Pizza Hut lunch buffet

Hello I am a weekly customer at Pizza Hut informing Ohio on South Avenue lately the restaurant has been dirty in the buffet is always cold meaning the pizzas I literally have to wait for them to bring one out and grab it while it's hot same with the cinnamon sticks I like to have a little dessert before I leave and they're always cold and there's barely cinnamon on them and then the salad bar started and my boss is usually with me and he likes salad but lately it looks like the buckets are fairly thrown in the ice when we get there nothings cold and there's items mix in with the buckets that are in there there's no uniform at all and just recently a few weeks ago during my visit I got extremely ill at work and I believe it was the blue cheese from the salad bar not sure how long they keep it and take it in and out of the ice but it wasn't good sick for the rest of the day I'm not sure I will be going back but the servers are always nice and always get us what we need it's just whoever is controlling the pizza bar and the salad bar are doing such a great job in many times there may only be one pizza out there and will usually show up between 1130 and 1230

Pizza Hut delivery and the manager deandra

The worst Pizza hut location is that one in Hillside. I ordered 4 pizzas, chicken alfredo and buffalo wings. They delivered everything and forgot the buffalo wings. I called the store and they said its on its way because the delivery forgot it. So I waited like 15 mins. I called again, and followed up, they said the delivery guy was on its way and it will take around 30 mins. 45 mins past and we still didnt get the wings. We called the store for the 3rd time, out of anger we spoke to the manager Deandra. Rather than apologize, she's so rude and even hung up on us. We called again and ask for refund.

Order in another location instead of going here. This location is horrible, same with the staff.

Pizza Hut delivery

Never again will I order from pizza hut!
I ordered a pizza online for my kids. I paid online.in your terms and conditions it says nothing about the card holder needing to be present with their id and credit card at the time of delivery.
I called the manager at the store but the person who answered told me that the manager was too busy cutting pizzas to speak with me. I was on hold over 10 minutes waiting for her to come to the phone and when I asked for her manager's phone number she could only give me an email address.

I was going to take the pizza for a later time when I was going to be home - but guess what - they voided my order. I was on the phone before the delivery person was even back with the pizza, and if I had not been on hold for 10 minutes waiting for her to take my call, they would have spoken with me before they voided the order and at least saved 1 order.

How can you implement terms and conditions that are not on your website and are not available to view at the time of the order?
Also I have ordered pizza for my kids many times - and they have never once denied service because I was not there with my card.

Pizza Hut pizza hut here in darlington, sc. is slow

Why is it that the pizza hut here in Darlington, SC is so slow to say they are not that busy it almost an hour for you to get your food. Then once you get it its always cold. I just dont understand for the many of times i have ordered from here either my food is cold or its either alittle burnt. I dont really get it. Customers should get it for free wen the time is that long or even get a discount. Pizza hut should want their customers to be satisfied and not upset with the sevice they provide. Me as a customer i wont eat anything but pizza hut and i prefer to be satisfied with the service and not disappointed. Right now i am disappointed because pizza hut called me and asked me do i still want my order its almost 11 pm an thats the time they close😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣😣

Pizza Hut service bad. slow.

I was here earlier than other customer. But i didnt get my order. But next to my table, they a bit late than me, they got their order faster than me.
They were no sorry. Nothing from their mouth to say something that can make customers feel better. Plus, keep sending wrong order.
Im 3 pax. Ordered 2 large pan, and 3 drinks. But need to wait more than 1.5 hours on fasting day. It was 22nd June 2017 at Pizza Hut Komplek Pusat Bandar Pasir Gudang.

Pizza Hut rude!!!

