Pizza Hut customer service

I order my food around 9:30 on June 27, 2017. The lady who took my order was wonderful. When my food gotten to my apartment was cold. I ask for a remake and the General Manager said my stuff was getting make. Now it's almost midnight and my food never was replaced. Pizza Hut employees

We ordered 2 medium pan pizzas wings and bread sticks in a dinner box. They call us back to tell us that they were out of pan so we had to get something else. We asked for the large pan then. So they tell us we could get 1 pan and the rest of what we ordered instead of comping us since they were out. I order from this same pizza hut on the regular through the app. After tonight the app will be deleted. We went ahead and ordered from dominos instead. I love your pizza but that move was crap... Goodbye!

Pizza Hut delivery driver and manager

I ordered a 2 liter but received a 20 oz, and my order total was 16.58 but I didn't have change and the lady shorted me and wasn't gonna say anything. I said wasn't I supposed to get change back besides 2 dollars and she said "we don't carry change" i've never known that but I was just like so what am supposed to do about my change and she throws at dollar at me. I call the store and the manager doesn't sound willing to assist me with even my soda being wrong. I don't have a vehicle but live literally 2 mins from the store and he tells me I have to order something else (equaling 12$ + 3$ delivery fee when a soda is only 3$ itself) in order to get my 2 liter and doesn't even say anything about the lady throwing money at me i'm pissed and will continue to tell people it to eat here until my issue is resolved the customer service in catoosa is trash they need to get it together

Pizza Hut product

Hi my name is Rosemarie and I recently had a party at my house we ordered pizza wings and Bread sticks we had about 15 boxes of pizza 8 orders of bread sticks and like 100 wings my complaint today is my food came on time but when we checked the pizza some of was burnt some where wrong and even undercooked my wing order was wrong and breadstick burnt not good for business.

Pizza Hut hilltop pizza hut

My dine in experience was very short as soon as I saw one of your workers smoking marijuana from her pipe in her car. This is the hilltop dine in restaurant and honestly I'm appalled that you would allow this is your parking lot. Then to go and get behind the counter while under the influence is completely unprofessional. Please fix this. I enjoy bringing my family to this pizza hut but not if someone is clearly abusing substances while on the clock.

Pizza Hut online order pick up

Ordered a pizza online it said ready in 20 minuets I get there at exactly 10:20 and they had already locked doors and cancelled my order the lobby doesn't close until 10:30 so I should have gotten my pizza and when I got to the door to get my pizza the guy looked at me and walked away from the counter to the back as if I was not standing there I feel very disrespected and embarrassed and will at Pizza Hut again Sincerely a ex loyal customer

Pizza Hut fees for pizza covered by corporate office/unhelpful customer service

We received 2 coupons from your corporate office because of the poor service in the past at this location. We used one and had no fees charged. We tipped the driver. We went to use the 2nd one and they charged us a $3.25 convenience fee. My son had money for the tip and nothing for the "fee" we were not expecting. The driver almost left because (my son is 9) my son said he only had the $4 tip money. A neighbor saw this outside and paid the driver the fee and he also got a $4 tip. We called to complain and got the run around and rude rep that would not give the managers name (I found out it is david) but no other info. We are lived to be honest. The pizza came with barely any meat and we ordered double meat on the pizza. Here are the pictures of the pizza and the receipt. I want this resolved. We will not order again if not. There are too many other options. This needs to be made right.

Pizza Hut pizza and wings

They are the worst employees never have they gotten my order ready plus last visit they give my pizzas and wings to another customer and the customer brings them back and they give me the same pizzas and wings that he returned after he took them home already and they wer cold old and look like they were made atleast a hour ahead of time there the worst and rude and they didn't even apologize and admitted to giving us the same pizzas

Pizza Hut nasty product

I ask for lots and heavy sauce. Your cook poured uncooked sauce on top of my cooked pizza, yes over the dame cheese then had the nerve to ask my hunger family to wait 20 more minutes for a redo are you crazy. I paid for them to put it on Facebook while my family made ugly, disgusting faces and remarks about your store on Atlanta hwy in Montgomery, $15.38 doen the drain.
Nasty uncooked, raw, sloppy, ugly you have done bad but this the worst ever. Yes, this take the cake. I will be driving to Prattville or wetumpka for pizza.i need a refund!. Even my puppy turned it down!

