The first problem I had was when I place my order over the phone online never received my order because nobody was there to deliver it. No communication to let me know that the order was going to be delivered. Second issue place my order over the phone at about 10:45 or 10:55 order was put in got to the restaurant at 11:05 waited outside for at least 10 minutes store didn't open on time finally when the store open. I was told that my order would not be ready because the manager was not there. So I did not get my order and I was treated horrible.

I order a big dinner box online on 12/6/2017 @ your Lakeland George Jenkins location. When I first called I ask to speak with a manager because I was trying to redeem my points and the rude girl hang up on me. I had called back several times and nobody picked up at all so I have kids so I just placed another order online and paid for it. When my pizza was delivered to me I opened the box up boom my, pizza, bread sticks and pasta is burnt. Wow...I call even though the manager was nice and said something about a credit or wait 1 hour or hour and half just for another delivery is ridiculous. WHY? I already had to wait for it to come and thenot when I get it it's burnt. Your company is way to big nation wide to have this type of service I would like to have that credit and another pizza deliver to me fresh

I placed an order for 2 pizzas and when delivered driver brought only 1 pizza which was not the right pizza. About 10 to 15 min later our pizzas came in and the pizzas were burnt and had no sauce at all. Called pizza hut and manager stated that they could not do anything at that time since it was almost closing time and for us to call within regular business hours. We work the night shift and everything is closed pretty much at that time we were so disappointed with the care and attention pizza hut employees gave us.

I called in 2 pizza's. The person took down all the info on 2 medium pizza's... pan crust... I said I hate the hand tossed. One pizza is a supreme. We then talked about my medium pizza without meat. I don't like how the raw spinach gets burned. He said they butter it and it won't be burnt. I got mushrooms and lions, banana peppers and the spinach. Previous all this he got that Ray would pick up the order and Rays phone number. I told him I was Linda and he repeated my phone number to me. The order was placed, he said. I said thank you, he said goodbye. I said goodbye. Ray got there to pick up the pizza's. Some kid was hacking and doing real bad sniffling noises who worked there. Looked and acted completely contagious. Another kid who turned out to be the manager told Ray there was no order. That I didn't confirm the order. OUTRAGEOUS! The order WAS confirmed. Ray got furious and was yelling at the kid. He said I think I remember someone calling in something like that...turns out he was the shift manager. It was ten minutes maybe 15 minutes till Ray got there. There wasn't one soul in the restaurant. There was no cars in the parking lot. It was about 4:15 p.m. I called back and talked to the same person...I could tell his voice. He was the shift manager! Tyler I think was his name. He gave me a $20.00 credit to my phone number [protected]. I can't tell you Hamid angry I am!

On December 4th I ordered 2 pizzas as part of a celebration for my husband's birthday
I ordered 1 thin pepperoni and 1 pan pepperoni. I received two pan pepperoni pizzas with approximately 23 slices of pepperoni on each pizza. When I called the store they said they would send the new pizzas out they were corrected after I complained to the general manager thay the topping amount was unacceptable. We visit other Pizza Hut restaurants around the city and this is the only location that we consistently have problems with. It's accross the street but I would rather drive 5 miles down the road to the nearest Papa John's. This is absurd the amount of time I have spent on pizza.

I have been ordering pizza from this location for about 12 years now. They have delivered my pizza without any question. Today, I couldn't get a pizza. I was told that little, small town of Louisville, Kentucky was to dangerous to deliver to. I can't believe that me living beside the hospital downtown is to dangerous. Do you deliver downtown Chicago, New York, or anything? Do you guys deliver at all anymore. I felt discriminated against and I may contact my attorney.

I ordered a pizza for delivery on December 5th 2017. When the delivery person got here and she called me I told her that I would be right there I came to the door in exactly 2 minutes but she was gone. So I called her number 3 times but she did not answer. When I called the store she was already back somehow. So I ask to speak to a manager the manager was extremely rude and I got the sense that they never came to my door in the first place. When I told him about my problem as respectfully as possible, they yelled at me and asked me what they wanted me to do about it because they aren't going to do anything. I explained to them the issue and I asked them if they could send me a new pizza. When the new delivery person arrived he didn't even greet me or look me in the eye. Then when I opened my pizza box the pizza was extremely cold and not what I had asked for it was missing one of my toppings. I order from this Pizza Hut all the time and I am extremely disappointed in this service.how can you fix this?

Imagine how happy I was to see that I had enough points to receive a free large pizza. Imagine further how angry I was when I checked out and saw that you still required/demanded a minimum order of $12. Seriously? When is it enough for you people? $12 for a single person is too much ON TOP OF YOUR ALREADY REQUIRED $3.00 DELIVERY FEE. If I get a pizza for $7.99, I really don't need anything else and end up getting things that go to waste. I will not be ordering from you again. This is a scam. Either make your delivery charge $12 or drop the fee.

Regarding: Pizza Hut, 4811 Ridge Rd Suite #100 Douglasville, GA [protected])

I was over charged for my order and my pizza was cold after it arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late. The manager said all she could do is to credit my account for the overage to spend on my next purchase and that the pizza went out immediately after it came out of the oven so she can't see where the pizza would be cold. I asked who else I could speak to and she said that I could speak to her. She was the manager. I said I want to speak to someone other than you. Who is your superior? She said the general manager but they wouldn't be in until Monday. She would not give me anymore information about the GM. Not their name, not their contact number.

