Pizza Hut poor customer service

On 3/1/18 I placed a order at store #103 4002 Elton Way, Greensboro NC 27406. My ticket number is 18 server was Carolyn at 1:12pm. After retrieving my order I asked the cashier if I could get some packs of parmesan and she very rudely pointed to a poster and told me to "read it". I then say again "I don't want any dipping sauces, I would like the packs of cheese." She again rudely points at the poster and says "read that." So at that point, I signed the receipt and stated to her 'she could have just told me they now charge for the packs of cheese instead of being rude. She states "My manager advised me to make sure all customers read the poster so that's what I do." I tell her " but you don't have to be so rude about it. I then asked for her name and she states her name is "Morgan" I asked for the manager she stated the manager was not there but that her name was "Carolyn" name and she stated it was "Carolyn". Ironically my receipt shows my server is "Carolyn". She gives me the store number and I asked for corporate number because I knew the store number would send me to customer service to place an order. She states I would make the complaint w/ customer services and it would be sent to the store since they are a franchise. So after I called customer service and advised I needed to make a complaint, they transferred me directly to the store and low and behold the cashier that was rude to me answered.

Pizza Hut pizza

Tonight my family wanted pizza so we decided to go to Pizza Hut since we haven't been in a while. We ordered the big box with wings. The only thing in this box that was good was the wings. When I ordered online it said ready in 10 to 20. I live 15 min. away. When I got home with my pizza it looked like it had been sitting all day, the mushroom looked old, the crust was all bumpy and the ends where crunchy and hard. The crust was also thick on the outside and thin in the middle as if the crust hadn't risen. I don't know if it was a new employee making the crust, but I have never been so disappointed. We had breadstick also they where even hard. Even my kids where complaining and they love breadsticks.

Pizza Hut service

I wanted a Pizza Hut so bad so I went out of my way to be very disrespectful treated by I guess he was the store manager but the Young guy that was going to take my order was trying I asked for a personal size pizza because just me going to eat it he told me they didn't have any but I could get two pizzas for $5.99 each that's a special but I am the only one eating it so how much for one he said $10.00 so he asked the fat dirty looking man name James couldn't he give me 20% off one medium he said no after he just asked him about how long would it take for the personal and he said we don't have none with the worst attitude I said wow and left out the store.

Pizza Hut staff

I recently have had problems with the pizza hut staff in Pennington Gap, Virginia. I hope you will take my complaint into consideration. A woman was just recently fired from this Pizza Hut because the other workers were mad that she had more hours than them. They told everyone they knew to send complaints about the lady and got her fired. This woman has no place to work now and the other coworkers have been taking extra money from credit cards WITHOUT CUSTOMERS CONSENT! My mother happens to be one of the customers this happened to. The employee took several dollars more than what she had on the receipt and what she told my mother to pay. Mom asked the lady what it was and she told her it was a tip she took out. My mother didnt give a tip because she had just picked up a pizza, she didnt eat in. Mom asked to speak to the manager and nothing was done. I have also heard several others say this happened to them as well. The specific lady that was fired is going to the labor board and something WILL be done about this. I also expect you find some way to inspect this branch in Pennington Gap. This is not right. i will leave this review on anything i can until YOU FIX THIS, PLEASE.

Pizza Hut call service [protected]

I ordered pizza by calling the call center and the representative was very rude. She had trouble making my beef and cheese pizza after I said I wanted the deal for $20 which comes with 2 large pizzas (1 specialty and 1 one topping pizza). I told her I wanted a cheese and beef pizza but she argued with me telling me that I had to get a specialty pizza. I told her to give me a meat lovers and take everything off except the beef and cheese. When I went to pick up my order, it was a cheese and bacon pizza. They told me I had to wait 25 minutes to get the pizza I wanted. I didn't have 25 minutes to spare so I just got a refund. When I called and complained the superviser offered me $10 off my next order. Well, I just tried to obtain that offer and no one seen the $10 credit on my account. I'll never order from Pizza Hut again. The service is terrible.

