Pizza Hut the onsite manager

Today i was gonna order wings because it was wing Wednesday so i calculated how much the large wings would be. So it was 36×.60=21.60 then may be 3 dollars tax. When i try to explain to the manager and all she says is"i press the button and it gives the price she was quoting me 32 dollars. I asked if she can calculate it so she can see what i was talking about all she did was say I PRESS THE BUTTON AND THE PRICE COMES UP. I have ordered wings a couple of Wednesday's but i never payed attention. This is ridiculous espically all she can say is i press the button and thats the price.

Pizza Hut manager at store

I received an email about a promo you were running where you buy one large pizza at menu price you get a 2nd large pepperoni pizza for $1. I placed an order and I received 2 cheese instead of 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. I called the store in west orange and the manager wasn't helpful and rude. She offered no alternative and no problem solving skills I asked what could be done to resolve the issue and she replied nothing. As a customer this doesn't make me feel appreciated I could've spent my money elsewhere. If there is a problem I'm expecting an apology along with a solution. This isn't a good representation of your business. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Pizza Hut wrong pizzas

I ordered a stuffed crust with extra pepperoni and extra cheese and they forgot to add he extra cheese and Pepperoni. I paid extra for it and they didn't put them on there.. also ordered a pepperoni and bacon, hardly any pepperoni and there's no bacon..

I want some sort of compensation. We spend a lot of money at Pizza Hut for parties and work meetings and this is obsurd.

Pizza Hut manager

This woman acts as if she has no customer skills whatsoever...I, personally, believe she's prejudice...I have heard from people that know me, that she talks about how my grandbaby acts when we eat there...She is only 2 years old...I only go in there once or twice a month because of her...So today we go in there and she says are y'all ordering take out...why would 4 of us walk in to order take out...when she came to the table, she said do y'all want to go ahead and order off the menu because the buffet doesn't start for another 15 minutes...I told her to give us a minute because I wasn't sure...no drink order was taken...she goes to the counter and talks to the other white lady worker, whom I see in there plenty of times, on the clock, feeding two younger boys...a man comes in and she directs him to his table and gets his drink order...when she comes by, my daughter asks can we order drinks...she waves her arm and rudely says you're gonna have to wait, I didn't take y'all's order because you weren't ready...ok, after 15 minutes, I think we know what we want to drink...the lady is rude unless it's people she likes...they only like her because she discounts food for them or let's them eat free...I don't care what color a person is, money is money and respect is respect...by the way, I am white, my kids are mixed...

Pizza Hut seasoning on the cheese bread

Why does my cheese sticks have seasoning on them? I thought it was only supposed to be cheese. I'm sad about it, I only wanted cheese. :( please fix this or send me free cheese sticks and also there was a hair in my pizza so sad :( give me fricken free food otherwise I'm gonna be so sad and will never order Pizza Hut again(probably not thought) I love pizza but please help fix cheese sticks thanks hehe

I want to start by saying that I have been a customer of pizza hut and I have never been as unhappy as I am towards a company after tonight.
I had placed my order at 7:53PM and by 8:16PM I had not received my order yet so I called the store. The employee informed me that they were waiting for a driver and that as soon as he would get there they would get the order out to me. Needless to say at 8:54PM I called again to tell them it still had not gotten to me but the employee answered by saying “Ma’am, you got the wrong order?” I asked him what he meant and he informed me that the driver Francisco had delivered my order to someone else and that he was going back to pick my order up from the other customer to deliver it to me. I told him that that was not right and how did they know those other people didn’t touch my order, and I informed him to cancel my order.
9:18PM Francisco nocked on my door regardless to deliver my order and i spoke to him about the issue to which he responded “im a man of god and I wouldn’t deliver this to you if I knew they touched it, and I know they didn’t” he was so sure and certain the order was untouched and I believed him so I accepted the order.
I called the store for a credit, I spoke to the manager “Lissandra” so they say her name is and she gave me a $20 credit I was happy until I opened my pizza I saw two slices separated from the pie and they had finger indentations on the crust. I called to speak to the manager and they put me on “hold” they had left the line on and I could hear the background. I heard the same delivery man saying that he had informed me that he wouldn’t have delivered it if he wasn’t certain that they had not touched the pizza. Lissandra answered by saying “you really pissed that lady off” and she started laughing they kept speaking about me and laughing. When she answered I told her that I had heard everything and repeated it back to her she didn’t want to speak to me anymore and passed the issue down to another employee for her to return my money.
I have never been this upset with a service before and needless to say they have lost a very loyal customer. Not only was it reckless and horrible service but the employees were extremely unprofessional. Honestly disgusting to re-deliver an order that was already in someone else’s hands. I honestly believe that if that employee had not asked if I had gotten the wrong order and explained to me what had happened I would have never known until I would have opened that specific pizza and seen it touched… I had ordered two pizzas with breadsticks and a cookie pie.
I strongly suggest to look into another business for your pizza, this company doesn’t exist to me anymore sadly because of reckless and unprofessional employees.