You asked for lots of heavy sauce and you got it.
I don't know what dame cheese means.
You should not feed pizza to your puppy in any case.

Pizza Hut 2 pizzas

Ordered 2 pizzas neither had all the ingredients that were requested and both were undercooked. Called to have the issue fixed and was continually transferred to a busy line then disconnected. Was promised a manager would get back to me when i called the store and it never happened. Horrible customer service and zero resolution so far in over 3 weeks.

Pizza Hut wings

There should be proper advice provided for the wings! If I had been told over the phone that there was a scale provided via hotness, I would have had an idea! We were told by a cashier that she had never tried them, so we unknowingly subjected ourselves to ridiculously hot wings by delivery order! If I had known, I'd have ordered myself, as well as my boyfriend who loves hot wings, the mild version!

Pizza Hut my food

I order @10:50 told me it'll be 30 mins.. got here an hour late food was cold it wasn't even what i ordered i got 2 8piece hot boneless these people gave me honey barbecue an some type of knock off parmesean garlic that look already aten off of the bread sticks were hard cinnamon sticks were too asked for pepperoni an got bacon instead🤦🏽‍♀️👎🏽👎🏽

Pizza Hut overall experience

It's Saturday night and my husband and I decided to order pizza so we could relax and not have to leave the comfort of our home after a hard week working our tails off. We get on your website to order bc that's how we get the special. We finally figure out how to do half and half pizza and wings with much struggling and are ready to check out when the website absolutely won't let us. It just won't. Fast forward past us trying to create an account sign in as guest etc to me calling the store. I had to holdnwhich is to be expected bc it's Saturday night. The first guy who answered told me that they keep telling I.T. but they don't do anything about it. He didn't apologize and he didn't seem to care that we just spent over 30 mins wasting our time. As I begin telling him my order he put me on hold in the midst of my order! I hung up. So mad. I am a manager a Chipotle and I am very understanding of the industry but that was ridiculous. I call back and a different guy answers who sounds much more upbeat and helpful. I was hoping he was the manager but he was not. I was put on hold for another 4 minutes and 30 seconds to speak to "Alex". Alex apologized but he wasn't easy to understand. He ordered my pizza but argued with me on the pricing and tried to charge me MORE than the total on the website he was quoting me 26 something and arguing that the pizza was 13ish. Ok if he is a manager why does he not know the most beneficial way to ring up an already upset guest's order? I was literally calling from my husbands phone and looking at the price on my own phone but Alex was arguing! I would have already taken care of a guest in my restaurant to ensure their return. By the end he was trying to fix it and not even communicating with me to tell me what he was doing. It was just silence. So i told him in the most diplomatic way I could muster that I wasn't interested in giving him my business and that I hoped he could find a solution to his issue. He was saying something as I hung up I didn't even care to listen anymore. In the end we ordered dominos online and got the same pizza and wings with no problem for 19.99. Now I don't know if the pizza will be as good, you have a great product pizza hut! But without customer service and taking care of your people, the product is irrelevant. I hope i can bring awareness.

Pizza Hut quality of service

Yes I ordered pizza earlier today my pizza was not cooked properly it was doing at a piece of hair in it my husband came to pick it up the lady was there to was rude to him so I want to make a complaint about that I called the store they decide they suggest for me to bring the pizza back up there for them so they can change it out okay I live for I was in the area of my kids was hungry and we stop by there I'm not going to go way back over there to bring a pizza I need someone to contact me at [protected] please thank you

I order a pizza today my husband came and picked it up got here my kids telling me that was doing what you was piece of hair was in the food I called up there to speak with someone the message was too busy come to the phone they told me to bring a piece of back up there the thing is it all therefore I was in the area to get my kids for food I need someone to contact me at [protected] concerning this matter and also the manager there earlier she was very rude

Pizza Hut online/customers service

To whom it may concern,
On 6/22/18, at approximately 1730 I attempted several times to complete a online delivery, special $5.99 one large pizza. I was unsuccessful in all of my attempts to purchase, this special. However when I attempt to purchase a regular price item I was successfully. I contacted the local Pizza Hut (Jamaica, NY location) in an effort to resolve the issue. I spoke with someone who identified themselve as the manager (Umme) the individual (who appeared female) stated she would be unable to assist me and refuse to honor the special. The individual also told me other customer reported the system error, with the special but they are receiving other online orders. The manager also stated I should wait and try back in ten or twenty minutes. I proceeded with my order. However, I feel that this is poor customer service practice.

