Playtika didn't receive my coins from a bonus spin of 269 million plus coins. don't know what's going on.

At the end of bonus spins game I didn't receive my bonus coins. Got kicked off in the middle of the bonus round. Please check it out and compensate me for my coins. Is there something I should do or anything i should have done differently?Thanking you in advance. Is there anything i can do to collect my coins without contacting you? Again please check it out. Playtika slotomania

For some reason Facebook has altered my account details and I have no friends on the list. Now slotomania has logged in on that account and I have lost everything. I had over thirty two billion credits, 146 cards and about seventy friends and I now have twenty thousand credits, no cards and no friends. Hence I have lost all the real money I have spent on the game. I would like to have my slotomania account returned to what it was before it was logged in to Facebook. Thank you.

For eight days I have been trying to get my original account restored after it was disabled for no reason given. Despite repeated requests for information why this happened I have received nothing. As none of my password were accepted I have made several changes to them in an attempt to gain access to my original account. Now I have gained access to a new account I did not request and believing it was my original account I accessed it from my slotomania account as a result I have lost all my progress in the game from the winter album to the current spring album. This was the result of countless hours of playing and hundreds of dollars in purchasing. My patience has run out and turned to anger. The whole matter could have been resolved by restoring my original account now it has gotten totally out of hand. As it is a time related game every hour is relavent to complete the dash. If this is not resolved urgently I want every purchase made for the game since the start of the installation of the game refunded to my account or I will uninstall slotomania and you will never get any more of my money. If I get no response and have to uninstall it then I will seek legal advice on the way to recover what I have spent to gain the progress I have made. This matter requires urgent attention. I have sent a photo of the profile picture attached to the original account at sc354829@gmail.com the original password is 7111prop. Please advise what is happening you have my email address.

Yesterday I advised that I had lost all my progress in the game due to a login error caused by Facebook creating a new account I didn't request in my email address. I logged in as prompted by slotomania to gain extra bonus. I was shocked to find that I have lost everything. Over thirty two billion credits and over five thousand stars. I had 146 of the 150 cards required to complete the spring album and now I have none. My progress in the game has been the result of countless hours playing the game and one hundred purchases of coins and cards through the play store amounting to hundreds of dollars. Despite my request nothing has been restored I still have twenty thousand coins and no cards. As a result I have missed out on completing the dash and more importantly spinning the wheel of stars for a badly needed wild card. For eight days I have missed out on friends gifts and bonuses because of being unable to access my Facebook account now due to log in I have lost everything. If my progress cannot be returned then I will uninstall the game and you will never get another cent off me. I will not accept that the money I have spent on the game for the sole purpose of collecting the necessary cards will be lost. I can establish the value of my purchases through my bank account and actively pursue a refund. None of this has been my fault so I hope I will get your cooperation and assistance in righting this wrong. All I want is what was taken of me to be returned. Please help or at least let me know what is going to happen. You have my email address please advise by email.

Playtika did not receive my 900 credits for completing moscow room

I completed Moscow room and Bingo Blitz credits and they did not send them to me I want my credit right now this happened on May 22nd 2018 I finally got my last shadow box to Moscow room and push turn in and it went blank and then didn't give me my 900 credits and nobody there has even have the courtesy to let me know what's going on or if I did my Complaint Form wrong or to help me or anything I may be doing it wrong right now I don't know but somebody please let me know what I need to do right.

Playtika slotomania snakes and ladders credits

I was playing the Civil Treasures game betting 1 million coins i played the snakes and ladders, i completed board 4 and won 30 million then I was playing the last board i got pink question mark which awarded me 40 million and it did not credit to my account, this has happened previously i did not worry about it as it was not a large amount, but my daily dash wants me to spin 50 million coins five times how can I do that when i do not win the prizes i am supposed to be. I was playing this game on 15/06/2018 at 4.10pm Australian time. I am getting frustrated with this game always having issues and not paying correctly i have been playing this game for 10 years and i always seem to not be getting the prizes and now they are so extremely hard to achieve anything in this game. Playtika slotomania

I would like a full refund for coin purchases on 6/14/2018/. The game slite of Slotomania was not functioning properly andi continuously booted me from game play and ultimately I gave up. You can not charge a person for coins if your service is not operational and Slotomania was not working properly. As you can see I am a frequent buyer from Slotomania. I am expecting you to do the right thing and refund my total payments from today so I do not need to take further actions
I have also contact Facebook and Slotomania Customer service. I have submitted all of my receipts. Again, you can not charge a customer for chips when your website keeps crashing during play. My network was fully operational and I had a valid ip address.

