It seems like every day I go to collect my free coins and it won't let me every time it say ok or contact support and I never hear any thing back from any one one so I wanted to know what is going on like the pictures below I should have got the coins for completing the album but never received any thing for completing it and also my daily dash don't really work either I'll spin and spin but it won't move at all and I've mist out on daily dashes because of it .

The game looks like it is loading, very slowly, then freezes, says connection lost, , eta.
Makes it very difficult, near impossible, to finish daily dashes. I have invested many coins in this last game and I can't log in so I can't finish it. Sometimes it says loading, and then a screen, blank except for a ! with a circle around it, and this screen never unlocks. I am trying to use Facebook, is there another way to log in?

I resent you people keep giving me the runaround. I have submitted Ticket after ticket to Poker Heat customer support. I won the Masters Division 2tournament two days ago with a total of 148 million pets, so this is easily verified. The first place bonus was 600, 000 dollars which I never received. I invested quite a bit of money and this is unfair. Honor your word, and give me my bonus

i went to crack the piggybank to get 178.000, 000
put my credit card info in but come up with error i tried doing 3 times
but never worked so thought theres a billing problem
but today checked my bank account to see the payments were taken out on 3 occasions

I turned in my wild card and completed a book in the spring album and received 9 billion dollars - i played the new caterpillar game and had to win 975 million dollars within 100 spins- i won free spins and won over 3 billion and did not receive my first dash- i learn over 12 hours later that the spins only worked on the caterpillar game outside of the sloto club, that has never made a difference before- now down to 2 billion from 12 billion i try and did not make it - the second 2 dashes are easy - now i have no dashes and lost 12 billion with no coins left
I am furious but I have faith Slotomania will make this right

This game is getting ridiculous. You make the "dashes" involve winning high volume $$ on new games you release, however the game NEVER pays out. I have just spent over 900 million coins (betting 5, 000, 000 each spin) and I have never once won more than $20, 000 in a spin. Game used to pay out better, but now everything seems to focus on "buying" coins to advance. I am at level 2370 but it doesn't mean i have BILLIONS of dollars, yet all my tasks require me to spend a riduculous amount or receive a ridiculous amount of sloto cards...which do not pay out anymore either. I have received a total of 4 cards in the last 48 hours.

Your customer service is virtually non existent. I cant even get on the customer support page to send in a ticket. For the amount of money you people charge for coins, customer service should be a number 1 priority. My account is missing 1.7 trillion coins. I went on vacation for 10 days and did not play the game. I get home, and there are basically no coins in my account. What is going on here? I sent a ticket in yesterday regarding this but of course no response has been received. You apparently care less for you paying customers who shell out thousands upon thousands of dollars to play your game. I have several thousand dollars invested in this game so I am NOT letting this go. I want my coins back! If I do not get them back in a timely fashion, all my documents regarding this game and all the receipts for coins I have purchased, and all the emails I have sent you guys regarding issues I have had with my account, will be sent to my attorney and this will be pursued aggressively. This is theft. I earned and purchased those coins fair and square and for them to be taken from me is not acceptable!

I have been playing house of fun for a very long time I could not tell you what level I was on or exactly how many coins I had but when I logged in today and asked me to connect with Facebook and I did... Its not opening and also when I win your 'll don't give the amount I won . When I got a winning hand your 'll go off line . There's nothing wrong with my networks the problems is with your'll it also freezes. I have been playing this game for over three years. Today is the 2nd time i have accumulated over 3 billion coins and only to have my coins taken away. First time about a month ago you took almost 2 billion coins. i start and worked my coin count nack up to over three billion, kmly to have nearly all of my coins gone. Thats over three billion coins you have taken from me this time. I'm going to talk to a lawyer about this.. apparently if you place 1st in a seasonal tournament leaderboard, you dont get awarded the divided jackpot? After all my hard work, chips wasted, and sleep lost, i don't actually get awarded what was promised? its been 4 days and im still waiting for my 7+ Billion poker chips..

yea the 2 rings by themselves was really worth losing 900M, ( i started with 16.3B - I'm now at 15.4B) due to bad games and unsporting players. I have also suffered sleep deprivation, in order to keep my spot as 1st place on the leader board. Not that I'm hurting for chips, my goal is to progress. My goal was the jackpot. I won, only to have my winnings unrightfully withheld.

