the new phone. I hope I didn't lose all of the hard work that I had put into this game. Could I please get some assistance with this as I'm really frustrated as to what happened

Playtika awarding coins

I reached big money Wednesday 8/23/17 and when playing today Friday on numerous, numerous times and the coins are NOT awarded to the account. I started checking because I saw my coins consistently decrease while the award on Double Ruby games shows on the front and the coins do NOT get credited. From a long time user, it is very dissapointing..Get this fixed ASAP please!I have been NUMBER 1 and have been shown that xxx amount is to be credited and that seems to work, but the BONUS or the Random WIN Spin is not working properly.

It would be wonderful if this can be addressed. It has happened all day!

I am also only being awarded a FRACTION of my winnings...I had accumulated nearly 100 billion coins and over the last several weeks they have not only disappeared, but try as I might (with different betting strategies) I cannot build them back up. I play until they are gone and then wait for my various bonuses to accumulate enough to play again. I WILL NOT PURCHASE COINS...Why on earth would I when they simply would be gone within a few plays?

Playtika did not receive purchased package

On 8-16-17 order # M12k87ed81, I thought I purchased 1 Pro Package for $19.99 but I did not receive anything that was promised in the package. Also a payment is being held on my iTunes account for this item that I did not receive. I would like to request to cancel this purchase for I did not receive it and iTunes will not let me access my store until it is resolved. I've had other issues with the app but this is an issue that needs to be resolved.

Playtika slotomania

Slotmania has been having alot of issues so with that i hit the grand jackpot on vegas cash and it was over 3 billion close to 4 and the game took my jackpot customer service is very aware of it i been waiting on a response since july 11 finally they sent me 100 million so i wrote back no i wabt what i lost... Recieved email said we win by luck and thats all they pay remind u i was making purchases daily perticipating in all promo but i no longer will until i recieve my coins its not fair i have spent hundreds cause i love the game but i need this resolved like yesterday

On 07 August about 5:30 PM Central Europian time, I have earnt 64 billion coins in Minor jackpot in game 3 Mustangs, but Slotomania didn't add that coins to my account. I shared the win on the my wall on Facebook profile, and I'm sending the photo as attachment.

Playtika slotomania

This morning I was playing and I had over 6 billion coins in my bank. I just logged in to collect my two hour bonus (11:30 on 8/15/17) and I now only have 515, 109, 138 coins. This is the second time that this has happened to me.

I (foolishly) have spent a lot of money on this app. Look through my history and see. A LOT. And to have my balance drastically fall like this twice now, I frankly am disgusted. I feel strongly that this is stealing money from me. I expect a response from someone as soon as possible. There are days when I have spent over $100. (Again, foolishly). I am DONE. I want a refund of at least my last ten purchases made to my itunes account.

Playtika house of fun slots

On Aug 3rd I bought a coin package from HOF for $2.99. I never rec'd the 30, 000 coins that I purchased. I have written approx 10 e-mails to HOF and have not rec'd my coins, my money back, nor anything resembling any kind of answer as to what the problem is on their end.

This is only a $2.99 issue. I have sent a screen copy of the purchase receipt twice.

This is no way to run a business.

Please have someone respond to this note!

No response from the business and I am a very unhappy customer.

I have sent 2 emails to the business and had no response. I have paid for service that I did not receive. You have one last chance to respond before I go to consumer affairs and start a civil law suit against the company. I am a customer and I am entitled to a response. Yet you feel that you don't need to provide one. Why? Why will no one respond? Not happy.

Playtika bingo blitz

It's been 2 days now that me and my family can't play bingo blitz due to something with flash and chrome, i have been playing for yrs without this problem on the same computer and flash, everything is updated on my part, i am losing out on my credits for 2 days, my spins are going to lock up for 5 days, and i am not receiving free gifts, i hope we are all compensated back for your problem .Please fix this asap, i can't take a chance in purchasing anymore due to this. I don't want to lose my money. I have to use caps due to my vision, sorry. I would appreciate if you get this rolling asap, it's not fair we enjoy playing. Thanks kath mendez

Playtika slotomania quest froze

Last game, of the last quest and it froze! I checked my phone and it is froze there too! I can play any other game in slot, just not the last one to finish the whole quest!

Playtika caesar slots loading issues.