Pizza Hut unethical behavior

The original order I had placed about 8:15 pm. It was an online request and it said the delivery would be 25 to 35 mins that evening. Which I took to mean I would receive my order no later than 845 pm, with a grace period. The delivery guy, who introduced himself as Derrick, came to the door at approximately 9:05 pm with an order of wings. That was only a 1/3 of what I initially ordered. He began to tell me he forgot the rest of my food but he would be right back, while urging me to sign the receipt as payment for the order. I informed him I would not sign anything he had not fulfilled. We went back and forth for a moment and then he left. He returned after 9:30 pm and I told him that arriving without my order was very unprofessional and asked what they planned to do to rectify the situation. He said "I told you I apologize and I brought your food back now can you just sign this receipt." Again, I refused due to his lack of professionalism and poor customer service skills. We debated for about five mins. He told me if I was not going to sign the receipt he was not going to give me my order. Also, that he had other customers. He left and took the 2/3 of my order back with him. I called the store manager and I explained the situation to him. He claimed he was aware of the incident and he told me the delivery driver should be at my door shortly. I informed him that Derrick had just left and took my order back with him. He offered to reimburse me for the order. Which is commendable, but how is it a reimbursement when I did not receive the order? Of course I would not be responsible for the bill if I never received my order. My goal was not to receive a free meal or a credit to my account, as I would not want either from that establishment. I wanted to be treated as a paying customer should be treated. With respect and courtesy. This was a horrible experience for me.

Pizza Hut pizza/delivery

Placed online order at 530.. over 50.00 worth. Delivery time was at 6.00. pizza came at 620 after I had to call. Pizza boxes were bent, one pizza was smashed on one side. They had no peppers, cheese or napkins when I asked. Didn't ask for me to verify my card nor had a pen available for me to sign. I tipped $5 but it was bc he was nice. I could tell the pizza had been sitting there for some time.

Pizza Hut pizza hut online ordering

Tonight I went into Pizza Hut to purchase a $7.99 pizza and they told me that I couldn't buy it that I had to order it on line that is the most stupid thing so I did not buy anything I just walked out it seems like a business would like to sell their product especially if they are making money . Everything you buy this day and time just about has to be online or you can't get it . I will never ever buy from Pizza Hut again there is no need in any company being that way. I can understand ordering things online that are not readily in the store but all Pizza Hut had to do was make a pizza for me but would not that's pretty sorry.

Pizza Hut all around service.

I ordered a pizza at 10:01 and didn't get it till 12:07! It said it was out for delivery at 10:50! And when we finally got it, it was cold and hard. I have pictures of the email and pizza and receipt. All I want is my money back. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I was provided. I order pizza hut at least 3 times a month and this isn't the first problem i've had with it but nothing has been as bad as this my daughter was waiting on that pizza for dinner, I had to server her top ramen because she had to go to bed!

Pizza Hut product and service

Like a week ago I ordered pizza and my order was way late then they send me a coupon for a free large pizza as a compensation, so yesterday I try to claim my large pizza online and my coupon was no accept I was charging me the all order, so I decided call to order the time for delivery was 3 hours! And the employees don't not how to take my coupon they pass me on the line for a manager 3 time and hand up, so I decided to order online my self paid the price for the pizza but instead take a 50% I was a especial and go to the store for carry out the price come out a 17 dollar so went I get there the girl in store said that is 32 dollars I was like what but I decided no to argue anymore my family was hungry and me I was a way time that I wasted trying to get my order and a the and I finish with my pizza hard bad a otro le service and paid the all price . I'm so disappointed that this happens to me, I love Pizza Hut and going tru this yesterday make me feel like I don't want to order from Pizza Hut anymore

Pizza Hut food

ordered 2 large pizzas from ripley wv they were out of large boxes which the lady said they were they put the large in medium boxes and by the time we got home the bottoms of the boxes was nothing but grease and the pizza was not worth eating . i have photes that i took our kids love pizza and they wouldnt touch it.. the grease leaked out all over my jeans. it was a mess