Hi I'm having an issue with playing the ace card games on my account so far this season and towards end of last album when I play the ace card games it doesn't give me ace cards this is quite unusual it use to give me them quite regularly I do play a lot my email is provided here

Since 9/22/18 I have been unable to access Slotomania using my email and password. Since I am not on Facebook this sign on method is the one I prefer. All the sign on prompts allow me to enter required information the when I click on the sign on button nothing happens . I have used two different computers and cleared the Cache and Browsers on both, then closed slotomamia and reopened it and am getting the exact same result. No sign on .Please advise.

An "update now" flag continues to pop up even though I have updated to the latest version. VERY ANNOYING! Please drop this annoying flag. I have seen other complaints about this as well. "Update now" started appearing in August and continues to show up about every 15 seconds. Press update now, takes me to the app store where it has already been updated. Please make it stop!

Slotomania support tcket#inc6742719 I have been more than patient and it seems that about the so-called "vip" status that I have been invited by you guys has gone forgotten. Yes, there was mr. Aidan a few weeks ago that initially got in touch with me personally (he did claim to be from slotomania customer service) but as I did have a feature connected on my mob. He promised to get in touch with me in 2 days but he did not... There is also an issue which is about the "daily - dash" which gets harder and harder to pass as you guys set unreachable levels of coins won or to bet, let alone other gimmicks in regards to your games or to complete the so-called mission to at least get the starting package of those cards that you meant to release.
It is obvious that I will not spend my pension for a fake coins which gives me nothing in return. It is beyond shameful that you are expecting people to spend exorbitant sums of real money for you "fun & games" which it get rather frustrating often.
Every album you continuously release only duplicates over and over and over which clearly looks that shamelessly you want more and more money for a fake games. Your games has exceeded the limits and you are expecting players to buy, buy, buy but the entertainment that you suppose to provide its nothing else but high-way robbery. It's is obvious that your so-called "vip" it's just a poor excuse to exploit the gullible and get absolutely nothing in return. I know from past experience that you do have carbon copy answers for every complin but it will not work for me anymore so as of this moment I will not spend even a red cent on this game of yours which clearly has become money making machine. It is very shameful that your "customer-support" have stoop so low. Hi guys I played the Slotomania x77 reward and not got full reward I played with a 20mill bet ended up with 2.5 bill win in 26 spins and should of been x77 my win ? I have been completing power and master challenges (the only ones that are affected) The bonus is given I see it added to my coins. In the next spin or if I leave the game I'm playing the challenge bonus gets subtracted from my coin balance. I have kept track of coin balance because this was happening everytime for the last couple of months. I contacted support and they stated I received bonus. Yes I did for 2 seconds and then the coins disappear. I couldn't make them understand what was happening. I finished the power challenge today coins went to 326 plus million the next spin of game play coin balance dropped the exact amount of the bet and whole challenge amount. (all 7.65 mil which was bonus on challenge plus my bet) 318 mil and change. Same thing happened with mastered challenged that I finished today. coins for bonus added 19.16 mil made my balance 333 mil plus. one spin and I was down to 310. (my bet and the whole challenge amount was subtracted) I haven't received a challenge bonus that has stayed added to my coin balance in ages. Now my support button on the Caesars site is shut off, because they don't want me contacting them anymore. How unfair is that? I only want what i spent my time and coins, earning in game play. No way to take a pic because it happens so fast but they should be able to tell that right after I receive bonus the very next spin the coin balance is minus that challenge bonus. everytime.
