Pizza Hut my order and customer service.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas buffalo wings and two 2 liter sodas. When I called to express my dissatisfaction with my order the customer service I was given was unacceptable. I was told that I could not be helped and the manager (David) wasn't interested in the service provided to me. I find this very unsatisfying. I have been eating at Pizza Hut as my first choice for many years now. I am sad to see that this now will keep me from calling Pizza Hut again. Pizza Hut false and incorrect offer

Your branch in Saudi Arabia offering special prices for the 3 sizes,
I just went to a store and the supervisor told me the offer only available now large size, no small or medium available.
I wonder how is that and I asked him, , it's supposed that you prepare it here but his answer was it's come ready to them!
& ironically he is telling me that the promo is no longer available cuz too many people that day so the promo is finished What does that even !

Pizza Hut pizza hut on fry rd

I placed a order, delivery guy never showed... Called the pizza hut back on fry rd... and was told that my order was delivered... YEAH to the wrong address... Then I asked for cooperate to file a complaint due to me having to wait another hour and was told that it was a franchise and didn't have a customer service number... Wow... let's all become franchise and dish out poor customer service... No one cared since the wrong address paid for the pizza

People make mistakes and you should try to be more understanding. Did you ask to speak with the manager of the location to see if they could do anything for you? Also, franchising has nothing to do with the quality of customer service. It has to do with store ownership.

Pizza Hut wait time and the final product

We were in the Pizza Hut in Macomb, IL on 11/20/17 and had the worst service and food that I can imagine. We waited at least 20 minutes before we were waited on and then another 10 minutes to get the drinks. We waited another 15 to place our order and then OVER an hour for the food to get to us. When we got the food our Chicken Alfredo it was warm at the best but we didn't want to send it back for fear it would be another hour. While we were waiting, at least 3 tables got up and walked out because of the wait. They were given credits. I was going to say something but my husband paid the bill for fear that I would complain, which I would have. There are too many other Pizza places in Macomb to worry about your service and food. We will go somewhere else next time.

They cannot work to better your experience if they don't know it is negative. Your husband should have waited for you so you could say something. You could always call the store if you still wish to provide your feedback.

Pizza Hut service

I placed my order over the phone.when I got there I paid 4 my order.Guy came behind me and placed his order and got his order b4me.I ask Jeff about my order and he started cursing me and was very rude.After calling the order in at 330pm got there at 345pm and finally another manager ask me baby u still here your order been ready.so at 420 I finally got it.Jeff has piss poor customer skills.Coursey Blvd. Location

Pizza Hut carry out / customer service

On 11/18 at 7:44 pm we ordered carry out of 150.31 pizzas 5 of them, wings, bread sticks, pasta, cookie, brownie, a very large order but we were feeding our church volleyball team by the time we got back to the church and noticed that our order was wrong and tried to call back to complain it took 35 minutes to get some one to answer I asked for the manager and was told that she went home and then got hung up on I tried to call back and after 10 minutes I then have up i am now trying to get some satisfaction here but after everything so far I am pissed

Pizza Hut pizza hut

I ordered a Pizza Saturday night, I ordered a large pepproni with pain crust no spices. When I receieved it at all different spices on it which no one would eat, what does it take to get a pizza right. If them aren't so greasy you can't eat them they have all these spices on them, I quess I will just change to another Pizza resturant maybe they can get an order right.

Your complaint is hard to read due to your grammar. Did you call Pizza Hut to see if you could return the pizza for a replacement or refund? It may have just been one isolated mistake.

Pizza Hut pizza hut will not answer their phones

On November 19th I tried to order pizzas from Pizza Hut in Portsmouth Ohio approximately a half hour and they would not answer their phone. I ended up ordering a pizza from one of their competitors. On the way to pick it up my husband stop by the Pizza Hut to see what was the problem with their phones. He spoke to the manager who said that when they're busy and their drivers are out they don't answer their phones. There was only one table that had four customers in it at the time. And the manager had the audacity to ask my husband are you going to listen to what I have to say or are you just going to complain. This Pizza Hut is a disgrace to the Pizza Hut name. To go to another Pizza Hut and pick up a pizza it would be a half hour round trip. Why is it that after all there complaints especially about not answering their phones they are still allowed to operate.

Pizza Hut sell

On November 11, 2017 at 9:38 i went to pick up my order. As I was paying i saw sunchips that were on display. I asked the cashier how much were the chips. She asked one of her coworkers if they even sold chips and he responded by saying that the chips were only for EBT customers. This isn't the first time that i have bought chips from this place. Previous times when i have asked they have sold the chips to me. This is why i don't understand why this person didnt want to sell them to me. This is the first time I have a bad experience in this pizza hut since I always order from this store. I hope that this will be taken into consideration otherwise I will have to get food from a different pizza hut.

