PlayerLayer Delivery

I have emailed info @ player layer 4 times and still not had any correspondence from then in regard to an order I have done. This was a £300 and more order and I have a missing item ( helmet ) which has not been delivered and no one is responding back to this missing item.

Please can I have a direct number as have even emailed via the contact form on site but still no correspondence?

My don has matches and needs his gear.

Please can this be sorted or at least for me to be contacted.

Desired outcome: Delivered missing item - junior masuri Warwickshire cc helmet

PlayerLayer Sports wear/refund

Very disappointed. Returned items which were far too small via free post. Sadly Royal Mail lost parcel. Discussed with company and was advised via phone I would get immediate refund and matter would be taken up with RM. nothing received. A week later received an email to say refund was processed on that day, nothing received. Emailed, no reply. Called company, no reply, left message with the ‘overflow team', no reply. Please can someone sort this out, really poor customer service over and issue that's not difficult to resolve.

PlayerLayer university of nottingham men's squash tracksuit bottoms

Hi PlayerLayer,

I ordered 3 items from your online store; 1 shorts, 1 midlayer and 1 "Nottingham University Men's TrackLayer Pants Elite". The first two arrived on Friday but the latter did not.

I am unsure whether the TrackLayer was supposed to be shipped with the other two items, but would regardless appreciate a rough estimation on the expected arrival date for the item.

PlayerLayer university kit

This company is the approved supplier for my daughter's university ( compulsory) kit. We ordered it immediately her place was confirmed and a lot of it was out of stock. Ordered what we could. Part of the order eventually arrived with no information about the missing ( and paid for) kit. Phones at customer service were not answered and e-mails ignored. The missing goods eventually arrived ( after term had begun). I signed up for e-mail alerts when the out of stock goods came back in but did not get any. Discovered that these items were back in stock and ordered on 30/9/17. Still waiting for delivery after 2 weeks.
Absolutely dreadful company with no customer service.

PlayerLayer poor service/super long delivery times/ body shaming sizes

Ordered in June, still haven't got everything delivered. Most arrived last week. Had to send stuff back as size 8 girl barely fits into size 12. What message does that send out?

When returning goods you are charged postage. Nobody answering phones for ages. Rude customer service. Delivery was free for over £100 but I am charged to have size exchanged to larger as I am not buying £100 again. NOT my fault that your sizes are wrong!

PlayerLayer non - delivery of sports kit

7 weeks after ordering sports kit, my daughter goes to school tomorrow without a sports raincoat. The delivered on, for the wrong school two days ago. No one has got back to me to rectify the situation, Player layer has expanded beyond its capabilities. Customer services is simply an overspill call centre with no agency to resolve the problem, they simply take a message down and no one gets back to you.

Over two days of chasing I still have a sports coat for THE WRONG SCHOOL and so idea if or when the correct one will be sent.

PlayerLayer Cancelled order

I bought a top from Playerlayer online store over a month ago and after I paid I heard absolutely nothing from them. They did not give me a tracking number and there was also no payment confirmation. I tried to reach someone from Playerlayer but they ignored me.
Recently they finally contacted me and said that my order was cancelled and I will be given a refund. I really hope I'll get my money back but I'm not sure about that. I thinks Playerlayer is a bad company, there are a lot of negative reviews about them and I personally had a bad experience. I would not recommend them!

PlayerLayer Missing item; rude customer service

What a terrible company to deal with! Do not buy anything from Playerlayer, they are not to be trusted, they are highly unprofessional and these people do not respect their customers.
Ordered two pairs of leggings and received only one. When I contacted these clowns they did not offer me help, they immediately called me a liar and said that it was absolutely impossible and that they shipped me two pairs. Well, I got only one so what should I do now? No matter how many times I've tried to explain they refused to listen and in the end they asked me not to bother them again. I'm shocked and completely disgusted with Playerlayer! Never again!

PlayerLayer Problems with the sizes

People, be careful if you buy from the website www.playerlayer.com. I ordered t-shirt for my son from them, but the size was completely different and didn’t fit him. I returned the t-shirt and paid for the return postage, but these ### again provided wrong size. Really stupid and unprofessional seller. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Our school, Exeter Cathedral School, has gone with PlayerLayer for the Games Kit. I tried to order on the website only to have the system break down halfway through placing an order. I tried ringing to place a phone order. No luck getting through. Spoke to customer services who said someone would ring back. No they didn't. I persevered with an Internet order taking over an hour! I ordered several items on 14th August (had to wait until then for the tracksuit to be in stock) to find that delivery would be 3 weeks. Why so long when the items are in stock? Today I rang to chase the order as we go back to school in a couple of days. It was impossible to get through to ask about an existing order. The website says there is an opportunity to leave a message but no you are cut off. This is a ridiculous situation and no way to run a business in this day and age. I sent an email and spoke to overflow customer services eventually. I suppose I will just have to wait and hope that the order will materialise. However, I suspect not.

I give them 1 star purely because 0 is not an option! If you are a PE department looking for a new kit seriously do not waste your time or money (lots of it at the ridiculous prices they charge). Staff kit ordered in July 2015, still incorrect 12 months later, wrong sizes, wrong colours, incomplete orders. Kit ordered for 2 staff in January 2016, turned up in July 2016, 1 week before both were due to leave. No refund offered! 4 new starters in September, kit ordered in April, all 4 are 1 week into the new year with no kit, no explanation, no return of calls, no solution! One for trading standards I think!

PlayerLayer Seller ignores me and no idea where my order is

I can’t reach the seller and no idea where my order is. I ordered from the company www.playerlayer.com couple of weeks ago, but everything seemed to be good. I got the confirmation info and the seller promised to provide all updates about my purchase. After that nothing. I tried to reach them, but all my emails were returned back. Maybe someone has any idea how to track this seller and return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