Constant loading problems.Daily issues with connection problems.
When it finally loads bet becomes 30.000 which I don't bet. That takes all the coins back.
I have played and enjoyed your slots a lot.Now I am angry and fed up spending a lot of Mooney not getting the service I deserve from your website. My last purchase was July 19th 2017. I would like that to be reimbursed to me in compensation for the lack of being able to play.
This morning the 20th of July again no connection on app or through Cromer browser available.
I ask you kindly to make this reimbursement in good faith of showing you are being fair and that you are sincere in giving all us players what we deserve.
I have been playing a long time and spend enough money to be asking for my return of money this time. I am sure you have my track record.

Playtika new and prettier slotomania reverted back to old platform

I was finally in and happily playing the new Slotomania with all games auto - a big plus. Then in mid-June, I believe, suddenly I am back to the platform that was around March, and with that annoying Lucy gift being upgraded message popping up constantly and all games that were not auto before the change are now back to not auto. The support people do not have a clue or so would seem and I have lots of answers from the support that clearly says they don't have a clue. Every reply is repetitive -clear your cache, make sure you have the latest and so on and so forth. I am wondering if the new ownership perhaps has something to do with it. I am at a loss, I have been playing since long before Caesar's . The pleasure has lessened for me and I find it hard to believe that I am the only one this has happened to. One can but imagine that there might be issues on ownership changes...but sad I am.

I have been playing Slotomania for a few years now and it has done nothing but go down. I have been playing for the last three weeks and in three weeks time I have gotten maybe 6 bonuses and even less scatters. You take approximately 60-70 billion points a day from me with no bonuses, scatters big wins or 5 of a kind . Every night for three weeks you have taken me right back down to 1 million. I have had it with your game. I have finally come to realize it is all about the money and buying coins. You keep adding all those tournaments, turbo spins, and jackpot games and think you are helping us but all you are doing is helping yourselves and ruining a game that used to be a lot of fun to play. I am so done with all your crap and greed. As of now, COUNT ME GONE. So long losers.

Playtika caesars slots will not load. it stalls about two thirds of the way.

Yesterday I was playing the pelican game when the game just kept spinning and the only way to make it stop was to close the game. I was betting 15, 000, 000 a spin and mot getting this refunded when I re-opened the game. Eventually I just gave up playing that and changed to Ocean Splendour.
I then uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it. Since the after many tried the app will not open at all.
Would appreciate any advice on how to fix the problem or letting me know if this is a problem worldwide at present. I live in Perth, Western Australia.

On july3 at630 est time I went on my lgg5 phone to collect my bonus and was shocked to see all my money and my playitika rewards were gone and game had reset itself.. Playtika caesars casino

For the past 2 days, Ceasars would not function on my iPad. I have been playing on this device for 3+ years. When I clicked the Ceasars icon, it just said "waiting." This morning I removed the app, then reloaded it (from "the cloud"). I signed bank in with Facebook, but it did not restore my coins (490K+), or my status level. I have since spent over an hour signing out and back in, closing my iPad, etc., but nothing has worked to get me back to the levels of several days ago. Any suggestions on how to get this restored?

Playtika slotomania

It takes about two minutes for the screen to refresh after each spin, also, snakes and ladders times out trying to open. I really enjoy this game and it's very frustrating. Also, whenever there's a quest, it times out before it loads. I'm playing on an iPad Pro and have never had issues until recently. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Playtika non paying bonus

This is the 5th time I have written now and this is getting ridiculous and very frustrating, on Saturday the 6th may 15.40 GMT I had a bonus on ruby gold. 49million a spin, . I got 35 mil x 21 then a 10 x multiplier I got awarded 735 million it should be 7.35 billion. My total at the end of the bonus was [protected]. So it definitely didn't credit the x10 win just 735 million . I have a photo it just won't upload here.
I can't believe I'm having to go through this just to get my winnings and it's not even my error.
You can see exactly what's going on why do you keep giving me the run a round. I will not let this go as again the shocking gameplay over the past few months is disgusting, the only decent win I get and you don't even pay up, this is not the first time either, really I do love this game that's why I still keep playing and putting up with this .
I am going to send my last 4 emails regarding this issue to the CEO to see if anyone else can help me in this situation, as no help is coming from customer support.
You dont have to admit your machine is at fault, I just want my coins what I won.
So for the last time I would really appreciate some help.

Playtika slotomania non payout

This is the second time it has happened, I got 5 bonuses on xin-fu and it did nothing, the first tim I was on 1mil a spin and support fobbed me off with 34million, this time I was on 6 mil a spin, and I was 23rd in tournament - as you will see in the picture, again support said it was a technical glitch :o
Im not a happy paying customer, I have been playing for years! Yet my sister in law started in jan and has completed her album! Its just sheer crazy, I will not purchase any more until this is resolved,