Pizza Hut poor service

I ordered pizza 3 weeks ago and when I got it, number 1 is got 2 pizzas and one was completely wrong and so I called and was told they would fix it at my next visit and I gave them my name. Sherry. So I called tonight to order a different pizza and was told that they did not have the online pizzas for 6.99 first of all that they would be 8.99 each with coupon for medium sausage pizza that normally has 3 toppings for this price and told her I only wanted sausage and extra mozzarella. Was given price of 22.79 and when asked how it was this price she to I'd me that they would not replace pizza that was screwed up first of all because the woman did not ask for my phone number and then was told that I was going to be charged for extra mozzarella even though I was only getting one topping with cheese. I did not place order and will not be ordering from pizza hut again if this is the way your business conducts themselves. This store was located on Stetson Ave. In Hemet, CA. WE get pizza hut pizza frequently but will not be getting it anymore and will be spreading the word on how poor your custo mer service is. My name is Sherry Vancor and my number is [protected]. Pizza Hut carry out

We ordered 2 pizzas one stuffed crust and another a veggie pizza. our veggie pizza was under cooked and our stuffed crust pizza wasn't stuffed crust it is thin and crunchy and not what i had ordered. We also waited another half and hour after we have arrived after the apporximent pick up time and they had messed up our order. i am very unhappy as to how customer service was and paying attention to what i had ordered.

Pizza Hut no delivery?

Sp apparently this pizza hut cant deliver DOWN THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE. No explaination why. Cancelled and said the money wont be available fpr a few days. So now im broke and I dont have pizza. Thanks guys! Really really helpful. i dont understand why ypu guys are trying to pull a fast one on me im not dumb. You guys need to do thw job you are BEING PAID TO DO

I don't see how they're "trying to pull a fast one" on you. Pizza companies have designated delivery areas that they are required to stay in. Did you ask what location would deliver to you? Also, in regards to your refund, almost all refunds take a few business days to process.

Pizza Hut staff/delivery

We ordered from the sullivant ave location in Columbus Ohio & over an hour later called & was told our food hadn't even left the building. In which delievery was only supposed to take 45mins. When called the manager was highly rude, said she is canceling our order & then hung up the phone. I called back, tried to speak to her & again she said she will do as she pleases & hung up the phone again.

You could try calling the restaurant and asking for the store manager or you could also try contacting Pizza Hut's corporate customer service. She is correct however that they do have the right to refuse service/food to anyone.

Pizza Hut pizza not served at correct holding temperature

Saturday 11/18/17 at 7pm
My husband and I went to the restaurant in person last night to order a medium supreme pizza to go. Was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. We went and rented a movie and came back within 15 minutes and the pizza was ready. Upon receiving I thought the box was not very warm for it coming right out the hotbox. Upon getting home it looked terrible. The veggies, pepperoni were old and dry and the pizza was room temp. I took it back ( I live less than 5 minutes from our local pizza hut) explained it was cold and not fresh looking which should have been within a 15 minute order placement. The GM explained that it was put in the oven when I was still there. If that was the case it should have been hot. (I have been a customer for several years and this is the first cold pizza I ever received from there) She said they don't just have old pizzas lying around which I thought was weird because I never implied that. I did tell her I work in a kitchen as well and this is not a fresh out of the oven pizza. Then she said their hotbox wasn't working correctly and she will make me a new one. They did make me a new pizza. Sorry to say that one didn't look much better either. It wasnt cold like the last one.
I recommend that somebody better check the equipment there. Oh and she also said the new pizza boxes don't keep the pizzas as warm anymore either. The fact that I spent 15.00 on a cold pizza last night does not sit well with me at all. Supreme is one of my favorites. Sorry to say I will not be returning to the store.
Management should not be telling their customers (whether they work in a kitchen or not) that their hotboxes are not working correctly nor are the 'new' pizza boxes keeping the pizzas warm enough. That is bad customer service and looks bad for your company.

Pizza Hut special as posted on the website

I ordered the special as per website special large pizza with two toppings $7.99 delivered. With tax and delivery fee it was $11.68. The site popped up a message that there is a $10 minimum for delivery. Now tell me why your add says $7.99 delivered when it can't be delivered because it is less than $10.00. I have the picture of that add there is no mention of any minimum. When I told the store that by calling by them they yelled at me and hung up the phone. Is this is kind of service you provide? I have 35 family members all live in their town who will be boycotting Pizza Hut fromnow on because of This. Swoitchung to dominos. Thanks to this store and it's rude service.

