Pizza Hut awful service and children in the kitchen

We ordered a pizza at 7:30 on Sunday may 21st at the 10343 Federal Blvd c, Westminster, Co 80260. It was suppose to arrive at 8:15, we called the restaurant for 45 minutes with no answer. We hop in the car and drive to the pizza hut, it was hard to find because only the "P" was lit on the sign. We walked in and there a few people in pajamas waiting like us, none of them had their pizza's delivered and for some reason there were TWO CHILDREN IN THE KITCHEN! We told the guy we never got the pizza, and turns around and hands it to us, we asked if it was fresh and he said " it just came out of the oven" The box wasn't even warm and the pizza was so old with a piece of crust on top of the pizza... like someone tossed their eaten pizza crust there. He said they were out of thin crust and only had medium pan crust left, we cancelled the pizza and went to elsewhere. Oh and the whole time we were in the restaurant, you could here the phone constantly ringing but it was never being answered, that restaurant needs to be shut down, what a joke.

Pizza Hut delay and false promise of refund

Hi Team,

It was the delay almost 20 min . we people were waiting at the time of complaining of delay.they promise to refund amount as per the term n condition.I have done payment by net banking. still waiting for refund.

The pizza was also not well at all.

requesting you to taken action at the earliest. we people order pizza for taste and to save the time only.

Pizza Hut service and food

I ordered online a med deep dish and bread sticks I picked it up when I got home it was a hand tossed I called Pizza Hut there reply was yea we ran out of hand tossed so we substitute it(without asking) so then said they had a large deep dish they would redo so I brought the 1st pizza back and the mgr put it back in heater, I adv him that's a health code violation and he said well we donate it to the homeless, apprantly he health codes don't apply to homeless, then he brought out the 2nd pizza and they once again put it on hand tossed, so he said he now has med deep dish which was my orig order and I asked him this time to leave 1 topping off this time I waited since I had already drove there twice, so the 3rd pizza was finally right, but then when I asked for the 2.50 back for the item I took off he said he can't do refunds and offered me a 2liter I advised I don't drink soda he said sorry I can't do refunds, and argued with me it was 1.50 not 2.50, but either way would not do refund, so I then said keep your pizza I want all my money back so he went in the register and gave me 12.50 back ( my whole order back) and as the 3rd pizza was still sitting on the counter he said you no if I refund this you can't keep your order, as I said at this point I didn't want it, but I then asked well why can you give me back 12.50 in cash but not 2.50 and he said because I over rode it, I advise him he could of avoided this whole thing by just refunding the 2.50 and he just shrugged his shoulders. So I took my money and went next door to Little Ceasers. I did the survey to Pizza Hut and they said the store manager would contact me which never happened. I will never return there, I live in a big city so there's lots of other Pizza businesses that won't make me run back there twice, it takes them making 3 pizzas to get it right and then argue with me over 2.50 refund that is due to me anyways. The Pizza Hut is in atoscasita or humble tx [protected] fm 1960 phone [protected] and as you can see from the reviews other people have s problem with them too.

Pizza Hut delivery driver

I ordered a dinner box and 2liter soda for my son first the lady on the answering service was really rude several times I order through a service they never get my order correct and always rude I ordered and it took an hour for my order when it was suppose to be less my pizza was cold cheese look like it sat there all of the hour the delivery driver did not bring my 2liter I asked for condiments three times he stated did I order a soda than insisted on me signing the reciept before bringing back my 2liter when he came back I asked again he said what condiments he had really bad attitude I should have just cancelled my entire order I order pizza every weekend well not anymore the pizza hut on magnolia and broadway in anaheim california has the worst service I have ever experience I will never eat at this establishment again.

Pizza Hut incorrect delivery and bad customer service

My son ordered a pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi ... the driver delivered the pie but no drink ... said they did not give it to him ... said would be right back with it ... after more than 30 min called store and the first words out of the managers mouth was "do you have your receipt" ... paid cash you see ... she said she would resolve same ... called back again after another hour ... totally blew me off ... said was too busy ... at that point I called the Corp complaint number ... man was very nice .. Very well mannered ... it is now one hour and 50 minutes since the pizza was delivered ... and still no drink ... so now I am out the money and did not have the family time I usually enjoy around a pie with a cold Pepsi ... very insetting to my son and myself ...

the food is almost always good at this store so I want to use them (though 20 dollars for a two topping and a Pepsi seems a little high to me ... ) but this is the third or fourth time the drink order has been wrong ... this year alone ... I will be trying papa johns in the future at least they will not STEAL from me ... I paid and they did not deliver ... and from my point of view that is stealing ... even if I ever get the drink the lack of a timely manner is a stealing of my time and piece of mind ...

Pizza Hut non delivery on two separate occasions

The first incident it was raining and I placed an order online​ I got a call from the manager telling me they automatically cancelled my order because of two hour delivery times he didn't ask if I wanted it, would wait or anything. I tried to give Pizza Hut another chance the lady then rudely told me that they can not deliver to my area because it has been removed so I had to go pick it up. Well today I am sitting on my porch and the people across the street get a delivery from the store that said they couldn't come over here anymore. I am not happy at all with this I had let it go until today when I saw the delivery happening across the street.
I live in olde Towne Conyers my store of delivery would be the one on Sigman Road.