Pizza Hut didn't want to return my money

I made an order online. The choice was pepperoni and sausage when picked up only sausage they said they wouldnt refund my whole money why not if I didnt longer want the pizza? Why was I made to pay for something I wasn't happy with? And if refunded only 3 dollars credit? I believe that was not a good way to work out my order. I guess we dont get to ask what we want anymore.

I went online to order a pizza after I order and paid for it I called to change my order cause they had a deal and two large pizza for 5 .99 the same price as the medium they [censored] manager had a bad attitude and told me I couldn't change it then I processed to go in the store and ask for the store manager and she had a bad attitude and refuse to talk to me she sent the [censored] to speak with me I would never order from them again at 400 Main Street baker la 70714

Good Morning,

I have a Pizza Hut account and had placed the above online order. I reached the location at 11.00 am. That's when the person tells me that they are out of "chicken topping" and it would take 10-15 minutes. I preferred to wait.

Finally I get the pizza at 11:30am, after waiting for 30 minutes. They could have called and notified me since my phone number was given while placing the order.

After reaching home I notice that the pizza was totally different (please see picture enclosed).

First, it was fried chicken topping instead of grilled chicken. I was not told that they were putting fried chicken as the topping. Was only told it would take 10-15 minutes for preparing.

Second, I had ordered garlic parmesan sauce but instead they put marinara sauce. I can surely make out the difference because I order pizzas with garlic parmesan sauce on a regular basis and also I don't like marinara sauce.

Third, I saw that the cook preparing the pizza had no hand gloves on. I believe that this is a mandatory thing according to Health Dept in all food chains.

I was a regular customer at this location but I am terribly disappointed!

Look forward to hear from you on what you will be doing to fix this.

Pizza Hut pizza order

On June 22, I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 with pork sausage, jalapeños, light sauce and the other double pork sausage, light sauce. If you see my account with Pizza Hut, it shows I order light sauce. I called them about my order, transferred to a manager and he basically said, he had made them himself and they did not have sauce like I was saying. When I asked them that I could send a picture, call was disconnected or they hung up. Felt that he was saying I was a liar. I'm attaching a picture of what my pizza looked like. Pizza Hut customer service

Ordered a pizza online at 1015 e brakerln, austin, tx, received an email it would be ready 15-25 mins. When I first checked it wasn't ready. Had my mom pick it up but when she got home with it, 2 mins away, it looked like an old pizza, probably one somebody ordered and didn't pick it up. I ordered a pepperoni and beef the beef tasted like sausage or pork substitute, it was not beef... It was dry, the cheese was dried up, had no garlic rub on the crust as I requested. When my mom returned it and ask for her money back, the rude cashier said he couldn't give her her money back. She had paid with her debit card, so she left the pizza on the counter and told them she was gonna dispute the charge. When I heard this I called and ask for the manager and some guy said he was the manager, who was basically told me I wasn't getting a refund, have a great day and hung up the phone. The fat guy who sold the pizza told my mom the manager was a lady, so who was this guy, probably the other man who was there at the time she returned the pizza. I can't believe this is what they call "good customer service". A customer should be satisfied with their food and if not, gladly offer a refund or at the customer's request. I took a picture of the pizza and will post it to every online complaint/review of this pizza hut location so customers will know don't order from here, they have bad customer service and their pizzas are not fresh (at least mine wasn't) or maybe they sell/deliver customers old stale pizzas that customers order and didn't pick up. It this has to be heard in small claims court, it will because if this is piza huts customer satisfaction policy, consumers need to hear about it.
