Pizza Hut customer service

I went to go pick up a pie from location in Augusta Georgia in Georgetown when I approached the cashier to let her know I was going to pick up my pizza she asked me to wait she was busy so I'm in there for like 10 minutes waiting for the order that I called in then she turned around and looked at me and went in the back and started washing dishes I had to yell to the back and ask one of the cooks to look my order up that person was quite friendly although they were short-staffed but it wasnt busy and she had no reason to ignore me. She was very rude and obnoxious her customer skills are very poor I can honestly say I would never purchase pizza from that location ever again.. and that is not the first time I've experienced that the only reason why I went to this location because it's near my home but I rather ride 6 miles in the other direction to another local Pizza Hut

Pizza Hut service

I am not one to complain about things but I was at the pizza hut in Starkville MS and we were not taken care of at all. Our waitress did not tell us about any specials or anything and acted like she didn't want to even take our order and the sad part we drove over thirty minutes to eat there being we don't have a pizza hut in the town we live in. I really wished we had one there. But they closed it. So we have to drive thirty minutes to eat pizza

Pizza Hut health concerns

I was at Pizza Hut in Lamar, MO on Friday about 4:55. I ordered our drinks, then a large Pizza and bread sticks. I was sitting down and looked over to see a waitress and a cook at the far booth. She was standing in the booth seat braiding his hair in the dining area. As I got up, he clocked in and I asked to cancel my order, because this was a health issue. I offered to pay for my drink, but the young lady said NO. So, I emailed the Pizza Hut to let them know. I called on Saturday at 11:00 to speak to management. The young lady got on the phone and defended her cook and told me he was not on the clock yet. No, he was not on the clock, but he was wearing a Pizza Hut uniform and I was not sure if they were working until I saw him go to the registers and clock in. I am amazed with the way this store is being handled and then the way she responded to me on the phone. There is a bathroom, car or even outside to fix hair. I have mentioned this situation to several people and all of them are concerned about health issues. I really would like to be assured that this will be taken care of, because it does not sound like it has or will be by this manager. Thank you. I will be in touch with the health department also.

Pizza Hut got 2 mediums instead of the 2 large specials.

My husband and I are disabled and we don't go out much. I called and ordered the 2 large 2 toppings for $7.99 a piece. I made my order and it was suppose to be here in 30 minutes. It took an hour. My husband open the boxes and the pizza were cold. We ate them anyway. Well that was on 10/5/2017 and we had left overs today. I saw the commercial this evening and realized that the pizzas we ordered were medium and not large. I called customer service and was hung up on. So I called back and spoke with someone else. The lady I spoke with said there was nothing she could do because we didn't call on 10/5/2017. I tried to explain that we don't eat much and we had just finished up the pizza. She got snotty and said well you should have called on the night you ordered them. So I said may I speak with a supervisor, she said she was a supervisor and there's nothing she could do. Not even an apology. Very sad way to treat customers customers of 50 years.

Pizza Hut pizza hut fair lakes, fairfax, va

I have emailed whom I believe tinge the regional Pizza Hut manager for area code 22033, and while her helped me out one time by given me a credit for a free large pizza, this Pizza Hut - I belie8 - is under-staffed, or there is some other managerial issue!

While I prefer Pizza Hut over Dominos, I habe switches to Dominos because this particular store reoeatedly got.y order wrong, and their managers barely gave me a couple of dollars of credit,
. At a bare minimum, a quality control representative is need to check orders before they go out for delivery

Until something changes, I will remain loyal to my local Dominos - who can at least get my order correct!

Pizza Hut proper clothing while cooking pizzas.

I called in my order for pickup. I entered the restaurant through the front door. I walked directly to the cashier to pickup my order.

Directly behind the cashier in clear view was a male cook with his pants completely below his buttocks. His under ware was gray and his but was in clear view.

There is a city ordinance banning the exposure of what I have described above.

The manager was standing behind the counter and could see as well as all the customers in the establishment.

I do not feel this is appropriate for cooking food of any kind.

I do not feel it is acceptable out in public and especially not for someone cooking my food.

I will be taking my business to Domino's due to the low standards that are in place at this Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut very poor service and poor customer service

I ordered 2 pizzas from your purists location in cleveland ohio. I waited over an hour and still no pizza I have been ordering from this location for years. I usually pick up my order but this time I had just worked a 13 hr shift and did not feel like driving. But after an hour I called your location and they told me that my order was not made do to the fact of a incorrect phone number. But they had still charged my card. Then I asked them what a phone number has to do with an online order they tell me safety for driver. I smell [censor]. Then the manager tells me that there is nothing else he can do for me. So I told him to make my pizza and I would 0ick it up because obviously I have to do his job as well. I want my money refunded and compensated for the inconvenience.