To whom this may concern,

I'm annoyed that I would have to take time out to sit and write this. But I thought, something must be said and done. I just thought someone need to know about this particular store. I live in fort lauderdale, florida. Tonight I got off from work hungry as usual and decided to purchase a pizza since it is on my way home. So fine, I walked into the store (pizza hut). First of all, this is the second time I have came to this particular store and notice that they maybe short of staff. Because it seems to me, that they are always backed up on orders. The wait time was over an hour, which is ridiculous for a just a small (mini size) pizza twice I had to wait, two different occasions. So that's one issue! Now tonight, I walked into the establishment and I was somewhat greeted by a young lady named daipha so I was told. Anyways, so I placed my order and for some reason she did not know that they sell pizza in size small. Which I thought was kind of odd, right after I had to explain this to her... Yes you guys do sell small pizza's! She tried to convince me that there were only medium and large. So another employee showed her what exactly I was talking about. Like seriously! How do she not know this, when the boxes were right behind her on the pizza line. Okay, so that's another complaint! As if this couldn't get any worse.. So now she take's my card and charges it, then hands it back to me with no receipt or "thank you!" so now I asked for my receipt, then she goes "she has your receipt!" to the store manager standing at a register next to her on the phone. So now I have to ask to the manager of the store... "excuse me, but can I have my receipt please?" so the manager tells me... "hold on I heard her just give me a minute!" I thought wow! Unbelievable, she was standing at the register all she needed to do was grab the receipt. But instead she made me wait until she came off the phone just for a receipt. Okay let me see next... So now I wait over an hour for my pizza, a small pizza that is... When I walk back into the establishment, I waited at the counter to give my receipt to someone to check the status of my pizza. Three people at a register and two were on the phone and the third one was the young lady named "dee" yes of course! So now I just wait for daipha to acknowledge me, which by the way... Of course she did not! So now, another customer walk's right in and "holy craps" daipha can see and speak! She gracefully say's to the new customer as if I was invisible.. "hi are you picking up or placing a order?" okay so now i'm furious. So I out burst of course... "hello I was here first!" daipha say's to me.. "but you were standing over at that register!" now i'm thinking. Yes this is true, but you clearly can also see also there was no one at the register too! Unbelievable so this means, she saw me walk in and stood by a register that was across from her, with no one assisting me and not think for one second... Hmmmm "maybe I should help her!" nope of course not!... And i'm really not sure why! So at this point I was fed up and extremely annoyed at ms. Daipha and the whole establishment for not having a+ customer service or just simply being professional. When I let ms. Daipha know how I felt... She laughed! At this point I thought.. Wow... She either, doesn't care about her job or she thinks that there is nothing I can do about it! So here I am writing you with hopes that, someone will give her a rude awakening also reinforce the rules and standard behavior of the people at this store. Because no one should have be treated like this or go through such a disgraceful experience like I did at this terrible store. Please whoever is reading this please do your do diligence! Thank you for reading this!

Pizza Hut terrible customer service when food was not received

I am writing in regards to a very disappointing experience my family had with an online order from the Pizza Hut in Walnutport, PA, today 2/24/2018. What was even more upsetting than the actual incident, which was bad enough, was the callous and uncaring manor in which, Shane, the manager, responded to our concerns.
Today was our family video night. Every week we have pizza and watch videos with our 6 children. My husband has many medical issues, and cannot eat pizza, so I always order him something that he can eat, such as pasta. Today we decided to order from Pizza Hut. I ordered 8 various pizzas, 1 order of French fries, and an order of the Tuscany meaty marinara pasta w/ 5 breadsticks. There was a special, so the price of our order was $73.14. The pasta was the only item that my husband would have been able to eat, and unfortunately it was the only item not to be delivered. The price on the receipt that I signed was $63.61, which was different from my order. I asked the delivery driver about it, but he did not know anything about any changes.
I called the Walnutport Pizza Hut to find out why the pasta was not delivered, and also find out why they would not inform me of the change. Had I known that the pasta was not going to come, I could have made other arrangements, rather than having the pizza come, and my husband not have something to eat. When I explained the situation to Shane, he said that he tried calling my phone one time, it went right to voice mail, and he did not leave a message. (My husband is disabled and does not make it to the phone, but we would have heard the voice mail if he left one) When I asked him why he did not leave a message, he stated that he had other thing to do and did not have time. I said that he should have at least left a message, so I could have made other arrangements for my husband. His response was that he couldn't give people "special treatment". I was not asking for special treatment, but it would have been nice to get common courtesy. I do not believe that receiving what you order should be considered special treatment. It should be the standard. I do understand that sometimes things happen, and changes have to be made, but it is the way you do things that matter. I spoke with Shane, and my husband spoke with Shane. He never even apologized for the inconvenience that his actions caused. All he said was that the only thing he could do was not charge us for the pasta that did not come, and there was nothing else he could do. I told him that he did not handle the situation correctly, and I was going to complain to someone higher up in the company. He told me that he had 10 years of experience and that if I contacted anyone else in the company I would get the same response. I truly hope that this is not the case. Customers should not be made to feel like they do not matter, and that is how Shane made us feel today.