Pizza Hut pizza/pasta delivery

Placed a order at 7:52 pm for a pasta dish and large pizza.. was told 80 minutes for delivery time.. After waiting an abnormally long time I called to see if I was in line for delivery.. was told that I was next in line and they were waiting on the delivery driver this was at 9:32pm.. after waiting another 20 minutes and being less than 10 minutes before they closed I called again.. lady told me that she was still waiting on delivery driver and she was only person there so there was nothing she could do to help fix the problem.. I told her I have been waiting for 2 hours and was never even called to let know it was running late or anything. I live 7-8 minutes from the Pizza Hut store. I'm sure after waiting well over 2 hours if I ever get my food it will all be cold cause it was supposedly sitting there waiting at 930 which was still late.. hope that you guys can address this problem that's not a way to do business at all. It is currently 10:02 pm while I'm writing this and still no delivery. Thanks

Pizza Hut pizza

Pizza Hut needs to correct their cheese portions on their pizzas! I have to order extra cheese just to get full coverage of cheese over my pizza! I ordered extra cheese today and there were more blank spots on the pizza then there was cheese. if I had not ordered half with black olives this would have been a pizza I would have absolutely returned. This is not a one-time occurrence at the store in Cartersville, Ga. this is expected now and why I have to order extra cheese in hopes of covering the pizza. Because of this I tend to get pizza from other places but because my daughter likes the crust I get Pizza Hut from time to time but it is always very disappointing! Once again today another disappointing pizza!

Pizza Hut food delivery

On September 17 at 4:00pm I ordered food online from pizza hut, 10 minutes later I was called by an employee and told I could not order what I had chosen. At 4:20 pm I ordered something else (order number:3170917152105001182012384 ) and I was told my food would be delivered by 5:00pm. Around 5:25 i called the store(+[protected]) and asked what was the issue and was told my food was on the way. At 5:45 I called once again and was told I had to wait and there was nothing they could do to speed up the process. At 5:50pm the employee called me back and told me they cannot deliver my food due to the fact that it was not more than $8.50, which was not true because my order was $9.38. I explained to her that it was very unprofessional and she dismissed me by telling me "okay... Have a good day" I am disgusted by how unprofessional and the blatant disrespect I was treated with today.

Pizza Hut poor delivery/horrible manager skills/cold food/service sucks!!

My husband and I order from the pizza Hut off Dorchester Rd in summerville sc we placed our order at 430pm on Sunday and we didn't receive order pizzas till 10 mins till 700pm. We also ordered the lg 7.99 order online special needless to say it wasn't 16 bucks it was 27 and some change so right there is a HUGE issue let alone we ordered at 430 and it didn't come till almost 700. Second of all my husband called and asked what was taking so long and the manager was unseemly rude and hung up on my husband, third of all we got our pizzas it's when we opened the box the cheese was burnt, the way it was cut looked like they just hacked it up, the one pizza looked like someone took a bite outta the top of it! Then their manger never called and told us it was going to be a 2 hour wait nor did she even offer us to refund our money! Totally unacceptable and uncalled for I don't know about you but that's not how you treat ur customers nor how u run a business! I WILL NOT EVER ORDER FROM ANOTHER PIZZA HUT EVER AGAIN! You have lost my husband and I's business and I will be sure to report this store has well!