Pizza Hut management of roswell n. m.

I am a delivery driver in roswell n.m. every Itime go to your establishment I get stopped by the clerk's, harass to know where I'm going to call the customers arouse them as if they ordered pizza if it was Domino's if it's alright to come up and then I have to deal with all the cigarette smoke in the building and everything else and then I come back down and I drive back to my business and they have called and filed a complaint and usually it's a lie so I started recording them as just carrying my phone and recording the conversations and interactions . I delivered there last night and they filled another complaint online on Facebook and now it's got me my manager in trouble and I did record the interaction last night and there was nothing like what she said on Facebook and I'm to the point now where I would like to just file a freaking lawsuit be done with this because they don't stop Papa John's . Pizza Hut don't stop Schlotzsky's don't stop Papa John's because I know people in every one of these restaurants.

Pizza Hut rip off false advertising

spoke to a manager at store number 026185 on 5/17/2017 at 10:42 am named Emerson very rude and poor customer service. i called in because the address for my business doesn't seem to show up on your website. i tried to order the $7.99 two topping large pizza deal and was told i have to spend at minimum $10.00 in order to even get delivery he was extremely rude disrespectful i explained to him that i tried to order online and it wouldn't allow it. there was no resolution to the problem i am a business owner myself and would never false advertise or allow an employee representing my business to treat a customer in such a way please retrain staff and i do plan on contacting consumer affairs and all proper individuals regarding the false advertising thank you

Pizza Hut former employee

The General Manager of the Fayettevile TN Pizza Hut. Placed a call to my cell phone impersonating the Regional Manger. He was maybe worried over what I would say, I am unsure of his Motives. Ben Counts deceived myself and Father. I am not filing complaint on the Regional, District Manager. This is concern over the General Mangers very offensive actions. He has harassed me, on calling out one day he called my cell phone 20 times!

Pizza Hut access to ordering

Last night I tried to order a pizza online. After 15 minutes I gave up because the site was just not working. After another 15 minutes I finally was able to get the phone number of the the most local Pizza Hut so I could call and order. I finally got a person on line and said I wanted to order two pizzas that were being advertised as $7.99 each. I was told that I couldn't get the low price because I didn't order online. I told them I tried for 15 minutes to get the site too work. She said she couldn't give me the discount since I didn't order it online. I said I would buy it somewhere else. I was expected to, apparently, pay more because I didn't, and couldn't, pay online. I assume as a business you are aware of the number one rule of business; don't turn your customers away because your technology isn't working. No one should have to work at ordering for 30 minutes to order and THEN be expected to pay more than the advertised rate. The restaurant in question was the one on West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN.

My name is Vanessa. About a month ago I had the same experience. I tried to order a pizza on line but I was unsutccessful. After about 30 minutes, I decided to call the store and tell them about the problem that I was experiencing. I asked them if I could get the pizza special on the phone since i couldn't get the website to work.she told me that they couldn't give me the special unless I ordered it on line. I asked her what was I supposed to do if I couldn't get the website to work. She told me that she was sorry but there was nothing that she could do about it.

The second experience I had was shortly after then, I wanted a pizza so this time I decided to go to the store. When I got there I told the cashier about the problem that I had experienced before and I asked her if she could show me how to use the website. She said that they were not allowed to do that. I asked her if I could get the special since I couldn't get the website to work and she couldn't show me how to use it. She said I could only get the special if I ordered it on line. I left..

Pizza Hut manager jay mueller

Hello my name is Kelly I was working at Pizza Hut on 48th street and Broadway until today. I was going to put my two weeks in and manager, Jay Mueller decided to jut fire me on the spot without finishing my shift and I'd like to talk to someone about this because I was being cooperative and he exploded out of nowhere yelling and fired me. Pizza Hut customer service

Hello, I would like to have something done about the manger Anthony at the gahanna, ohio 43230 Pizza Hut, His concern for timing what very rude towards me, I place an order for a lug 2 item pizza for 7.99 delivery he took my order at 5:44pm on 5-15-17 I called to check the eat on my order after I realized it was 6:30pm and my order still wasn't there, he put me on hold and then said its on the way I asked him could I get a discount since it wasn't delivered in a 30 minutes like he said, he told me NO he wasn't discounting my order, so I cancelled my order, could some type of action please be taken to improve in the customer service in which the manger's display, he's a manger with poor communication skills.

Pizza Hut offensive behavior sunday night approximately 9:00 pm

Pizza was great and received it very fast. We were very offended that a worker in the kitchen that was on/off at the checkout counter was allowed to wear a shirt into a family restaurant that had the words "Savage as F?K" in bold print but correctly spelled out. I have 2 small children and did not expect that. We spoke to the manager on duty and when we told her we were offended she told us it was his right and that it was a very popular shirt. She did say that he was officially off duty but he was in the kitchen doing paperwork. Any manager that cares about their restaurant would have immediately sent the worker home or made him wear the shirt inside out. We told her that we would no longer be a guest at this restaurant. She seemed surprised that we would be offended.
I suggest you investigate and hand out some pink slips. Who wants to expose their family to offensive employees behavior at a restaurant and then witness a total lack of management skills.