Playtika cannot sign into caesars slots on facebook.

i have been playing and buying coins almost daily then suddenly all i get is Caesars Casino with a balance of 41k. I have 68 billion coins with Caesars and where to hell did they go. Also Slotomania, i have 434 billion coins and they do not work either. please help me since if you do not, I will not play anymore. Playtika not receiving points

It's been 3 weeks since I have received any of my level up bonus points. I have always purchased points in the past not only am I not receiving my points I am unable to remain in the club because of it. This is my second notification to you. I will not purchase any more points until the points I have coming to me are distributed and this is resolved. Please contact me as soon as possible I am tired of waiting.

Playtika not being paid my credits

I completed Moscow room in Bingo Blitz and turned it in and they were supposed to pay any 900 credits and they never did and I've been waiting waiting to finally I found this complaints board yesterday and I didn't know what I was doing and I'm the one that pushed the resolve thing on there so no the issue is not resolved they owe me 900 credits for the Moscow room and I want them I've been a loyal fan of theirs and everything they need to make good on what they say they're going to do so please sir if you don't mind could you help me with this problem thank you very much

Playtika caesar casino game on facebook

I bought the boost package and was to collect my coins every 2 hours during the boost it went to every three hours and not collecting the coins I purchased with no response from support. I keep the every 2 hours for a week this will be a hyge rip off for me. Many players in the last few weeks and I am saying long term players have deleted the app I am ready too you have too many problems and support does not make it right by giving you coins you should hae because you paid for it. I have been with this game from the beginning now it is the last game I buy and the least played. Look at the posting the postings on facebook how players feel. They will tell you the lowest in pay outs and they too fdeel it has become no fun any more. I will give my money to other games but not ceasars any more.

Playtika card selling in slotomania

I know of a person who is selling her album cards on eBay and has done so since the winter album she's getting anything from $30-100 per card depending in demand. This is totally unfair for the rest us players. But if you have to say who I am making the complaint then I'll withdraw it as I'll lose so many great sloto friends and be known as a snitch. Nut I do believe something should be done. She livrs in America... Thanks so much

Playtika poker heat

Hi I am writing about my poker chips I lost 9 million chips due to the game freezing up and losing connection while I was in a all in bet I had a royal flush after the game loaded back up the timer went fast and my winning hand folded I've tried reaching out to them about it I have been patient I really want my 9 million chips I played so many games to get those chips and it's not fair

Hi,
I just played with your game (poker heat) and I picked the option with the best table for me ... I had 5.5M chips and it had to sit me with 3M according to the chips buy in indicator. But when The table reviled I wasn’t sitting and he asked me to sit... when I pushed on the seat he showed me that I have only the remain 2.5M - I lost 3M chips because of a BUG in your game...
this is really frustrating Please help me with that so I will keep playing your nice game. BTW there are a lot of lags in the game the recent 2 days.

Playtika slotomania keeps losing connection

I would play Slotomania for a few seconds and then it would say "oops, we lost the connection"! I'm getting REALLY tired of that, I can't even play one game for a minute...what's going on here?

This has been happening more than once and I'm just about to not play Slotomania anymore! I'm really angry with this game...either have this game fixed as soon as possible...or I'm not playing Slotomania anymore!

Playtika slotomania - daily dash

Hi there,

I completed the daily dash with well over 1000 points this morning (23/5/18) and I didn't receive my 5 star Ace card. I know i am not the only one this has happened to and would like to have this rectified.

I spend money on this game and when i am out of playing credits i like to use these cards to play.

