I ordered the Naomi soft Yaki lace front wig which was not as expected when received, it was too thin for and looked nothing as the wig pictured. I emailed the company and ask them to return the product. The company authorized the return with authorized #210 on 7/26, I returned the unit on 7/29/16 and the company received the unit on 8/2/16 via UPS. The Unit was received by the receptionist on 8/2/16 but no email was sent from the company. I have reach out to this company on my own on Numerous Occasions but to no avail.
on 8/20/16 I have had enough and have reached out to my credit card company so they could put this company on their scam list.

Don't bother trying to call or email because after they take your money they go silent.

I would recommend doing business with Aliexpress because they give better customer service than a company (if you can call this a company).