Pizza Hut service

To whom it May Concern;
I went to Pizza hut for your advertised 2 medium pizzas with two topping @5.99 each or 1 large for 7.99.
We went to your Hardscrabble location .
We ordered two medium pizzas with one pepperoni and extra cheese and one with mushrooms with extra cheese. They tried to charge us 24.00 saying the cheese was extra and that the advertised price was for on line orders? Ive
watched you commercial on TV nothing says must order on line. In any event we changed to large pizza half mushroom and half pepperoni they still tried to charge us 24.00. When I and again question how could this be? The young ladies were very rude and was deliberately being exceptionally rude. I was 1st told its 1.00 extra for extra cheese then another young lady come out saying it was 2.00 more per pizza. Seems like your employee either can't add or don't have a clue what you specials are. I have never ever had a problem at any other Pizza Hut which we have frequent many times over the years. I can assure you I will be taking my business else where. FYI hundreds of Pizza places to choose from, After reading the reviews on your establishment, I can assure you you'll be out of business before long. I suggest you hire employees that are better trained and have better customer service. I just hope this reaches the corporate office. I myself was a franchise owner in the past for another company and can assure you my business would have been taken with this kinda of customer service and not selling at the advertised price.

Pizza Hut customer service

I visited my local Pizza Hut in Monroe Ohio which I do often. My Daughter placed a to-go order of 4 lg. Pizzas. I expected them to be 10$ but she was quoted 58$ and change. She contacted me to let me know they were not 10$. I called and talked to the store clerk who took the order and asked if they still had the 10$ larges. She answered yes, so I proceeded to ask about the order my daughter placed. She told me that since the special wasn't asked for it wasn't put in that way. I told her I have never not been offered a deal/special when ordered. She got the Manager for me and the Manager was able to apply the coupon no problem. She did say(the Manager) for future orders to ask for specials cause there are alot of new people at the store. I really don't think as a customer that I should feel like I have to do the work of the associate . Also, I feel that if I would have not questioned the amount, would the coupon been applied and the additional money (18$) ended up elsewhere. This town has 6 pizza joints and Pizza Hut is our favorite but reconsidering now. Sept. 17 2017 @. 5pm

By far the worst service provided at your location in Philadelphia, PA, at 6613 Frankford Ave. I have have multiple stories of bad service at this location. On two separate occasions while attempting to eat in at this location, me and my party had to walk out due to lack of service and the extremely long wait even just to have receive a beverage. My most recent experience was waiting more than 50 minutes for my order that was previously called in for pick-up, turned out to not even had been prepared. After wasting all that time, I requested a refund. Staff was blank and made no attempt to resolve the issue and make it right. Looked at me and my fiance as if we shouldn't have been upset. Meanwhile we sat there patiently while other customers walked in and out with their order. We were so angry to have wasted all that time. Time that we did not have as my fiance works nights. Again we gave that restaurant a chance and they continue to be the worst pizza hut restaurant. Someone needs to make some changes, meet with the employees at that location and find out what is going on. Not to mention it's always empty, clearly there is an issue there. Yet even with being empty they still could not provide substandard quality service. It was extremely rude and inconsiderate. I most certainly will never return and have no issue sharing my horrible experiences at this location.

Pizza Hut food

I ordered a pizza at 1:30 today, Sunday Sept 17th in Grove City Ohio. I ordered it online and requested delivery at 4:00 pm. My first complaint is that it was 15 minutes late. It is located only about 5 minutes from my home. The pizza was COLD. The pizza had almost no sauce on it and was by far the worst I have ever had. I have always enjoyed Pizza Hut in the past but you obviously have a management issue here. I called the location back and requested 50% of my money back. I was told I could I could have 50% credit for a future purchase. I don't feel that it acceptable. I ate one piece of my pizza and could eat no more of this cold, improperly made pizza. I was literally shocked at the poor quality. The $18.00 I spent was a total waste and your manager was just as bad.

Pizza Hut delivery/freshness

On September 8th 2017 I placed a delivery order at 7:50 pm. My order consisted of a medium pan pizza, cheesy sticks, two salads and an order of cinnamon sticks. When I placed my order the girl struggled with running my credit card. I had to give her my card number three different times and she did not give me my total. That was fine no big deal. I was told the delivery would be in my house within 45 minutes. After waiting one hour and 10 minutes, at 9 p.m. I called the store to find out the status of my order. I was on hold for 11 minutes. Finally at 9:11 p.m. I was told that my order left the store 15 minutes ago. The girl was very abrupt and presented an attitude giving me the impression of "what do you want me to do it's not my problem." Had I known my food would take this long, I would have just picked it up. It was my spouse's birthday and we were waiting to enjoy a movie with some pizza. Finally at 9:24 p.m. my food arrived. The driver apologized when I told him how long I had waited. He said he didn't understand why they would only put two drivers on on a busy Friday night. By the time we got our pizza the crust was rubbery because it been sitting for so long. We both enjoy Pizza Hut pizza because of the crust and the crunchiness of it so we were thoroughly disappointed. The fact that I spent $40.35 on low-grade delivery food is very upsetting. I vowed I will never order from Pizza Hut again after this experience.

