We ordered from the sullivant ave location in Columbus Ohio & over an hour later called & was told our food hadn't even left the building. In which delievery was only supposed to take 45mins. When called the manager was highly rude, said she is canceling our order & then hung up the phone. I called back, tried to speak to her & again she said she will do as she pleases & hung up the phone again.

    You could try calling the restaurant and asking for the store manager or you could also try contacting Pizza Hut's corporate customer service. She is correct however that they do have the right to refuse service/food to anyone.
