ordered smart tech case from kickstarter in 2015
I was a kickstarter backer #1547. Paid $324 as an Early bird in 2015. Original delivery date was Nov 2015. they communicated many delays. Contacted them in March 2016 where they communicated delays for Dec 2017. In Dec 2017 and at my request for a refund, they communicated that there were no refunds. It is October 2019 and no reward has been received. This company is a scam. If I am not going to get my money back, I want to be able to make as much PR damage as possible.

Since 2015 I have received numerous emails explaining the various delays in shipping.
In 2017 I got an email checking on the delivery address, which I confirmed.
The last email update was received in March 2018 indicating:

Production of Prado Art Series Luggage has been scheduled for April. We hope to begin shipping in May.

I have since sent regular emails and have phoned, leaving a detailed phone message, but have not had any reply since March 2018.
At this point, I would like a full REFUND.

Despite repeated promises of delivery of paid for luggage, I am still waiting. Now when attempting to contact the company the phones are unanswered and so is email. Either this company is so mismanaged or they're out of business and is making no attempt to satisfy people who have paid. I personally paid $744 for carry-on and check-in sized "Space Case 1" luggage. None of the U.S. offices of the company are answering calls. Messages left on voice mail aren't returned.

This is a complete scam. They raised more than a million dollars from Indiegogo contributors and a million from Kickstarter. They continue to push their suitcase from their website and Facebook and yet there are reports everywhere of people like me who gave them $350 - $1500 for these suitcases and two years later they won't even respond to messages left with the company. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Yes, they are a scammer. I have order my suitcase since 2015 and the last email was on November 2017 saying that my suitcase in on the way, after long waiting, it seems they send me fake tracking number and the item was never send.
Avoid this company, Im not a kick starter. Im directly buying the suitcase from their website.

luggage set refund refused from $1.1 million dollar funded indigogo capaign
I purchased a $1488 luggage set from the $1.1 million dollar Indigogo crowdfunding company, Planet Traveler in April. They have yet to deliver, 7 months later, and have refused a request for a refund on multiple requests. This campaign is a failure of EPIC proportions.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
I preordered a suit case for $350 on 2015 they said it will be delivered later on the same year but still didn't get no response its been more than 3 years now (2018) i recently send them an email but no one responded, i went and I checked their website and it doesn't look the same anymore, make sure you avoid this company it's for sure a scam.