Pizza Hut customer care at the state bridge in alpharetta location

We ordered a reward pizza and another pizza on the mobile application. The app disappeared and then I pulled it up again and completed the order. The order was delivered incorrectly . When I called the store [protected] to discuss the issue because the app was a problem resulting in an incorrect order, I asked the person on the phone what her name was and she hung up. My husband called back to speak with the store manager Stefan and he was curt and did not display customer care. We have been ordering pizza from this location for 5 years . I have never experienced such rude behavior. Is this indicative of Pizza Hut?

Pizza Hut everything

I called the pizza hut closest to me which is on Edgefield street in Greenwood s.c.. Firstly I kept trying to explain the special and asked if they had any other specials she didn't know so I just got 2 mediums for 6.99. The girl on the phone got my orde4 but I asked her about what toppings were on what and I got 12 garlic park wings, a medium meat lovers, a med bacon chicken parmesan, and a brownie. She said 45 mins well I would say it was am hour and a half close to 2 hours and the pizza still wassnt there. So I called and checked on it the girl was hard to understand but she said she was gonna track it and so she put me on hold for a long time.so long that I was still holding when I opened up my door cause my food had arrived.then the wings were plain not garlic parmesan the meat lovers was a little dark and the chick bacon parmesan had no tomatoes and that to me is the best part. I DECIDED then ok it's no big deal I worked as a manager in a restaurant I know how it is. Then I called yesterday which was 2 days after I after my previous experience but pizza hut is the only place that will deliver to my area and we were having a party amd so i need them to deliver. Well I call and they tell me that they no longer deliver to my area . When i asked to speak to the manager I was given the run around. I've always loved pizza hut but I am very upset and I really don't understand what changed over two days.

Pizza Hut pizza

I ordered 2 pizzas from your Gig Harbor store tonight. One was mushroom & bacon the other pepperoni and sausage. There was a piece of what appears to be bone on one of the slices and I discovered it only after biting down on it. This was made doubly uncomfortable by the fact that I had endodontic surgery last week and still have stitches in my mouth.

Pizza Hut delivery in fort collins.

Tonight we ordered two med pizzas, breadsticks and wings. When the order didn't come in an hour (told it would be 30 mins) we called back. They informed us that the driver had called, not gotten a response and drove away. No phone call came in, but that's fine. We told them we'd be waiting downstairs when they came back. 30 minutes later, we called again. Same story. This time, they sent the driver home. By this time, we'd wasted an hour and a half, but we still asked if we could come pick up the pizza ordered. Apparently, that wasn't okay either. I will never go back. Shame on pizza hut!

Pizza Hut 2 liter soda & cookie

My name is Candice Giles and I ordered from Pizza Hut 2020 Bolton Road at around 11:17 October 6th 2017 and I ordered a large pepperoni pizza two orders of regular fries a cookie and a 2 L soda. I did not receive neither the cookie or the drink and then she called and let me know that there was no more soda of my choice and she's supposed to be bringing back the soda and the cookie and I tried to call her back, I received no answer. I am so tired of this store doing so poorly, but it's the only one nearby and I don't have a vehicle to drive to another one. If people don't want to work then just quit I understand they need people to work but this is ridiculous! And then on top of that the previous time I ordered I ordered a cookie they didn't have anymore but they failed to contact me and let me know so I could have chosen something else.

Pizza Hut website is faulty!

The $7.99 commercial for delivery is a joke! I ordered 2 extra toppings as advertised in the commercial and the total for my order was $11.86. Fine!
Then my order was refused because site said that the minimum order amount for delivery is $9.99! WHAT? I might not be a math whiz but I am pretty sure that $11.86 is greater than $9.99! I'm going back to Dominos!

Pizza Hut service was worst i've ever experienced...

I ordered a chicken alfredo pasta online from the Pizza Hut 14505 LA 44 Gonzales LA. 70737. It took them almost 2 hours to fill my order. There were already other people waiting there for over an hour complaining when we arrived. After the whole ordeal I called and asked the mananger for her supervisor's phone number so I could complain. She told me she didn't have a number for her supervisor and when I called [censor], she hung up on me. This [censor] needs to lose her [censor] job! That store is a complete cluster[censor]. And the manager is an arrogant, useless [censor]. Furthermore, I will no longer do business with Pizza Hut again. If this is how you operate, I'll go to Dominoes next time. The managers name is Laura. And I expect her to be terminated.

