September 15th 2017 approximately 11:40 lunch buffet we had waited over 20 minutes at 11:40 two pies and one dessert pizza was put on the buffet as well as some pasta and breadsticks this is what we had to choose from NR proximate 30 minutes stay the salad bar had no utensils in the salads puddings vegetables there was a bucket with utensils in it it was up to the consumer to get them this was one of the worst buffets and there has been several close to it in the past will consider other places to have lunch in the future

The worst incompetent individuals ever! Placed an order, a simple order two large pizzas desert and two drinks. Simple order but it took nearly two hours with a lot of excuses from a guy who say he's the manager Chris. I could have drove & picked up my order in less amount of time it took them to deliver. Driver get to my home high as ever & forgot the drinks but charged our credit card twice. Call back to get ridiculous response from mgr Chris asking if driver can come back after they close to deliver the missing prepaid sodas. No apologies no compensation no consideration nothing! The worst establishment ever. If I could contact their GM President I would. The worst service ever !

I called in a order on 9/14/2017 and asked for mozzarella cheese i was told they only had cheddar no explanation i come to this location I know thats not so.because i can't have cheddar (Drs. order) i had to go out my way to another pizza hut with lights being out due to the hurricane i was not happy. I really don't feel that she tried to help !

Last evening we ordered 2 medium pizzas at 6:15pm. The webpage didn't specify a delivery time, but before they would be at the house in 30 to 45 minutes. At 7:20 my wife called the store and was told that the driver was just now leaving and the pizza should be there momentarily. She then called back at 7:50 since the pizza hadn't arrived yet and she was informed at that time that there was an 87 minute delivery time and she would have to wait!---and she was hung up on! She then called back and spoke with a "manager", NOT SURE HE WAS A MANAGER --- UNLESS YOU TEACH THEM SOMETHING DIFFERENT IN YOUR MANAGER'S SCHOOL!She was told there was a delay, and that there was an 87 minute delivery time. She informed the "manger" that she ordered her pizzas at 6:15 and that she should have had them delivered before 8:00. Of course he had no quick response except to say that it was store policy, what ever that meant, and then put her on hold to find out where her pizzas were. He got back on the line and informed her that the pizzas were in the car for delivery and he should be there very soon. At that point she stated that she was very dissatisfied with the service and that with a now 2 HOUR DELAY she didn't feel that she should have to pay for the pizzas. The "manager" stated that he couldn't give her a discount until it was an hour past the 87 minute delivery time. WHAT THE [censored]! If this is way you run your business I have no problem eat another pizza. Your customer service is not only poor to say the least but is not any kind of service what so ever. I'm not only appalled, but absolutely dumbfounded by the total disrespect this "manager" showed not only my wife, but a customer---any customer. You sirs should be ashamed of yourselves. This is not how business is done in America. By the way NEVER RECEIVED THE PIZZAS!

My wife and I ate at the Pizza Hut in Kenedy, Texas on or 9/3/2017. While there were only about 3 to 4 tables with customers at lunchtime, our service was slow. It didn't take much to notice that food and dirty dishes were left on the tables for too long after customers left. The floor was filthy. There were very visible cobwebs on and behind the TV on the wall. The condiments holder on our table was filthy and the salad bar was substandard. Please do something about this location. It already has a very bad reputation in this community.

I ordered pizza on the 11th at 1:15. I ordered it from 7815 Bellford St. I ordered a large all meat lovers stuffed crust pizza and I was told delivery wpuld be in 60 minutes. I said that was fine. 2:30 came around and I called asking about my pizza and the manager Stephanie said that the driver should be getting there in about 10 to 15 minutes. She said he was running late. I said okay and I waited. 3:15 came and I called again asking about my pizza. I told them I've been waiting for almost 2 1/2 hrs and where was my pizza. The person told me that they had only one driver to deliver pizza. I said that they should of mentioned that. I didn't get my pizza until 3:25, and what's upsetting about it is I still got charged $20 and my pizza was cold and nasty and the cheese tasted like it had been sitting outside for a while. I called back very upset asking to speak to the manager. She never spoke to me. I tried calling back 3 to 4 times and when they answered the would put the phone down and come back a few seconds later and hang up, and that upset me even more.