Last nigh my husband and I decided to grab some late dinner we were both craving pizza so decided to order some Pizza Hut I made an order online but since it was already late the order said the store was closed so we just left it like that and decided to go to bed .. While we were getting ready for bed our door bell rang my husband answered the door and there it was our pizza my husband told the delivery boy that it was too late our order was canceled the deliver boy was so rude he says "so what you wanna do about this pizza then" my husband decided to pay for it since it was already at the door as he was paying him i asked him for the Pepsi the delivery boy said it wasn't on the Order and walked away I literally looked at my receipt and clearly it says Pepsi I told my husband he walked right behind him started calling the boy and he literally turned around saw us walking towards and and ran and got in the car he was so rude he could of told us he forgot it or something instead of lying to us and running away into his car . I was really upset that I decided to call the store a young boy answered and was so rude to me that he hung up on me! Worst experience ever! Never will I order Pizza Hut again

Pizza Hut service/employee

Went into pizza hut tonight to pick up my order around 10 pm on June 19th, 2017. The cashier was high as a kite. She reeked of weed. Her name started with a T. Short black lady. Weird name hard to remember. I took my pizza and stormed out its very unprofessional. Took her a few minutes to even realize we were there. She was slumped over in her desk chair texting. Not going back.

Pizza Hut pan pizza order

I just got home from ordering 2 large pizzas one with pepperoni and other one half pinnapples half green peppers. I also ordered cheese bread sticks and a chocolate chip cookie pie. I am sorry to say. I am very displeased. I ordered delievery. There was a 2 hour wait so I called in and they said 20 minutes to pick up. The lady appoligized and said they got 10 orders at one time. I changed from delievery to pick up and brought it home. Both of my pizzas are not done. The crust is mushy and just fell apart and it is cold. The bread sticks were done but also cold. I am so unhappy. I don't understand how this could happen. I under stand sometimes you get behind but you can't give customers uncooked pizza.

Pizza Hut delivery

I ordered 3 pizzas around 4pm for Iftar, the athan came up and I still didnt get my order, I called the first time and was told that it will arrive in 5 mins, 10 mins passed and still didn't get anything, I called again and was told that my order was made at 6:30 pm and still wasnt made, I had guests and was embarrassed! Who gave them the right to fool around with ppl's lives? If they can't deliver on time then close the whole shop!

Pizza Hut disappointed

Ordered a cheesy bite pizza. When we got home from picking it up and opened the box, it was burnt! All the cheese had leaked out of the pizza and there was very little cheese on the pizza itself. Then never even got a marinara sauce to dip them in. Very disappointed in the store. They were not even packed when we got there so don't understand why the pizza wasn't even close to what the advertising looks like.

Pizza Hut pizza order

I placed my order obline around 1120pm. My local stoee closes at 12am. Once i placed my order i received a call from the store to inform me that they arent delivering at this time because they are closing soon but i could come and get the order. I was about to cancel as I needed it delivered but i agreed to pick up. Why did the system take my order for delivery if store doesnt deliver at that time? Upon arrival of store i realized that they just wanted to go home. Store was almost completely dark and it was only 1142pm. This is very unprofessional. Also they tell me they dont have wings but have boneless. When i got home I noticed a mistake. My pizza crust was plain when i choose Parmesan cheese. So not only did I have to go get it, it was wrong too. The pizza was greasy and wings swimming in sauce. Overall a terrible experience. I honestly love Pizzahut pizza but i will never go to this store again.

Pizza Hut customer service and management

Called an order in for cheese sticks and was told it'd be 15 to 20 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later and was not greeted by any of the employees and one walked past me and said nothing as I was standing at the check out to get my food. The general manager as she calls herself, Connie Payton, finally comes over and rudely tells me, " it ain't ready". Asked my name again and again told me that it wasn't ready. I asked why it wasn't ready, as she stated it was on the screen, and she rudely shrugs her shoulders and says she doesn't know why. As I was pulling out of the parking lot, an employee comes running out to tell me my food was in the warmer. I told her I would not be back and I would contact corporate.
I want to make note that service has never been the best there, and the extra bad part is that is is newly remodeled and looks very nice...it's a shame the employees and ESPECIALLY the so called " manager", aren't as nice. I don't want a free meal...I want the rude customer service to be fixed. Hire employees that actually want to work and can put a smile on their face and apologize when they mess something up. I did let her know the bad service reflects the fact there was only one patron sitting in the whole place. Rude employees are not good for business and Pizza Hut's corporate office should know this.

Pizza Hut wings

I ordered on line large 2 toppings pizza and 12 Parmesan garlic wings.I picked up my food pizza looked good after I got into the car I open my box of wings they were 8 boneless wings. After going back into the store explain the problem so they cooked some more with bone in but it tasted liked fried wings.Very disappointed .paid 23.63 my family ate them anyway I don't because I was expecting something different.also added extra toppings on my pizza and ordered some garlic dipping sauce

Pizza Hut very late delivery service???