Pizza Hut service

I made a order at 8:40pm on 11-18-17 and did not recieve my order and its now 10:52pm! When i call to check on my order i recieve no answer
Store is 28th and brodway louisville KY. This is outrageous now i have a young lady that finally answers the phone after repeated calls and says that the driver already left. So am i going to get my order and will my food be hot store and will it be thrown together just because im one of the last customers of the night

Pizza Hut service

I had bought a pizza for delivery. The estimated arrival time was at 9:35, so i wasn't near my door. I get a call at 9:27 with somebody yelling at me about being outside my door knocking, i apologized for not being at the door cause i wasn't expecting it to arrive that early. So i got to the door and she yelled at me. I signed the paper and gave it back and she threw it at me. Then she insisted on slamming her car door and spun her tires and drove off. I understand why she might have been upset. But for her to throw objects at me and disrespect me by spinning tires off my property is disrespectful.

Pizza Hut shift supervisor - tina stout

11/1/17 approx. 8:15 pm. My daughter had gone to Pizza Hut on 10th Street in Great Bend, KS. Her boyfriend works there. Her boyfriend was on a break. After his break was over, my daughter ordered a brownie cookie. Tina Stout the shift supervisor came over to my daughter, AFTER my daughter paid for her order and yelled at my daughter to "GET OUT OF MY STORE!" My daughter told Tina Stout, that she had ordered something and would leave once she received it. Tina Stout then ordered outside and told her to wait for it. My daughter told Tina to just give her money back and she would leave. Tina told her to "GET OUT!" My daughter had a while back, worked at this Pizza Hut and was chatting with some of the wait-staff. Tina again hollered at her to "LEAVE!" My daughter then went to her car and called me. I went up to Pizza Hut to get her money back. I had to wait over 5 minutes for Tina Stout to come out to see me. Tina Stout approached me, my daughter at my side. Tina looked at my daughter and said, very hateful "Leave!" and pointed at the door. I tried to talk to Tina about what happened, she said nothing it's just that my daughter is not welcome there. My daughter is supposed to stay away from one of her employees. I explained that the boyfriend clocks out for breaks so she can't really tell him who he can/cannot see. I asked Tina Stout for the money back. Tina continued to get very belligerent with me. I again reminded her to give me the money back. She asked hatefully who I was, I told her, "The mother." Tina started walking around the store, mind you NOT one customer was there. Tina accused my daughter again of something that did not happen tonight. I again reminded her to give me her money back. Tina then yelled at me, she is the boss, she will refuse service to anyone, anytime, anywhere and if my daughter is ever seen on the premises in future she will have her arrested. I told her that was highly unlikely and to just give me the money back. I do believe I had to ask Tina for the money back at least 6 or 7 times. The last time I asked, I was then a bit agitated, and told Tina to give me the money or I was calling the police.
Tina went to the phone, dialed a number but then hung up. The whole while, Tina continued complaining outwardly and openly bad mouthing my daughter. No customers in the place, but I asked her to stop more than once. Finally, Tina Stout handed me the money, then looked at me square in the eye and yelled, "GET THE [censor] OUT OF MY STORE AND DON'T COME BACK!" I am not happy for the way this was conducted, both my daughter and I did not raise our voices to her and she totally disrespected me not even knowing who I was.

Pizza Hut pizza crust

I have ordered twice from Pizza Hut in Hayward, CA, and both times the crust was not done the crust still was doughy I called today and spoke with the guy from the Pizza Hut and told him what happened and he said if you have a lot of toppings this tends to happen then why would they serve pizzas like that anyways I didn't have a lot of toppings so he told me to return pizza and he would make a new one I let him know I was unable to return my son was gone with my car and wouldn't return for a few hours so he said you can get a pizza another day then I say to him this is our dinner you can't deliver for the inconvenience no I will remake one and it will be done in 15mins. I will never order from this place again this is horrible customer service and who wants a pizza that's is not done..

Pizza Hut pizza

The last 3 times I have been here has been completely aweful. The first the pizza was wrong and I told them and their response was what do you want us to do about it. The next time the pizza looked like it had been dropped. All the toppings was on toppings was on top on the box. When I complained it. Again nothing was done. Was told I could scrap them off and it would be fine. Today I tired one more time. Ordered a large stuff crust told the lady I need I dipping sauce for my crust. She said ok I paid with my debit card. Then she proceeded to tell me she would have to charge me Xtra for 1. Stuff crust didn't matter. It cost me when I swipe my card for less than $5 so I didn't get any. Come on if I order stuff crust, she could have charged me all at once or gave it to me for her mistake since I did have something to dip. I don't know that I will ever be back. The service is terrible.