Pizza Hut service received

We visited youe sault ste marie michigan location on the 4th and it was nothing but a terrible experience. When we got there they left us sitting at the table for 15 min with no menus or drinks until my husband got up and got them himself. We ordered 2 apps and 2 medium pizzas at 6:05 the apps came quickly but the pizza didnt arrive until 7:15 we watched 3 tables who got there after us get the food eat and leave. During are very long wait the waitress brought us 2 pizzas that were.other tables then when she knew we were upset she told us that if we wanted to pay for the stuff we already had and leave that was ok. This is the worst customer service i have ever had and will not be returning.

I am not pleased with the type of service I have been receiving lately from this company. Last night I ordered food, that they sent 2 hours late, delivered to the wrong house, kept hanging up on me, I wanted a refund couldn't get it and then they sent cold food. It was late so I had to warm It up and serve it to my kids. NEVER AGAIN will I order from pizza hut

Pizza Hut I am complaining about cheesy veggie and cheesy garlic

Hi dear, first of all I want to complaint about the worst customer service which I received when I entered the store I was standing next to their checkout for about 2 minutes. No one came to attend me they were just talking, laughing and just staring at me as I have committed a crime by entering the store . Then I got these pizzas cheesy veggie and cheesy garlic . First of all they are over cooked and bit burnt and then this cheesy veggie pizza doesn’t have any veggies at all. I am attaching the picture. So that you can see. My house is almost 5 kilometre from the shop . I have traveled all the way to get this pizza with my only 2 months daughter. I hope you will take some action. I’m really disappointed and I’ll never go to Pizza Hut again.

Pizza Hut pizza

I ordered delivery. I live in the basement so I cannot hear the door all the way upstairs. So my sister placed an order for me and acccidentally gave them her number on the order instead of mine. She made two orders and the other order had my number listed. So they called me and said that the delivery driver was there and no one was answering. So I let the individual know i believe her name was Michelle. She had a attitude with me. Then she told me the delivery driver would be back in a min. So I stood there and waited for him. He he walked up and had a unpleasant look on his face. He asked me to sign receipt and i was unsure where to sign so I asked. He told me it's just like every other restraunt you sign right here in a very unpleasant tone. I let him know he didnt need to have that kinda attitude towards me. He then complained that he had to wait 10 min. I explained to him that I did not hear the door from where I was at in the house. He then handed my pizza and walked off. I NEVER complain to companies because I understand people can make mistakes. Then I go to eat my pizza and it's not cooked all the way. I called the manager about the rude employee before I tried the pizza so I wasn't aware at that time that the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. I really don't appreciate one being disrespected by a Pizza Hut employee and I don't appreciate spending my money and not having a pizza thats cooked. I will not be buying anything else from this Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut management, service, and the food

My husband and I went to the Pizza Hut in Cary, NC and had the worst experience. We ordered two personal pan pizzas, cheese sticks, and two drinks. The only thing we ate was the cheese sticks and drank our drinks. We were eating in the dining area. The personal pan pizzas were burnt and the cheese smelled bad. We asked for a refund for the pizzas. The manager Jacob was willing to give us a refund in the beginning but when he found out that we paid cash instead of using a card he would not give it back to us. We sent the pizzas back and didn't even eat them. So we ended up paying for something that we didn't even get. That is stealing in my opinion and very bad for business. We have been trying to contact the corporate office every since this happened on October 1, 2017. When we tried to talk to Jacob the manager he went to the back of the store and would not come back out and talk to us. We did not even get an apology from anyone but a guy that had only been there for two days. They were very unsanitary. Handling trash, eating, and sneezing into their hands then going to make pizzas without washing their hands. Something needs to be done about this store. We would still like to get our money back.

Pizza Hut pizza, rotten tomatoes, & burnt pizza with hardly any cheese, terrible sour tasting wings

Brought wrong wings out, burnt pizza &, hardly any cheese, wrong wings that came out wasnt the ones we ordered. Sick with diarrhea & in stomach after eating there.. Packed up paid left ASAP. StanleyRonaldLightcapJr disabled Army veteran/ worst pizza hut experience food ever. Good waitress; extremely dissatisfied from rotted tomatoes, burnt pizza, hardly any cheese. Brought out wrong wings, and the honey barbeque sauce was terrible. Gabe me pains in stomach, constant diarrhea afterwards. Sick in stomach. Thank you. For caring.
