Pizza Hut pizza we ordered last night.

I had last eaten Pizza Hut pizza about a year ago. Last night my husband asked me to order a Supreme and I ordered a cheese with some additional toppings. Both in pan crust. Also requested extra sauce. Did not receive the extra sauce, in fact there was hardly any sauce at all. The crust was totally different from the last time we ordered a year ago. It was terrible and tough. The pizzas had no taste. I ate one piece and tossed the rest. These two pizzas cost us 34.00 plus tip. We are on Social Security only. I would like a refund.

Pizza Hut product

This morning I ordered a larger 2 topping pizza and cheese Bread sticks. The pizza was dry and cold pizza slices were all over tye place and the cheese sticks were burnt. This is very unacceptable especially since I placed the order before the pizza hut opened. This location should be shut down indefinitely. This isn't the first complaint and will not be the last. Check Google reviews for proof.

Pizza Hut pizza

I ordered pizza on July 1 and it took almost 1 hour and 30 minutes for the pizza to arrive. Once it did arrive I notice that my pizza was not done. It was doughy and the toppings were cold. The second pizza appeared to be a plain cheese pizza cooked with the chicken thrown on top afterwards. It was a disgusting sight. So i contacted the store to be told that they would remake my pizza but it would take an additional 90 minutes to be delivered. The manager was rude & not sympathetic and claimed that she in fact made the pizza, placed it bck in the oven because she notice it wasnt completely done. I requested a refund due to her attitude and her unwillingness to apologize. And was sent to corporate. Submitted a complaint the same day and have yet to hear anything back ...today's the 15th of July

Pizza Hut food quality

I've ordered twice in the last 2 1/2 weeks from my pizza hut near me on the first occasion my pizza was delivered so dried out and burnt I threw it in the garbage the second time which was today 7/14 I ordered cheese sticks and a pepperoni pizza again they both were delivered dried out and burnt I called the store which is at 4350 66th st n in St Petersburg, Florida talked to a guy named Mark who was so rude I couldn't believe it.I spent almost 17.00 dollars and he said he'd give me 8.00 in credit half of what I spent. As I said this is twice this has happened in the last 2 1/2 weeks! I will no longer order from pizza hut any more not with the quality of the food and rude treatment of customers! Cheryl Moser

Pizza Hut service

I want to make a complaint regarding services provided in pizza hut kluang mall.
There are different tables provided n still empty but however as soon as i arrive n want to reserve for 10 people, they claim they cant arrange the tables cause it will cause discomfort. N they ask me to wait for minutes. Howver when i asked how many minutes shall i wait for, they say they dont know. Cant they estimate the time? Im so dissapointed. It seems like they dont even welcome their customer. Do take action.

I had a 50% off on pizza coupon for being a member. I went to my email and ordered. I ask the girl at window why my coupon wasn't taken off the price of my order. All she said we are trying to fix our online problems. Handed me my pizza and shut the window. She said you paid on line so nothing we can do now. The first two times I ordered pizza online they messed up my order and I didn't complain but I'm thinking of not using online ordering anymore. To many times I get home dissatisfied. This is at the Syracuse Indiana Pizza Hut. I'm only complaining today because they keep messing up orders from online and not trying to make it right.

Pizza Hut order

Hello I made a order for delivery and I never gotten it. I had to call corporate to figure out the problem.pizza hut switch my order to carry out without informing me. I'm seeing when i can get my refund back. Next time I would like to get a call if they switching it instead of me waiting all night. I'm seeing if you could help me out with the next order for the convenience .

Pizza Hut pizza hut

I place a order for a large pizza with two topping, wings, dessert, and a soft drink. And this was the worst pizza I every had from my local branch. My kids did not want to eat it. The pizza was cold with no sauce. I order a Pepsi and the delivery guy brought a hot Diet Pepsi. I'm so disappointed my kids look forward to pizza Friday and this is the second time this happened. I called customer service and they transferred me over to the store and no one picked up

