BE AWARE, this scam artist also operates under the name:

I am updating my last post as I have found several other site this scam artist is operating on. They are:
1. TV DVD Town.com
2. TV DVD warehouse.com
3. Your DVD Corner.com
I have spent only about 30 minutes researching this scam artist and I am sure they are under several other names. The way you can tell is all their web sites are exactly the same. DON'T BE FOOLED just because their links are on reliable sites such as ebay, amazon, shopzilla, etc.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I ordered My Wife and Kids - The complete TV Series on DVD and received bootlegged copies of Perry Mason. There is no return address or phone number and I have emailed the company twice and still no response. I am out of $70.00 for something that was misrepresented to me but I am glad it's $70.00 and not more. There should be some way to take action against this outfit.

Of the disks received one (with a JAG lable) was High Chaperell, one was bank anf about a doxen froze up on about the fourth or fifth (out of six) episodes and was bank from there on. Reported this to them and they sent me replacements (burned on bank, unlabled disks). One again was High Chaperell, one was blank and about six were incpmplete. Reported this to kimberly.weis@gmail.com and am now just being ignored. Just wanted to go on record. I copied my last e-mail to her to the FBI.
i too bought the gunsmoke series 2 yrs ago and im enjoying them immensly! true--a few--and i mean a few have problems--cathy was most helpful--yes they are taken off tv--but what did you expect?its this way or NO way-ive got all 636 episodes and 90 per cent play great-you expected hi def?lol--i knew what i was getting and im most appreciative--like i said =you want to see them this way or no way? or wait 20 yrs for the studio to release them when we are all dead?thank you planet dvd---well done!and just sit back and enjoy the ones that play great of which most do
My husband bought a tv. series dvd set from this company for me in December 2010 as a Christmas gift. The dvds are taped off some television re-run channel. The quality of the dvds is deplorable, every disk I have attempted to watch so far, has skips, jerks, freeze frames, incomplete episodes and some disks will not play at all. We e-mailed the company and were told that we have 2 choices, keep the lousy dvds & accept $90 credit back to our credit card, or return the whole set to CHINA, registered mail so the recei ver will sign for it and then we will receive a full refund back to our credit card but MINUS the initial shipping costs PLUS the new shipping costs we would incur in mailing the dvds back to the company. This product is extremely inferior and I do not feel we should stand the cost of any part of it, including the shipping. I called the business number for the company that was listed on my credit card number, [protected] this morning and explained my dissatisfaction with their product and was told by their "consumer representative, " and I quote, "Oh I'm so sorry your dvds made you unhappy, Princess!" Some real professional there alright. I'm not through with this company, I am going to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint, and I will do whatever it takes to give this company the most negative press possible.
I purchased a 207 episode 9 season collection. Obviously burned from a taped TV recording. It's an old show so I didn't expect spectacular quality - so I accepted that. When I got to episode 3, 4, 5 and beyond however, they stopped working. I contacted them right away and while they did get back to me she sent the same email daily "Please view all the episodes and let us know which ones are defective and we will replace them once you have a list"
Not sure what she is thinking but to attempt to watch 207 1 hour episodes would not only ruin the series for me but also take me days.
They also said that it is because there is no official collection, when actually there is because I almost bought it from the Cinema store.

And yahoo shopping ! I got ripped off by TVmania DVD! Complete fraud, they send you copied DVDs! Ugggh! Beware!
I actually bought some DVD's from them and most of them are ok but several are bad--they record stuff off of the TV then copy them to DVD's and sell them. I e-mailed them on their site several times but to no avail--i just accepted the loss. I just know that "what goes around comes around" and "Karma is a ###" so I've learned my lesson.
I too purchase a complete series. In my case it never showed up.
I am upset that a company will do something like this to so many people not to mention the ones that didn't bother to file a complaint. Something must be done they can't continue to do this to innocent people.