I was not happy with her attitude. She acted as if I was lying and the whole mess was my fault. I wasn't happy with the whole conversation. I am now a Special Ed teacher but I was in restaurants for a very long time and I would never have spoken to a customer the way I was spoken to and I would have offered some sort of restitution.

We had just gotten back into the habit of calling Pizza Hut again, we had been calling Marcos, but with this experience Pizza Hut has lost me once again as a customer.

I have recently told pizza hut quarters about a pizza hut complaint I had at my local pizza hut. After confronting the issue, I got an email saying they will send me a pizza coupon and how much they apologize. I never did get the coupon. It's been 1 month. And they said the coupon would arrive in 7 business days. Please email me at [protected]@yahoo.com to resolve my issue.

I called the local Pizza Hut in Fairview, OK to order my two kids their Book It reward personal pizzas at 6:00pm. I was informed that they were out of personal pizzas and they will not honor the Book It rewards which now disappointed a Kindergartener and a First Grader that were excited about being rewarded for learning to read. This is the second time out of the two times I have went to this Pizza Hut that they didn't have personal pan, stuffed crust, medium hand tossed pizzas. It is absolutely poor business practice to be incapable of ordering and preparing an adequate amount of stock. Pizza Hut is getting a bad name in this town and losing business to Hunt Bros. Pizza and Godfather Pizza. The next closest Pizza Hut is a 40 minutes away.

I was contacted by pizza hut over here in Houston Texas, and was offered a job, but while be offered the job i was told that they mess with the food and masterbate into the pizza sauce of rude customers. I have the texts of the conversation between the manager there, If there is anyways i can shoe those as proof. He told me that his name is bernard and he is 23 and is the manager at the deer park location on center street.

Restaurant was filthy, workers playing with their greasy hair, one worker had his has up his shirt scratching his back. I think thats pretty disgusting when preparing peoples food. Food arrived under cooked and cold. As I sat there I witnessed a party of 8 walk out because the establishment only had 8 cups in the store for fountain drinks. My table had 4 another table had two. They were served warm 20 oz. Bottles of Pepsi products. None the less I went to work today with stomach cramps and my three children ages 7, 9, 13 stood home from school because they were pissing out there [censor]. Thanks a lot. This restaurant should be closed before an elderly person dies from eating there.

Placed a order 12/2/17 at 830 2 hours later no pizza. keep in mind I had guest at my home. I called the call center and was told the pizza was on the way. I called back 30 minutes later and no one knows where my pizza is. When I called back I was told it is on the way and your pizza is free. The pizza was never delivered. I don't know what kind of service you call this.

So today I went and checked my bank account card balance and that's when I saw I had a negative balance. I looked under recent account activity and that's when I saw that my account was charged twice on the same day and this same location. The incident happened on November 17, 2017. The location this incident occurred at was PIZZA HUT, 5812, [protected], TN, 182. That is what I remember happening exactly that night. My desirable resolution of my complaint would be a full refund.

12/2/2017 I ordered online since the kids were starving. Over an hour passed and the order hadn't arrived so I called the store to get an update. The guy answered the phone and said, "since my driver is here, clearly your order isn't being delivered". Terrible service... I went into the store and talked to the manager and she made it seem like it's my fault, the driver was calling the wrong number. I've ordered from this store nearly 2 to 3 times a week. Not a place I will ever voluntarily give my money to again. Very bad service.

Does any more need to be said with those pictures. It is new in Sicklerville, nj. This was a poor quality from PizzaHut
How is it that a new facility send out such poor quality? Would it be such a place to have PizzaHut name attached? I have read a yelp review and i see this isn't the first complaint. Obviously, someone needs to go speak to the crew about sending piss poor food out to paying customers. Is this how i should be treated with such a crappy dry pizza?

Placed a order at 630 3 hours later no pizza no one knows where my pizza is. Total crap. Total of almostv $50 And nothing never again. When you call you talk to a call center and they place your order and then it's at the wrong location. I don't know what kind of business or customer service you have bit I would suggest changing it... I normally order pizza at work from you guys don't have a problem and that is in Sealy tx but I will not be ordering from there either. Waited 3 hours no food and it's to late to order pizza from Papa John's where I know my food would be delivered on time. My family worked there [censor] off today helping kids with cancer and just wanted to eat but NO your suck [censor] customer service [censor] that up. So now it's 900pm and I have a migraine that is so bad but I have to figure out food. Thanks alot for nothing

I called for carry out 12 wings and Alfredo pasta upgraded my breadsticks to cheese sticks 26.34. My husband picked it up he does not know what cheese sticks look like brought the wrong order home. I called the store back letting them know what happened and the manager got on the phone. She offered "Yesenia Ramirez "a credit for the next visit and I declined. Stating I would like the $2 back to the card. She said she was unable to process that. Only the manager can, I said how can you run a store without a manager? She said she was but was unable to process $2. I recommended to void the amount and process a new one she said it was a large amount and was not approved to to do it only a manager can. I asked can you call your manager for approval she said no. With no other solutions provided to me! I told her I would write a complaint on the store she said ok! At this point it is redundant that this store was not able to refund $2 for a mistake they made.I do not care about $2 but where is the responsibility in this store? I hope Pizza Hut is able to refund any amount the next time they make a mistake! Ticket#0098