When I opened it, there was no extra cheese. Infect, there was hardly any cheese at all. The crust was burnt and the pizza was very dry. I looked at the receipt with is ticket # 0102 and it shows that I paid for a large, thin, meat lovers with extra cheese. Pizza Hut is the only place my husband and I order from. Today, this pizza was not acceptable. It did not taste good and was very dry and burnt. I am very disappointed that your company would serve something like this.

Pizza Hut xxxtra green olives!

Yesterday, i ordered a super supreme with( xxxtra green olives). This has / is a continued problem? the pizza i received did not have one green olive on it! i was not even informed of this? at least two or three of the employees there like green olives as well as i do. I talked to the supervisor once regarding this and she said if i ever had a problem to call her. But unfortunately i have lost her number. I understand sometimes there is a problem from the warehouse... But so often? i am very dissatisfied. I worked for the public also (meatcutter). Can you investigate this issue? murphy, n.C. 28906

Pizza Hut horrible pizza and garbage service!!

Horrible dinner.. ordered large pizza and cheese sticks at 6:30 pm. Received my pizza at 9:05... They didn't deliver my cheese sticks because they ran out.. and didn't tell me when I ordered it. Pizza showed up and was the worst pizza I've ever had.. it was cold, ok I'll soaked and undercooked... I cant believe they would serve something like that to a customer.. then when we called to get our .one back the MANAGER said he couldn't refund our money unless we drove into the store and got it. And he told me to call corporate office and get the money... This place is a joke! Do not order from here they will definitely screw it up!

Pizza Hut the food

I was super irriated tonight. I didn't get my food till almost an hour and a half later on top of the food was not cooked all the way at all and the I was missing wings from my order. He didn't even have the wings the first time so he had to go back for them so they were cold by the time I got there. It's jus irritating I spent 60 dollars for undercooked n cold food

Pizza Hut delivery

I placed an order at 13344 North May Avenue in Oklahoma City at approximately 6:44 p.m. I called back to inquire about my order at 7:55 p.m. I explain to the manager that I was told it would take 45 minutes for my order to get to me. The manager Robin at that time stated to me that I was misinformed and it would take 60 minutes for my order to get to me. I than asked him, even with that said do you realize it has been over 60 minutes? he then proceeded to tell me it was not his fault. So I'm guessing it is my fault that I have not received my order and management cannot help me out with this and it's not his fault! Can somebody please get me a competent manager!

I called to order a pizza she said that they did not deliver to my address I therefore then called Another Pizza Hut and they said that they did not deliver to my address then they told me that the Pizza Hut I originally called on New York Street in Aurora Illinois should deliver to my address I therefore then called back to the original Pizza Hut on New York Street and she told me I [censor]ing told you we don't deliver to your address who the [censor] are they to tell you that we deliver to your address and don't [censor]ing call back and then hung up on me if this is not resolved to my likings and I'm not just talking about a free pizza or a 20 or $30 credit I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and spreading this all over social media to let them know or to let other people know what type of business Pizza Hut is running I am baffled as to why a woman of this magnitude is hired at your company [protected] is my phone number John Frank de Potter is my email address I expect to hear back from you guys within 24 hours this is not a laughing matter and I will take this to the highest Department because this is absolutely ridiculously absurd and I've never in my entire