Pizza Hut unsanitary conditions - health issue

on July 12, 2018 my family and I went to eat at the Pizza Hut located at 6630 San Pedro Ave, San Antonio, Texas 78213. [protected]. there was a sign on the door advising "Excuse our dust - we are renovating our restaurant". We thought nothing of it and sat down to eat. we had just started eating when a few men starting moving a soda cooler and supplies to the dining area and they proceeded to start to wipe down the floor and then applying grouting to the floor. At this point we stopped to actually take notice of the condition of the restaurant. there were areas with construction tape as well as bottom walls covered with plywood and some walls missing base board and an opening that had a visual of the kitchen.
I have to say that i LOVE Pizza Hut immensely, but today i got sick to my stomach watching the guys grout. I own my own catering company in addition to working for a Designer Cement Tile company. My daughter works at a competitor food chain. we both know the health restrictions. with that knowledge and common sense we know you do not do construction around food. we could not complete our dinner. i spoke with the manager at this time and advised of our concern. he agreed with us regarding the health code violations and was very embarrassed and stated he was only doing what he GM ordered him to do. i inquired as to how many days this has been going on and how many complaints he has received. he said a few, and a few. i asked for the number to Corporate office. He was very courteous. I believe that this matter needs to be looked into and stopped. the store should be closed during construction of any kind. i was disgusted. needless to say i left with a headache and my grand kids with coughs. If your Corporate office does not look into this and put a stop to it immediately then maybe the health department and the local news station should be called notified. The GM and DM of this location should be ashamed of themselves for putting the customers health in danger and ruining our dining experience.

Pizza Hut your reward program

I tried to redeem my points online. Was told that I needed to have an order total of $9.00 for del. This is not a reward program but a SCAM. You can keep your reward program. You have lost a customer for life. As if you care. This is just a bunch of BIG corporate BS. Oh yea when I tried to submit my complaint I was told it was to short. This just what I am talking about. Be asured that I will tell everyone that I come in contact with about PIZZA HUT the corporate machine that could care less about it customers. Thank GOD that I live in the USA and have the choice as to who I spend my money with. It will not be with Pizza Hut or any of its of holdings.

Pizza Hut no delivery/ no response and I paid online

I did a online order for delivery and never got my food or a call. I wasn't able to reach the store when I called several times and got the call center. My order was saying" preparing the order" I ordered at 6:48 pm and the location closed at 11:00. I realized that the pizza was not arriving @ 10:30 by checking online for the store hours. Which resulted in a bad alternative for another delivery for dinner. 6 hours plus waiting..

Pizza Hut service charge

Hadn't been to Pizza Hut in a while. Not too happy with dominoes so I thought I'd try Pizza Hut again. Seems in California you've added a service charge, or should we just call it what it is, an added tax. There's so many pizza places in California don't do this, I see no reason to put up with it. The pizza was alright, but why you think you can just arbitrarily add another cost to it is something I don't want to put up with. I won't be returning to Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut employee behavior

Hi,
My name is Magdely Benavides and I am writing this complaint about the employees at the Pizza Hut in Garland. I called Pizza Hut on June.12 getting closer to about 8 pm. Immediately I was put on hold without actually even being greeted on the phone. I am 2 mins into holding and since I only live about 5 mins from this Pizza Hut I decided to stop by thinking maybe they're just that busy. And actually no it seemed extremely slow. I still put my order in and I noticed the employee pick up the phone to serveral calls coming in and set them all on hold. Without even saying anything to them. Also she was arugung with the other employee there. I am so sad this happened because I do love Pizza Hut more than dominos. But looks like I might have to change pizza places.

I used to live in a room in an Orlando apartment with an assistant manager of a pizza hut in Kissimmee Florida by the name of Jennifer Johnson. I left there at the end of October partly because of all of the loud fighting with her boyfriend Christopher Rapose. when I left there with no damage or owed rent (I alway's paid on time and I have the receipts) they told me to piss off in a text which I still have after I inquired about returning my security deposit.

Pizza Hut buffet experience and bathroom issue

My family ate tonight at union sc location. The pizza was not out at 6 for buffet we had to wait 20 mins. Then the floor around the buffet was wet, i slipped and almost fell. It took that for them to attempt to mop it up. The WORST part was taking my 4 year old daughter to the bathroom. When washing her hands i turned on cold only ..the water was scalding hot! She burned her hand in the 2 seconds it tooj to remove them from the water. I fvised the night manager who informed me that they already aware of the water problem... When i questioned him about why signs arent up he seemed clueless! It wasnt until after my daughter got hurt that he took and put a sign up. He never asked if she was okay. He called the GM who told him she was aware of the issue and blamed it on kids playing with the water tap under the sink. Which i dont believe. We will never return! Im outraged they had no clue and no concern.

Pizza Hut payment and food received

I called in an order on 07/11/18 - Everything was fine with the call but once I got to the Pizza Hut #026377 on 4169 Hwy 278/Covington, GA 30014 I pulled to the window to pay for the order. The rep Selena asked me to enter my pin then insisted that I sign the receipt. I advised that if I enter my pin it was processed as a debit and there is no need for me to sign the receipt also. She kept insisting that I sign it then left the window to get Vanessa (manager) who also insisted that I sign it. She would not let me talk and kept over talking me.

