Iliana Fajar was supposed to be my trainer yet she ignores me when it comes to setting up times and actually assisting me. For the few times she's attempted to train me, she becomes easily distracted and speaks to other members and employees, completely ignoring my goals. She also talks about other members in a disrespectful manner in Spanish and attempted to tell me she isn't saying anything bad. Little does she know, i know spanish as well. As a member of planet fitness for years, I've never received as much disrespect from one person before. I'd appreciate it if she were relocated or let go, and someone who's truly dedicated to being a fitness instructor replaced her.

Hi, Iliana here. I’m sorry you felt this way. I’m actually Italian and only speak a few words of spanish so immediately, I recognize that as fallacy. You’re actually the only negative review I’ve seen on the web about my time working at Planet Fitness, which is somewhat sad. I know that I never ignored my members and had wonderful relationships with those who attended my GROUP FITNESS classes(note: NOT personal training, therefore I was not required to focus on your personal goals). Very negative comment from a bitter person.