We don't watch this kind of crap on TV and we send them to a private school where what they see and hear and learn is much more positive that what I see you have been exposed to. Maybe your parents should have kept you from watching crap Tv shows. The outcome would have been much better. When anything goes like the liberals want is that they turn out like you, no decency, no morals, criminals, like of respect for anyone including themselves, judge mental condescending attitude jerk.

Pizza Hut online order

On 5/13/17 I went online to make an order as I usually do. For some reason before I was able to checkout the system charged my credit card three times for the same order. I called the Kihei office on Maui to rectify the situation and spoke to the manager, Bryan. He said he saw the 3 charges and one of them was voided but that my funds were on hold and he could not rectify the error and told me to call my bank to dispute the amounts of $30.51. He refused to void them! I have been a very good customer and I was livid! When I called my bank I was told to get a refund or release of funds from Pizza Hut! I called Pizza Hut back and was put in touch again with Manager Bryan at the Kihei branch. He would not help me! He said i would have to wait 4-5 days! Unbelieveable! I had to fight with my bank to get the charges reversed! Apparently your company does not care about it's good customers. I even told him I would come down to the store if I had to! I am so upset! He said he would have the police meet me there! What a slap in the face! I told him to go ahead and call them so that I could tell them what a thief he is! I will never order from Pizza Hut again! You have lost a good customer. I have always enjoyed the delivery people. I will miss that.

Pizza Hut pizza hut in 115 e new york ave, deland, fl 32724

I have ordered from this location 3 times, and every time I have ordered pizza to be delivered to my home, they mess up my order. And when I call to tell the manager that they have put the wrong toppings on my pizza the manager says, "what do you want me to do about it!" He then says, "if you want another pizza you have to bring the pizzas back and we can make you another one." Um, I've ordered in for a reason. Why do I have to bring the pizza back? He says, "you do want another pizza don't you?" I tell him of course I have 4 children and 2 adults to feed. I had no other choice but to take the pizza back. I drove to the location and asked for my money back and the $5.00 tip i gave the driver. He then continued to be extremely rude to me. I now order from Papa Johns pizza when I want pizza delivered to my home. Mind you, I always order 4 or large pizzas every time I order pizzas. Pizza Hut has lost me and family as a customers. I have no issues Papa Johns pizza. Their pizza is always correct and the staff are very friendly. The night manager at 115 E New York Ave, DeLand, FL 32724 is very rude. Horrible customer service. Just horrendous!

Pizza Hut pizza

i ordered two large veggie pizzas from pizza hut location 13786 104 avenue, Surrey, B.C. i just ordered 10 minutes prior to closing so they asked me to come in 10 minutes and pizza was not completely baked and veggie pizza was more likely a cheese pizza as there were only few veggies on the pizza. eating tonight, i dont think i will be eating pizza hut anymore. thankyou

Pizza Hut buffet line and store

Food on Buffett line was scarce, small slices no pasta. Our table had clean silverware but sticky table and crumbs all over seats big crumbs and pizza pieces.dead bugs in window seals, booster seat they gave us was sticky and had ants crawling on it.
It's sad to come for a buffet and nothing much on line we were there around 12 . Beginning time for buffet. I had to go to work .I spent slot of time waiting for food to be put on food bar.please contact me.[protected]

Pizza Hut pizza

The pizza I ordered was the worst pizza I have ever had. It was cold, cheese tasted like rubber, I ordered light sauce which wasn't the case and it had lots of pineapple and hardly any ham! I will never order pizza from them again!

Pizza Hut wrong meat put on pizza

ordered pizza and chicken off of website 028357 at 4:57 on 5/3/17. ordered a meatlovers on thing crust lite sauce without Italian sausage and added the following veggies, mushrooms, onions, tomatoes and spinach with the hut favorite crust. Chicken wings were bone out garlic/parmesan 8 pieces. Received order in timely manner but found out it had Italian sausage on it. My wife and I cannot eat this because we get sick. Called local location and asked for the manager. Told him about what we received and that we couldn't eat it. All we got back was i'm sorry. Then told the person on phone we would not order again from Pizza Hut.
Ticket number was 0041.
we used a 50% offer online.
Would liked to have a new pizza or refund of pizza.

Pizza Hut just everything

I've just now had a horrendous experience with this company. I had ordered a pizza around 3:18 and when I found myself waiting for at the two hour mark I decided to call to see what was going on. When I called no one even picked up the first time. I redialed and when I was explaining the situation someone just hung up on me. I was right in the middle of a sentence. Is that how you should treat your customers? I don't think so. When the pizza finally showed up, to my surprise (but not really) the order was wrong. Can I be compensated for my incorrect order and wasted time and not to mention horrible treatment on your part of the company?
