I have beeen a World of Warcraft player for 3 years and have purchased from at least 3 on-line gaming sights for World of Warcraft products. I have never had an issue until I tried purchasing from PlayerAuctions.com. I tried purchaing thru PayPal, which they recommend. Player Auctions said the order was declined even though PayPal said there was no isuue on there end. My credit card company didn't even receive an authorization attempt because PayPal said the order was never processed. When I contacted Player Auctions through there live-chat I was told to try Google checkout. I set up an account, used the same Credit Card and it was accepted and processed by Google. Fifteen minutes later I received an e-mail from Player Auctions telling me I now needed to Wire Transfer the funds directly to their account for "my" protection. What a joke. They must sell a bunch of stuff, but I don't understand how with that kind of customer service.in my opinion this is a "shady" (to say the least) company, Avoid it.

This a company I used for years who out of the blue requested passport, drivers license, and bank statements. Bad company that is hurting its sellers.

I have had my account suspended. I have contacted in to try and find out why the account was suspended and how I can get this resolved as I have like using the website before. I have emailed in about the issue but have had no reponse. I have tried to access my support tckets but they do not load.

My Debit and Credit cards are getting charges from this site and I have never purchased anything from them. I tried to open a support ticket but they do not answer. I am feeling like this company supports fraud and only wants their cut of the money no matter who gets scammed.

I payed 5.58 dollars for an account on Genshin and never got it it just said pending payment but it still charged me I’m very upset I tried contacting them they have horrible support I just want my refund I cancelled the order and I still haven’t gotten my refund yet

its been 2 years they suspened my account and i dont even know the reason .they have told me that i am doing frauds and doing search activites that harm their buyers but if i doing that things why i have 100% rating on that time with 60 to 70 orders completed i really need my account back plz help in that.

There’s this problem of having to wait extra hours or possibly day to get your money from reserve to balance or withdraw amount.

Solution contd:

If item is released in 16:43:37, It’s payed automatically to the balance by 16:43:36 when release is due.

They claimed to be a legit seller but only wanted to buy my account outside of the marketplace. Currently recovering my accounts. Asked me to delete all records of me owning the account and screenshots, but never paid.The user has multiple accounts on other platforms under the same name one is also banned.

The account was frozen, a lot of screenshots were requested, I provided about 30 pieces, there was no answer for 23 days! No open disputes from buyers ! They just decided to steal my money and are playing for time!

All charges are artificially created by them, there are no claims from buyers !

Hi, my account just suspended right after i click the activation link. I want to sell my account but this happened right after registration around 1.00pm 26-08-2022 (Malaysia time). What should i do? Or shoild i create another account using another email?

So i purchased a summoners war account and had to go through the verification system and i sent all my information and pictures of everything, there were some issues due to cropped photos etc, but I got those all fixed and then stopped getting responses from my verification agent and i’m still waiting for my order to be sent to me

I'm wondering if I'll be able to repeal my suspended account once it hits the correct age required for buying and selling accounts (18). I was 17 (and still am), and did not know I had to be a certain age to use the website. Will I be able to repeal my suspension once I become 18?

I recently bought an account from playerauctions and they've been reviewing my payment for 4 hours when it should be taking 20 minutes. I've contacted customer service like 4 times no response from them. I've contacted the seller multiple times he was very compliant and helpful.

It's more than 15 days since my first order was completed and confirmed by the buyer but the amount has not yet been processed. Email response is very slow. I've canceled my active offers and I will not sell game accounts or in-game money until the first 3 order will be paid/process into my account.

Administration terminated the order due to me assisting the buyer in how to make the account his own changing passwords, stuff like that.. and them i had an account delivered and no disbursement

I have been searching your website in and out trying to find the link to file a dispute, and it is nowhere at all to be found. Unable to make a purchase and support response in an email requested my ID. No specification of what form of ID nor an explanation of why I need to send a copy of my ID! Tesco never request my ID to do online food shopping 🙃

Same problem. First they decline my paypal payment. Then I try with a credit card and they send a "pre-authorization" charge to verify the account is mine. Once I type in the charge amount to verify the account, they decline my payment again. I ask what the problem was and they say to contact the credit card company. I contact them and the credit card company authorizes the purchase for me, and I once again try for a 3rd time to purchase, and they decline it again. I send another email and they say the only way to complete the transaction is to use GoCoin. Lol, why? So you can decline that one too? "We strictly prohibit personal contact information from being shared between members. Messages are screened for email, payment information, or instant messaging details." LMAO, well if your site did what it was supposed to do, I wouldn't need to contact the seller to complete the transaction outside of your site.