On 6/14/17 @ 12:31 pm I placed an on-line delivery order w/Pizza Hut - In Middlesboro, KY (I ordered 8 piece Bone Out Wings, 1 Ham/Cheese Sandwich & 1 extra Blue Cheese Dip), my scheduled delivery time was 1:03 pm. However, I received my order at 2:02 pm, it took 1-1/2 hours before I got my order, making it exactly 1:01 hours late. Sadly, my place of business is less than 1-mile from Pizza Hut, the food I received was cold and I didn't get the extra Blue Cheese dip that I paid for.

Pizza Hut bad management and rude behaviour with customer

I was ordered online deal with order # 135339 at Pizza Hut Pakistan.
After order I received call from pizza hut sialkot and the rider asked me about address.After this he gives the phone to his senior and he said we can't deliver your order at this place.I told him that is not my first order.But he speaks very rude and said it's impossible that we deliverd order at your address before this. You have to come at main road to collect your order.
Because of his rude attitude, I'm very disappointed and cancelled the order.
My previous order nos. 127518 & 132098 was delivered at my same address but this time they said it's impossible.
This is not good management.His attitude & behave is like a local dukaan daar. (Lena hai to lo, Nahi to aage chalo)
Action should be taken against them.

Pizza Hut service

We ordered pizza for delivery at exactly 11:05 pm but it took so long and delayed for more than 30mins., the customer representative of pizza hut said that our order will arrive to our home on or before 11:40 to 11:45 so we wait for it, until it's already 11:45 so we tried to call them again and they said to us that someone from pizza hut / manager will give us a call and give us a feedback we wait again until it's already 12:05, we tried to call them again but the customer representative annoyed me for some reasons, like she always saying that somebody will call us, so im just like " its already 12midnight and were planning to sleep already " . And finally, exactly 12:30 there rider drop by, so we expect a apologize or something explanation .Both customer service representative and rider/delivery boy was so dissapointing.Very poor sevice pizza hut !

Pizza Hut grilled cheese

I bought a grilled cheeze at the pizza hut shop in the Target (Winter Garden FL). I want to express my utmost disappointment with the piece of toast I received. Would the owners of Pizza Hut serve this to their kids? See attached photos.
I waited more than 15 minutes for this while the girl chatted with her friends. I wanted to load the complain on Pizza Hut's website but of cause there is no option to do this.

Pizza Hut delivery to my neighborhood

I live in Lexington Kentucky and live 5 mins down the road from the Versailles road Pizza Hut. The manager refuses to send drivers to my street anytime after 7. Even during the summer when it's daylight until after 9pm. This is so extremely awful that if I lived in a richer neighborhood I could have my delivery. I really am offended. I'm an honest person who tips well. I really feel like something should be done about this.

I ordered a large 2 topping pizza at around 9:45ish. After waiting for over 2 hours for them tl deliver my pizza it was undercooked. Really doughy. Pizza Hut product/ service/ manager/ lateness

I recently ordered Pizza Hut today, which I order from y'all once every week. We placed the order for carry out, said it would be ready 15-20 minutes. Okay, we went right on time for the order when getting there everything was ready BUT half the order of my wings. I ordered 3 lg pizzas and 48 wings. They had me waiting there another 20-25 minutes more for my other half of wings the forgot to cook, while the other half of my order was in the heat rack getting cold. I came home to my family for 9 to feed them. When we open the boxes everything was dry and cold. Of course they had to eat we were starving. But when I called the store to let them know to see if I could get credit they told me "No, we apologize but we have new people and everyone makes mistakes" okay I understand that but if you have new people they shouldn't be even making food until they are trained correctly! It wasn't my mistake. So then I went on to asking for the corporate number . He said "sorry but I don't know it" what kind of manager does not know the corporate number? Every manager should have the corporate number regardless of where you work. I want credit for my order at least my 3 pizzas I just didn't spend no $52 dollars to not be satisfied with my order! I will be waiting to hear from y'all!