Pizza Hut rude/unprofessional/staff

Called to order pizza wanted pizza half white sauce other half red. They said that is against policy if it is ok fine things change. As an employee it is a responsibility to create solutions not mock, laugh or lie to costumer. Anyway so asked for half no sauce with an odd in container in white sauce. Says policy also states that is against the rules. Then I said can I get a pizza with lettuce . employee said only taco pizza. I asked to get lettuce on pizza of my choice again policy does not permit that. What the heck pizza hut. Are we not able to choose what we like? Was the employee lying? Or is this lack of trading. Another employee gets on phone says she is store manager turns out that was a lie I asked for a corporate number to call I was told no! I was being bullied by the pizza hut crew in t
in falls Idaho. I'm not sure if calls are recorded if so please review. I would also like a copy of policy in jeopardy. This is a very serious matter. Please respond as able. Thank you

Pizza Hut online survey/sweepstakes

Had an excellent experience at my local Pizza Hut! And I wanted to complete the survey printed on the back of my receipt and give appreciation and compliments where due. I was prompted to enter a survey code or store code, if there's no survey code on the receipt. There is no survey code, so I entered the store number - 030528 - two times the system failed to provide a place to enter comments or feedback. On my third try, I got a message saying I have exceeded my limit of two feedback responses per day. You have a problem with your feedback system. Customer service was excellent, just as the product delivered, and your customer has no way to tell you...and no way to enter the sweepstakes you're offering. No 10 chances to win $1000 daily prize or other great prizes with a combined value of $1500 weekly. Please provide an alternate means of providing feedback and also entering the sweepstakes. Opportunity is being missed on both sides of this!

Pizza Hut delivery service (islamabad, pakistan)

I ordered [protected]@9pm pakistan time and i called for [protected]@10:20pm. Guy told me rider is on his way and i shall get pizza within 5 mins. I called again to karachi pizza hut and after long holding he told me due to system issue my order was not sent to relevant franchise. Why first agent gave me wrong information? Pizza Hut service

I ordered a pan pizza on line on 9/10 and a topping that was ordered and paid for was missing, I called and the manager gave me a $20 credit. I ordered again on 9/12 at 9:20 pm, and at 10:15pm my pizza had not arrived, I knew the store closed at 10PM. I called and was told that they attempted to call me back 5 minutes after I placed my order to inform me that they were out of Pan Pizzas and if I did not call back within 5 mins my order would be voided. I never left my home, and did not receive their call. She said something must be wrong with my phone, I replied my phone was fine/ I would like to speak with a manager. She told me she was the manager and I felt she had an attitude with me, at this time and I was upset and going to bed hungry. I made a complaint on the complaint form and have not heard back from anyone. This is extremely upsetting to me. Why would you first of all run out of "Pan" pizzas 40 mins before closing in the middle of the week. My order was not special or difficult. You specialize in Pan pizzas. I feel due to laziness and an attitude of not caring that I did not get my my order. What would make one think I would not have wanted to respond to at least give me an opportunity to order something else that evening.

Pizza Hut lack of pizza toppings

My wife & I loved Pizza Hut pizza for a very long time. It was sad to see that the quality of the left over stores after the consolidation had gone down substantially. After they replaced the large restaurant with the take out store in Natick, MA, the quantity of pizza topping had gone from acceptable to now barely anything. We had ordered a 2 Topping Pizza from this location on 09-13-2017. Upon returning home with the carry out order, we found basically a plain pizza with some sprinkle of the toppings we had ordered and very little cheese & sauce underneath. We were just eating slightly favored baked pizza dough. Pizza Hut needs to have a better quality control over what left of their franchise before store like this dragged their name down. There is a better Pizza Hut restaurant that we've been to in Nashua, NH, but that's double the travelling time for just a pizza.

Pizza Hut delay of food delivery, non response for managers of branch and call center, unethical behavior

Dear Concerned,

It is to bring in you notice that I am residing in Islamabad, Pakistan and our family usually eat from Pizza Hut, But today I face the issue which is not acceptable. I have paid for the pizza at Naval Branch Islamabad for delivery at my Home. But after 3 hours my pizza didn't get delivered. After several calls the staff was non responsive.