We visited the downtown Spokane, WA on 3rd & Maple street store..Customer did make what we ordered . We asked for extra cheese we didn't get that. We asked for Jalapeños we didn't get very many of them. We could not get their attention because they didn't give us napkins. So we are not coming back. The person that made our order never offered a resolution like remaking our order or giving us our money back.

I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut located at 11601 Shadow Creek Parkway, Pearland, TX 77584 at 5:00pm. I checked the pizza tracker and it said they received my order. 10mins later it said they were making my order and my pizza should arrive at 5:30 . I didn't receive my order until 6:19pm. I don't appreciate they delay and I called the store. There store's excuse was "we're busy" . I feel as though that is not an excuse and I should have received better customer service. That is very unacceptable and I will discontinue using there service.

Went to Pizza Hut Hartford City Monday 9/11/2017. Order online 6 pizzas and they were cooked too long meat lovers and supreme, you could not even tell what was on them. Very unhappy. Spent about 48.00.
I sent a complaint that night never heard anything. Not worth the money.if we didn't do the online special for half off this would have been 94.00. Did not contact the store from what people tell me, they wouldn't have done anything about it

I went into pick my pizza up and the guy making the pizza had his pants sagging and his [censored] showing it really Looks bad it almost makes me really not want to go back to that pizza hut. His shirt was pulled up like he was doing it on purpose I saw his shirt touch the pizza he was preparing a few times and all he did was laugh about it he needs to be fired that really makes that pizza hut look bad me and he was pulling his pants up with his hands and was touching the food it was nasty looking something needs to be done about it it really makes me upset and makes me not want to go back there. The rest of the workers were not very nice at all and played around more than anything it's really sad that they would let people like them even work there it was on Tuesday night on 9/12/2017

I do not really have a complaint, my family and I LOVE OUR MONT BELVIEU Pizza Hut on Eagle Dr, in Mont Belvieu, Texas. What I was writing about, is to see if there is a way to add the delivery option for out Mont Belvieu location. Whenever I type in my address, it defaults my store location to Legue City Texas. I have in the past order online delivery with the correct location, but now I can only do carry out. :( please help :)

I have worked in a pizza place as well doing all sorts of jobs then becoming an Asst. Manager. These employees need to be trained correctly! No cigarette breaks while you have guests in the restaurant for one! And they are so lazy here! I had to find my own silverware and go up and get a box and ask for the ck. Guess where your employees were? Out back smoking and visiting! Unacceptable! Then...they come in and dont wash their hands! I will not be eating there anytime soon! And i will spread the word so others dont have to waste money at a crappy staffed restaurant! I didnt even want to pay but i did. Sincerely...Traci Collis

My husband had ordered us two stuffed crust pizzas, wings, bread stick and cheese sticks. One pizza was just a cheese pizza, no issues. The other was a buffalo chicken pizza with bacon jalapeno and onion. When we received our food, my husband took a bite and it was bbq instead of buffalo. So He called The sullivant avenue location in Columbus Ohio. Spoke to Patty and Katie, They replaced the pizza and jad a new one sent, while waiting he went too get a wing and noticed how dry they were; he still was going to eat but it was rock hard. So he called and they were sending new wings also. When the replaced food came we opened up the pizza and wings to make sure it was buffalo and not dry. we clearly smelled the buffalo and the wings were soaked, like we like. Well when we sat down to eat the pizza my husband picked up a slice every topping fell off and the center was not fully cooked and you could still see huge chunks of uncooked cheese. (not even melted) My husband called spoke to patty, he asked for corporates number she refused to give it and hung up on him. He refused to give a refund even if the food was brought back! She was beyond rude! And clammed she made our food and it was buffalo the first time, we even showed the driver who said it was clearly bbq, and she personally made the second pizza that was uncooked! I have a family of 6! We order a lot of pizza and a lot of food all the time! We will never eat at this location due to the awful food and disrespectful employees and management!

I placed an online order for a large super supreme pizza and an order of cheesesticks. What i received was a medium cheese pizza and burnt cheesesticks. I was not satisfied with this at all. When i tried calling the store i kept getting disconnected. This is the first time where i have not been able to resolve the issue with the store directly. Please help me in resolving this.