Please make sure that this store is aware how to properly process payments as it will make for a better customer experience {Unlike credit and charge cards, payments using a debit card are immediately transferred from the cardholder's designated bank account, instead of them paying the money back at a later date.}

Lastly I paid $2 for extra cheese (which was only on one side of the pizza) and that side only had a few pieces of meat on it. I paid an extra $1 for Pan and it was not pan! I also ordered wings which were half cooked.

This type of experience leaves a bad taste in your mouth (literally) about your products and definitely the service.

The receipt shows it was processed as debit and if I order from here again I will not be signing a receipt and entering my pin!

Pizza Hut product quality and delivery

I have ordered 3 times recently from the PH in Hampton, Va.Gumwood and Mercury Blvd.Phone # [protected].The first time was for pick up.We arrived and pizza was ready.Later at home we discovered they did not put marinara on pizza, that went in the trash.We are forgiving people.We just excused it as an accident and ate left overs.But…..have since ordered and they claim they cannot find our addresse, so no food delivered.The last time was tonight...again.I had turned my phone volume down because of so many scammer calls and im ill and had been up since 100 A.M.I checked my calls because time went by with no delivery.Called and they said could not find and would not deliver but I could pick up.I cancelled and called Dominoes and got the same amount of food for $13.00 less.Ive lived in this area for 40 years and was a loyal PH customer...YOU WERE THE BEST!But ive seen so many PH restuarants close.Thought it was just a smart business decision.I was wrong.I know what the issue is.This area has been changing for some time.Youd probably be best to if you want prosper once again and have quality food to serve to vacate this whole region.So long...….

Pizza Hut pizza hut employees

I left a number to be reach at when I place an order online for my children. I left my mother's number if they had a hard time to find the house they told me it would take about 30mins to 45mins it was over a hour and half so I called back and ask what happen they said they threw it in the trash and I ask why he told me he call my number back and no answer I ask him how many times he said once. So I said I didn't receive a call also I was at work so I left a number where u guys could reach my mom they never called her or anything so I ask could they send it back out they said they had to charge me again I ask why he said cause he threw the pizza away. Then got smart and ask did I want it or not so I ask for corporate number he said they didn't have one and hing up in my ear that was the most disrespectful thing from a restaurant that I have ever been apart of.. That was a disgrace to me and my family. Btw the manager name was chris in toano,

Pizza Hut food and the way they make it

I was in the store located in las vegas on boulder hwy and flamingo and i already had a credit for a pan pizza cause it had no cheese on it so i went in tonight to get the credit with 2 more pans and all 3 had no CHEESE again i asked to speak to mgr he wasnt even in uniform and said he was mgr on duty and gave me a credit for 3$ i think that is really wrong they treated me that way when i spent way more then 3$ i would like a general mgr to contact me asap thank you

Pizza Hut kent, oh site will not issue a refund for us under food poisoning

Hello,

My friend and I ordered a large mushroom pizza with half chicken and half pepperoni last night at the kent/brady lake location in ohio. We finished the entire pizza and didn't find out till early morning that we got food poisoning and I was vomiting constantly from 3 am to 11 am. It's 9 pm now and i'm finally able to eat solids.

The management at 1715 oh-59, kent, oh 44240 is requesting that we return the pizza in question in order to get a refund for the entire pizza we vomited up last night. It's not like we knew that this pizza was going to give food poisoning until we were both asleep. So I requesting a refund to whoever can help us because that is ridiculous!

Pizza Hut delivery driver smoking marry jane in my driveway

I come back from going to the store for groceries to find a female in my driveway smoking Marry Jane in her red car. I asked her if she was lost she said she was looking for another address. I asked her for her name and if she was out on a delivery. She said her name was Chrystal Tucker and she said yes I work for Pizza Hut in Conway close to Conway High school. I do not appreciate someone being in my driveway using illegal drugs. Someone needs to do something about it. Because for one reason I already said but when I got the information out of her then asked her to leave my property she not only got hot-headed and called me a [censored] but told me to go [censored] myself. Is this really what Pizza Hut is about drug use and profanity.

Pizza Hut bad service and delay order more than 2 hours

I make order and after 2 hours i called to ask they say we will be soon and I received call that order has been transfered between 3 restaurants thats why i told them normally Airport Road delivered for me but because i make a complain they pass the order to other restaurants fare