Could you please rectify.

After completing second level of daily dash, I could not collect Ace card. Every time I opened the sloto album, there's no Ace to collect.

Well meater is not working on the dash...
It is stuck on level 2 at 99% and you know this is a time crucial event . .
How went through a billion coins at the same level I need this fixed I rebooted and it still didn't work

Playtika bingo blitz

I have been writing for 2 months now about my issue with this game. I have not been able to load a game on there for over a month and a half and nothing and I mean absolutely nothing was done about. Automated emails, and once to respond to the email to see if it was still happening, I did and nothing back. I am very disappointed to be treated this way by a game I have been paying $19 a month to, he an Elite member, but have cancelled my membership.
I have 2 issues, one I was writing for months for themtofixthe problem as to why my sticker album was not loading, when it was a week before the first time I wrote, I have collected so many stickers through buying credits or winning the I games but never once could I get any that I needed through trading because I have been locked out of my sticker album since a week or two after it started. T would say beside it, you have 3 new, buticannot load my album. I am tired of writing now the contest is over and I never got to collect one credit from that game after spending money on it. It's very unfair.
My second issue is, and I have all the emails you have ignored saved and the few I got back from you which were automated ones. I wrote 2 weeks before my Elite was up and told them I wanted my membership cancelled and to not take another dime out of my account and they also ignored that and still did it, did not even send me an email on how todo it. You do not make it easy to cancel and I could not figure it out, but I did eventually, but they still had no right when I said to not take another dime out of me.
When my member ship is up so am I, with bingo Blitz or any other game you support and will be telling people to not waste their money on it because when you do have a problem they will never fix it, they will do nothing but ignore you and send automated emails back. I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is to treat paying customers this way, I can imagine how you treat none paying customers. I really liked this game but I will not sit back and let someone rip me off like bingo Blitz has. I am not done here and will take it farther BBB, online fraud line. I just wrote this today butam not feeling very hopeful because it has taken so long for anyone to get back to me. Ignore it and it will go away, I feel that is there way of thinking. Very sad to just ignore emails fo 2 months and not being able to trade stickers. It was a rip off scam of a game to make us buy more credits but got absolutely nothin get back inreturn, like promised.

Playtika being charged for services I didn’t order

I keep getting charged for services I never ordered. I never buy coins for any game I play but I am being charged multiple times on my credit card. Please refund all of the money you have charged me over the months that you have taken out of my checking account. This isn't the first time this has happened. Playtika slotomania

About a month ago I was playing Slotomania on my iPad then later played it on my laptop. Somehow everything reset to starting level. I have been playing this game for about 5 years. I had 3.5-4 billion points, all the games were unlocked and I was at the gold level. Now I'm at the beginning level. I only have a couple of games open, a few hundred thousand points and am at the beginning level. How can I reset this to where I was?

Playtika slotomania

I was betting 60, 000 when three times it changed to 100 million per spin. I lost 1.6 B coins and I want them back. I play for fun, and no matter how low my balance is, I will not purchase coins I will just stop playing. So give me the coins back asap. I play fair and I expect you to play fair and not change someone's bet to you benefit. I could not believe when I looked down and saw that high of a bet. I can look back and not find more than 30-50 M bet at any one time

Playtika house of fun

I have purchased many credits through my credit card and I'm on platinum status at the money. I love house of fun but there have been times I've been charged twice and havnt received credits? I've also reached the last key in the promo and didn't get my spin that I chased and spent money on trying to obtain.
I would really appreciate some kind of compensation as I never complain or ask for anything. I don't have any evidence as such because over time I've left it unable to reach you through the app itself? Which was really annoying. I've found this site and hope this isn't going to be a hassle for me considering we pay to win credit to enjoy and not playing for real money. Thank you.

Playtika credit card charges

On May 4th, 2018, I was making coin purchases. They took my money, but when I went to spin for the multiplier, it would not process. They stole an a total of $40.00 from me. I never received the coins or the chance to spin for the multiplier two different times. I checked my credit card statement and they took the monies. I am requesting a refund.