Myself and a friend visited Pizza Hut at 620 S George Nigh Expy, McAlester, OK 74502 on the evening of 9/11/2017 around 8:30pm. We were in town conducting training on the Army base. We are both active duty service members and decided Pizza Hut was our best option because we were not familiar with the area. The minute we walked into the store, we were not greeted by Pizza Hut members, they instead looked at us like they were not happy we were there. We sat down at a table and waited for someone to greet us or take our order. We were only one of two parties in the restaurant and it appeared to not be busy at all. We sat there for around 10 minutes while the lady behind the counter talked on the phone. She acknowledged us one time after the the ten minute wait where she yelled from the counter that she would be with us. After another 5 minutes or so, we got up and left. Went across the street to Mazzios and enjoyed a good meal. I can say because of the way Pizza Hut does not care for its customers that myself will never return or order from Pizza Hut again. Thank you for a terrible experience. Maybe management should really take a look at how bas business practices are in this restaurant. All you have to do is look at the reviews. People just don't say this to be mean, they say it because they all had bad experiences here. Hopefully someone will take this serious and address the problem with management in this store. Thank you for your time.

730p/Called [protected], ask to speak to manger on pizza had a bad taste but Breniqua cashier to the concern & told me to be the pizza back. It was a medium hand toss supreme.
As I arrive a the Pizza Hut, 714 N. Germantown Pkwy, Cordova, Tn. 38018, the cashier to the pizza & made it known that slices where missing. I replied yes, 2 people ate a slice each & threw them in the trash because it tasted bad. I returned 5 or 6 slices when the manager whom was in street clothes rolled eyes & displayed bad body language.
I asked the cashier who she was & the employees in back said the manager.
After that she said I'm the manager & nobody is going to remake any more pizzas tonight.

As the customer I said excuse me but your behavior is rude & unaceptable, I let her know that I was contacting corporate on her! She told me to get out the store & she was call the police, & didnt attempt fix my issue.

The manager in street clothes told the police she wasn't going to remake the bad tasting pizza her store made!

I order two pizzas one supreme one meat lovers, stuffed garlic bits, brownies and soda. I have attached a copy of my order. What I got was one pizza, garlic bread stick and a cookie. I was going to call the store but the driver kept my receipt and also after eating what we did get my girlfriend and I were very sick. I have been sick for over 24 hours after eating from this restaurant so to call them and receive more food that will only make me sick seems stupid.
Needless to say I will never patronize another pizza hut again and I will recommend that others do not either

I went into pizza hut on Berryville Ave in Winchester Va withy 2 grandsons ages 2 and 4 on 9/9/17 Saturday..ask about any coupons and was told ck online and I did find one which said good online or instore so I try to use tht and manager named Veronica said I could not use it for it was for take out.I showed her it didn't say take out just instore or online..she refuzed and said if I wanted it I would have to take my 2 grandkids and leave we couldn't stay and eat
Very upset because my grandkids were thirsty and hungry after playing in the park..very rude about this

Normally, I love Pizza Hut and would swear by them. Due to a local experience I hate to say giving them another chance would be hard. I always order stuffed crust when I go into Pizza Hut and love it, today though we ordered a total of 5 pizzas (4 on 1 order and other separate) and two drinks, to start, they where out of the correct boxes and they didn’t have either of the drinks I ordered. I figured it was whatever and picked out two new drinks. I went home to eat my pizza and guess what! The crust was stale, the pizza overall was disguising. I wouldn’t touch pizza again if this was my first experience it.

I saw on social media how a Pizza Hut in FL. Issued a memo on when employees could evacuate and when to return. I understand that corporate has said this does not reflect Pizza Hut. However, I do not believe that manager came up with those guidelines on their own.
This flies right in the face of federal regulations regarding emergency mandatory evacuation.
Should I as a customer, need to evacuate, I will be using my money to purchase gas, canned food, bottled water, hygiene products, and first aid supplies. NOT PIZZA!
If this is how you treat the people who you entrust to maintain your business, how much could you really care about your customers or the products you sell? I am deeply saddened by this. I can not in good conscience continue to be a customer.
