Place Promenade Misleading, unprofessional, harrassment

The way the staff and management treat tenants is so ridiculous, it at times sounds like it should be from a bad movie script. I have never experienced as much harassment and hostility in my life since moving here. Any staff that have been remotely approachable, friendly, and/or helpful we have not seen last for more than a couple months. So many of the complaints I've read online, some dating back to the early 2000's, are the same issues we've been having ourselves. After 2 years, now that we're finally leaving, I can honestly say that I don't have a single, untainted good memory of this place. Birthdays, holidays, etc all have been overshadowed by the manager, security, and/or building itself.
Within the first few months was when it started. I had to go to the office to ask about something, and the woman working had pulled out our suites file w/all our paperwork (the one that would include lease, anything signed, complaints, etc) and since I saw her pull it to look for something right in front of me, I saw with my own eyes there was nothing in there but the few papers we signed upon moving in.
The next day, we get an eviction notice. Reason being? "Ongoing disturbances with security, and numerous noise complaints". To this day, 2 years later, we have NEVER had a knock at our door from anyone, staff or otherwise, saying we're too loud. We've never thrown a party, had music blasting even during the day. I don't even drink. The RTB was very helpful, said that they've had issues with the manager before, and left her a message saying we weren't moving. At the end of the next day, she apparently hadn't bothered to check her messages as she was surprised to see us paying rent.
A month or so later, my fiancé was accused of throwing cigarettes off the balcony, on a day when neither of us was home, and she couldn't say where she came to this conclusion. She shoved her finger right in his chest and called him a liar. (We were out all day celebrating his birthday when this happened the next day. One of the tainted memories I mentioned earlier) Once again, the RTB was extremely helpful.
One security guard (who naturally no longer works here) told us shortly before he left that they were all told to 'keep an eye' on us. If we didn't have our keys, they were not to let us into the building.
The security staff were TOLD to DENY US ENTRANCE TO OUR HOME. Because we may have made the simple human error that all of us make sometimes and forgot our keys. I have been stuck outside with the buzzer frozen and no cell phone in -40, in the middle of the night (coming home from work when working night shifts seems to be a crime in their eyes) and have been harassed by drunks and weirdos when all I wanted to do was just go home.

The closet doors. Never in my life has something so small been such an issue. They don't move properly on the tracks, the wheels keep jamming up, we had maintenance "fix" them twice before we gave up and just kept the closet doors open, because otherwise you would go to open the closet door and it would almost fall right off.

It's now halfway through July, still no pool. Last year it was open for about a month, the year before about 3 weeks.
The gym is a joke. The only half decent piece of equipment in there you need a special key from the office to use, so if you work a 9-5 job, you basically have no access to it.

At least one of the elevators breaks every 2-3 months, and about once a year there's only 1 working elevator for at least a month. They kept having to change the sign saying "under repairs" daily because people would write on it "no its not" and things like that.

Security system? If you call useless prop camera's security, then I guess there is a security system, of sorts. We found out through a previous staff member that none of the cameras have worked in at least a few years.

One of our evictions went to the hearing (and appeal, we won each of them hands down) She lied to the judge about her key "witness", one of the caretakers who was actually her son. When the judge asked her if she was related to him, she started stuttering, "oh, does, does it really matter? He's a good employee" and refused to give the judge a straight answer.

I could go on with way more problems, but after reading the other complaints on this site, the same problems have been posted multiple times already.

Do not move into the Promenade. Convenient access to the skywalk is NOT worth it.

Place Promenade advertises itself as "gorgeous!". The first line in their pamphlet is "The Lifestyle...certainly is vital!!" They go on further to state they have 'friendly management and security personnel', highlight the benefits of a 'pool lounge', 'hot tubs', 'sauna', 'exercise facility', and 'tanning facility'. Further, there is supposed to 'tight'...
